According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting arm 121 may include a first section 122, a second section 123 and a third section 124 connected in sequence, where the first section 122 and the third section 124 form an obtuse angle with the second section 123, the hook 125 is connected to the first section 122, and the key 126 is connected to the third section 124.
Because the connecting arm 121 works by rotating, it may be limited by the working space, and the first section 122, the second section 123 and the third section 124 need to be provided, and by making the first section 122 and the third section 124 form an obtuse angle with the second section 123, the connecting arm 121 can adapt to the drop between the working positions of the key 126 and the hook 125, and the length of the arm of force is not greatly affected.
Embodiments of the present application are specifically described below from two different implementation angles.
1. The first and third sections 122 and 124 are disposed at obtuse angles to opposite sides of the second section 123, respectively.
As shown in fig. 5, the bending direction of the first section 122 relative to the second section 123 is opposite to the setting direction of the hook 125, and the bending direction of the third section 124 relative to the second section 123 is opposite to the setting direction of the key 126. The key 126 is located further outside than the hook 125, facilitating operation of the key 126.
In another example, the bending direction of the first section 122 relative to the second section 123 is the same as the setting direction of the hook 125, and the bending direction of the third section 124 relative to the second section 123 is the same as the setting direction of the key 126. The position of the key 126 is located further inward than the hook 125, and the door 110 and the host 130 can be adapted to be in a staggered shape.
2. The first and third sections 122 and 124 are disposed at obtuse angles to the same side of the second section 123, respectively.
In an example, the bending direction of the first section 122 relative to the second section 123 is opposite to the setting direction of the hook 125, and the bending direction of the third section 124 relative to the second section 123 is the same as the setting direction of the key 126. The position of the key 126 is located further inward than the hook 125, and the door 110 and the host 130 can be adapted to be in a staggered shape.
In another example, the bending direction of the first section 122 relative to the second section 123 is the same as the setting direction of the hook 125, and the bending direction of the third section 124 relative to the second section 123 is opposite to the setting direction of the key 126. The key 126 is located further outside than the hook 125, facilitating operation of the key 126.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the latch hook 120 further includes a latch hook guide post 127, the latch hook guide post 127 is connected to the connection arm 121, and the latch hook guide post 127 and the key 126 are respectively located at two sides of the connection arm 121, the door body 110 is provided with a limiting slot 116, and at least a portion of the latch hook guide post 127 extends into the limiting slot 116.
One end of the latch hook guide post 127 is connected with one side of the connecting arm 121, which is opposite to the key 126, the other end extends along the moving direction of the key 126, a limit groove 116 is arranged on the door body 110, at least part of the latch hook guide post 127 extends into the limit groove 116, the latch hook guide post 127 can play a certain guiding role, and the key 126 does not do linear movement because of the rotary movement of the latch hook 120, and the side wall of the limit groove 116 is in clearance fit with the side wall of the latch hook guide post 127 so as to adapt to the moving range of the latch hook guide post 127. Wherein the latch hook guide posts 127 and the keys 126 are disposed on opposite sides of the third section 124, respectively.
The reset element 140 is sleeved outside the latch hook guide post 127, and elastically abuts against the bottom walls of the connecting arm 121 and the limiting groove 116. The latch hook guide column 127 plays a role in guiding the reset piece 140, so that the reset piece 140 is prevented from deviating, and the reset piece 140 is at least partially stopped in the limiting groove 116, so that the installation stability of the reset piece 140 is improved. The restoring member 140 is elastically stopped between the third section 124 of the connecting arm 121 and the bottom wall of the limit slot 116.
The restoring member 140 may be a spring or an elastic rubber sleeve, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the shackle guide post 127 may be integrally provided with the connecting arm 121.
As shown in fig. 2-5, according to some embodiments of the present application, one of the connection arm 121 and the door body 110 may be provided with a latch hook rotation shaft 128, and the other may be provided with a shaft hole pivotally engaged with the latch hook rotation shaft 128.
The latch hook rotating shaft 128 and the shaft hole extend along a first axis, and the latch hook 120 can rotate around the first axis relative to the door body 110 through the pivotable cooperation of the latch hook rotating shaft 128 and the shaft hole.
In an example, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting arm 121 is provided with a latch hook rotating shaft 128, the door body 110 is provided with a shaft sleeve 115, the shaft sleeve 115 is formed with a shaft hole, and the latch hook rotating shaft 128 is inserted into the shaft hole and is pivotally matched with the shaft hole, wherein the latch hook rotating shaft 128 is arranged at one side of the second section 123 of the connecting arm 121.
In another example, the connecting arm 121 is provided with an axle hole, the door body 110 is provided with a latch hook rotating shaft 128, and the latch hook rotating shaft 128 is inserted into the axle hole and is pivotally matched with the axle hole, wherein the axle hole is provided at the second section 123 of the connecting arm 121.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6-9, according to some embodiments of the present application, the back plate 112 of the first frame 114 is provided with a back plate avoidance groove 113, the connection arm 121 penetrates the back plate avoidance groove 113, and the hook 125 extends from the door 110.
The back plate 112 of the first frame 114 is provided with a back plate avoiding groove 113 for the connection arm 121 to penetrate, the size of the back plate avoiding groove 113 is larger than the rotation stroke of the connection arm 121, so that the connection arm 121 moves in the back plate avoiding groove 113, and the hook 125 extends out of the door 110 to be in locking connection with the host 130. In this embodiment, the first axis is disposed along the transverse direction, so that the hook 125 is disposed along the vertical rotation direction, so that the dimension of the back plate avoidance groove 113 in the vertical direction is greater than the rotation travel of the connecting arm 121 in the vertical direction, so as to avoid interference between the back plate avoidance groove 113 and the connecting arm 121.
As shown in fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present application, the door body 110 may include a door frame body 111 and a door housing 117.
The door frame body 111 is used for being pivotally connected with the host 130, the backplate 112 of the door frame body 111 is provided with a backplate avoiding groove 113, the door frame body 111 is provided with a plurality of frames connected in sequence, the frames comprise a first frame 114, one of a latch hook rotating shaft 128 and a shaft hole is arranged on the first frame 114 of the door frame body 111, and the latch hook 120 is arranged on the first frame 114 of the door frame body 111.
The door housing 117 is mounted on the outer side of the door frame body 111, the door frame body 111 is used for supporting the door housing 117, the door housing 117 is used for protecting the door frame body 111, and the peripheral edge of the door housing 117 is connected with the peripheral edge of the backboard 112 so as to cover the frame in the door housing 117. The door housing 117 is provided with an avoidance port 118, and the key 126 of the latch hook 120 penetrates through the avoidance port 118 to the outer side of the door housing 117 and is movably arranged in the avoidance port 118 for manual operation.
The present application also discloses a cooking appliance 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance 100 includes a main machine 130 and a door assembly as any of the above.
The main body 130 has a cooking cavity 131.
The main machine 130 can be used for cooking food through temperature control and time control, and the cooking cavity 131 can be used as a containing container and a door assembly to provide a closed environment for food.
The door body 110 of the door assembly is openably and closably mounted to the main body 130, the latch hook 120 is locked with the main body 130 of the cooking appliance 100 in a first position, and the latch hook 120 is unlocked with the main body 130 of the cooking appliance 100 in a second position.
It should be noted that the cooking apparatus 100 may include, but is not limited to, a microwave oven, an oven, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, etc., for example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking apparatus 100 is a microwave oven.
In practical implementation, a user may put food to be cooked into the cooking cavity 131, after the food is cooked, the user may press the key 126 to enable the latch hook 120 to start rotating from the first position until the latch hook 120 reaches the second position, at this time, the first lock of the cooking appliance 100 is released, the user holds the door handle, and may pull the door body 110 outwards with a small force, and as the second lock is released, the door body 110 and the main machine 130 of the cooking appliance 100 may be unlocked correspondingly, the user may take out the cooked food after opening the door body 110, and then the user may directly hold the door handle, push the first frame 114 towards the main machine 130 until the latch hook 120 and the main machine 130 are locked again.
According to the cooking utensil 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the door assembly, the double-layer lock design is utilized, a user is required to complete two-step unlocking to realize door opening, and the danger that a child is opened and contacts heated food or beverage to be scalded is reduced; meanwhile, the child lock is simple in integral structure, convenient and quick to operate and low in cost, and the practicability and economy of the device are greatly improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6-9, the front plate 132 of the host 130 may be provided with a locking slot 133, and the latch hook 120 may be adapted to extend into the locking slot 133 to lock with the front plate 132.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the cross-sectional dimension of the locking groove 133 may be slightly larger than the distance between the first position and the second position, and in the case that the latch hook 120 is locked with the host 130, the hook 125 extends into the locking groove 133, and the hook 125 may abut against the front plate 132, where the latch hook 120 is in the first position; in the case that the latch hook 120 is unlocked from the host 130, the hook body 125 is not overlapped with the front plate 132, and the hook body 125 is at the second position.
According to the cooking utensil 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the locking groove 133, a connecting piece matched with the lock hook 120 is not required to be arranged, the front plate 132 is utilized to open the groove, the hook body 125 is directly supported at the edge of the locking groove 133, the connecting structure is simpler and lighter, and the cost control is realized on the premise that the reliability of the child lock structure is not affected.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the front plate 132 may be provided with a front plate flange 134, and one end of the front plate flange 134 may be connected to one side edge of the locking groove 133.
The front plate turnup 134 can be formed by folding the plate material formed during the stamping of the locking groove 133, when the locking groove 133 is processed, the front plate 132 can be processed in a punching mode, the plate material with the same cross section size as the locking groove 133 can be formed after punching, the plate material can be directly bent to form the front plate turnup 134, the processing is simple and convenient, the front plate turnup 134 is attached to the front plate 132, and the effect of enhancing the structural strength of a corresponding region can be achieved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the front plate flange 134 is disposed overlapping the first region of the front plate 132, the latch hook 120 faces the first region in the case of the first position, and the latch hook 120 is adapted to lock with the front plate flange 134.
The hook body 125 of the latch hook 120 is abutted to the front plate 132 to realize a locking function, when the latch hook 120 is at the first position, the lock body corresponds to the first area of the front plate 132, that is, the lock body is abutted to the first area of the front plate 132, and the flange 134 of the front plate is overlapped with the first area of the front plate 132, so that the structural strength of the first area is enhanced, and the stability of the locking structure is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the door assembly may have a door hook, and the front plate 132 of the main body 130 may have a catching groove 135, and the door hook is engaged with the catching groove 135.
The door assembly is further provided with a door hook, the front plate 132 of the host 130 is provided with a clamping groove 135, the door hook and the clamping groove 135 are matched in a clamping way to realize a second lock of the door assembly, and after the locking hook 120 is controlled to be unlocked, the door body 110 is required to be pulled to separate the door hook from the clamping groove 135 to realize a second unlocking operation, so that the door assembly can be completely opened.
In some embodiments, the door hook is movably mounted on the door body 110 and extends toward the front plate 132 of the host 130, the hook portion of the door hook can elastically move in the up-down direction, and a guiding slope is provided in the slot 135. When the door assembly is closed, the end of the hook abuts against the edge of the clamping groove 135 to push the door hook to move upwards and enter the clamping groove 135 to be clamped and limited with the clamping groove 135. When the door assembly is opened, the latch hook 120 is firstly unlocked, then the door body 110 is pulled, and the guide slope in the clamping groove 135 applies upward thrust to the clamping hook of the door hook to enable the clamping hook to move upwards and gradually separate from the clamping groove 135, so that the door opening action is realized.
In other embodiments, the door hook may be a buckle fixedly mounted on the door body 110, and the clamping groove 135 is provided with a resiliently-arranged clamping hook, and the specific structure of the resiliently-arranged clamping hook may refer to the cooking apparatus 100 commonly used in the market and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (14)

1. A door assembly of a cooking appliance, comprising:
a door body;
the locking hook is rotatably arranged on the first frame of the door body around a first axis between a first position and a second position, at least part of the locking hook extends out of the back plate of the door body, the first axis is parallel to the length direction of the first frame, an operation section of the locking hook extends out of the door body and is used for driving the locking hook to rotate from the first position to the second position, the locking hook is suitable for being locked with a main machine of the cooking appliance in the case of the first position, and the locking hook is suitable for being unlocked with the main machine of the cooking appliance in the case of the second position;
the reset piece is elastically connected between the lock hook and the door body and used for driving the lock hook to be kept at a first position.
2. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 1, wherein the first rim is a rim opposite a pivot axis of the door body, the first axis being parallel to the pivot axis of the door body.
3. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 2, wherein the door body has a pivot axis located at a lower rim of the door body, the first rim is an upper rim of the door body, and the latch hook is rotatably mounted to the first rim about a transverse direction.
4. A door assembly of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the latch hook comprises:
the connecting arm penetrates through the door body, and the first axis penetrates through the connecting arm;
the hook body is connected to the first end of the connecting arm;
and the key is connected to the second end of the connecting arm.
5. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 4, wherein the hook and the key each project away from the connecting arm.
6. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 4, wherein the connecting arm includes a first section, a second section, and a third section connected in sequence, the first section and the third section each being at an obtuse angle with respect to the second section, the hook being connected to the first section, and the key being connected to the third section.
7. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 4, wherein the shackle further comprises:
the latch hook guide post, the latch hook guide post with the linking arm links to each other, just the latch hook guide post with the button is located respectively the both sides of linking arm, the door body is equipped with the spacing groove, at least part of latch hook guide post stretches into the spacing groove, reset piece cover is established the latch hook guide post is outside, and elasticity ends the linking arm with the diapire of spacing groove.
8. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the connecting arm and the door body is provided with a latch hook rotation shaft, and the other is provided with a shaft hole pivotally engaged with the latch hook rotation shaft.
9. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 4, wherein the back plate of the first frame is provided with a back plate avoiding groove, the connecting arm penetrates through the back plate avoiding groove, and the hook body extends out of the door body.
10. The cooking appliance door assembly of claim 9, wherein the door body comprises:
the backboard of the door frame body is provided with the backboard avoiding groove;
the door shell is arranged on the outer side of the door frame body and is provided with an avoidance opening, and the key penetrates through the avoidance opening.
11. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a main body having a cooking cavity;
the door assembly of any one of claims 1-10, a door body of the door assembly being openably and closably mounted to the main machine, the latch hook being latched with the main machine of the cooking appliance in a first position and the latch hook being unlatched with the main machine of the cooking appliance in a second position.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the front plate of the main body is provided with a locking groove, and the locking hook is adapted to extend into the locking groove to be locked with the front plate.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the front plate is provided with a front plate flange, one end of the front plate flange is connected to one side edge of the locking groove, the front plate flange is overlapped with the first area of the front plate, the latch hook is opposite to the first area in the case of the first position, and the latch hook is adapted to be locked with the front plate flange.
14. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 11-13, wherein the door assembly has a door hook, the front plate of the main unit has a catch for engaging with the catch.
