As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the elastic hook 300 may be made of a metal material or a plastic material, for example, in some embodiments, the latch hook is made of a plastic material, wherein the plastic material may include, but is not limited to, PP (Polypropylene), POM (polyoxymethylene), PC (Polycarbonate).
The rigidity of the locking groove 400 may be greater than that of the elastic hook 300, that is, the rigidity of the door body 200 is greater than that of the elastic hook 300, so that the elastic hook 300 can be engaged with the locking groove 400 to realize the first locking of the door body 200 and the host 100, and the elastic hook 300 is set to be separated from the locking groove 400 and unlocked under the action of an external force greater than 25N according to the rigidity of the material.
In the actual implementation process, as shown in fig. 2, when the door body 200 is in the closed state, the front end of the elastic hook 300 is located in the locking groove 400, the front end of the elastic hook 300 is in abutment with the inner wall of the locking groove 400 to be locked, and the hook end of the door hook is in abutment with the edge of the locking groove to push the door hook to move upwards and enter the locking groove to be locked with the locking groove.
When the door body 200 needs to be opened, the hook portion of the elastic hook 300 is pulled outwards, the elastic hook 300 starts to move towards the outside of the locking groove 400 under the action of an external force greater than 25N, so that the elastic hook 300 is separated from the locking groove 400, a first lock formed by the elastic hook 300 and the locking groove 400 is in an unlocking state when the elastic hook 300 is completely separated from the locking groove 400, at this time, the first handle 210 is pulled to give the first handle 210 and the door body 200 an external force towards the front side of the door body 200, so that the upward thrust is exerted on the hook of the door hook by the guide slope in the clamping groove, so that the hook moves upwards and gradually separates from the clamping groove to realize the door opening action, and a second lock formed by the clamping groove and the door hook is in an unlocking state, so that food can be placed or taken into the cooking cavity.
When the door body 200 needs to be closed, the door body 200 is pushed to rotate the door body 200 towards the host 100 until the outer surface of the door body 200 with the locking groove 400 is abutted against the elastic hook 300, and because the front end of the elastic hook 300 has a certain overlapped part with the outer surface of the door body 200 and the rigidity of the elastic hook 300 is smaller than that of the door body 200, the elastic hook 300 is bent and deformed under the action of the external force of the door body 200, the door body 200 is pushed continuously until the front end of the elastic hook 300 is positioned in the locking groove 400, at this time, the front end of the elastic hook 300 is in clamping fit with the inner wall of the locking groove 400 to realize the locking of the first lock, and meanwhile, the door hook is in clamping fit with the clamping groove to realize the closing of the second lock.
Through setting up elastic hook 300 and locking groove 400, door hook and draw-in groove, for the opening and shutting of the door body 200 for host computer 100 provides twice lock, just can accomplish the opening of the door body 200 after opening the first lock that elastic hook 300 and locking groove 400 formed in proper order, the second lock that door hook and draw-in groove formed, and the first lock that elastic hook 300 and locking groove 400 formed needs to be greater than 25N can the unblock, therefore for children, the first lock of opening needs great strength, can't unlock easily, thereby can reduce children and open cooking utensil at will and by the risk of cooking utensil internal high temperature food scald, improve cooking utensil's security.
According to the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the application, the difficulty of opening the cooking utensil by children can be increased by arranging the first lock formed by the elastic hook 300 and the locking groove 400, so that the risk that the children can open the cooking utensil at will and be scalded by high-temperature food in the cooking utensil is reduced, and the safety of the cooking utensil is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the elastic hook 300 includes a spring 350 and a hook body 330, and a first end of the spring 350 is connected to one of the main unit 100 and the door body 200; the hook 330 is disposed at the second end of the elastic piece 350, and is used for locking with the locking slot 400.
As shown in fig. 6, the elastic piece 350 may have a half-waist structure, or may have other shape structures, for example, the elastic piece 350 may have a rectangular or circular structure, one end of the elastic piece 350 near the back side of the host machine 100 is connected to the host machine 100, one end of the elastic piece 350 near the front side of the host machine 100 extends forward relative to the front surface of the host machine 100, the hook 330 is disposed at one end of the elastic piece 350 near the front side of the host machine 100, the hook 330 is disposed at one side of the elastic piece 350 near the locking slot 400, and the hook 330 is a portion of the elastic hook 300 overlapping the outer surface of the door 200.
As shown in fig. 6, since the elastic sheet 350 and the hook body 330 are made of the same material, the thickness of the elastic sheet 350 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the hook body 330, so that the elastic sheet 350 can be extruded to deform when the hook body 330 interferes with the outer surface of the door body 200, and the hook body 330 can smoothly pass through the portion of the outer surface of the door body 200 located at the rear side of the locking groove 400, and meanwhile, the locking stability of the hook body 330 and the locking groove 400 can be improved due to the fact that the hook body 330 is not easy to deform.
In the actual implementation process, when the door body 200 is in the closed state, the hook body 330 is located in the locking groove 400, one of the side walls of the hook body 330 is locked against the inner wall of the locking groove 400, and the hook end of the door hook is pushed by the edge of the clamping groove to move upwards and enter the clamping groove to be clamped and limited with the clamping groove.
When the door body 200 needs to be opened, the end of the elastic piece 350 provided with the hook body 330 is pulled outwards, the elastic piece 350 and the hook body 330 start to move towards the outside of the locking groove 400 under the action of external force larger than 25N, so that the first lock formed by the hook body 330 and the locking groove 400 is in an unlocking state when the hook body 330 is completely separated from the locking groove 400, at this time, the first handle 210 is pulled to give the external force of the first handle 210 and the door body 200 towards the front side of the door body 200, so that the upward thrust is exerted on the clamping hook of the door hook by the guide slope in the clamping groove, so that the clamping hook moves upwards gradually to separate from the clamping groove to realize the door opening action, and the second lock formed by the clamping groove and the door hook is in an unlocking state, so that food can be placed or taken into the cooking cavity.
