Description
本实用新型涉及头盔，特别是一种美观、耐用的，带植绒层的头盔。
现有技术中存在的头盔，无论是金属的或是ABS塑料的，都存在两个方面的不足，一是表面反光，影响其它驾驶员的视觉，二是外观装饰性差，千篇一律，而且受力后容易变形、破裂或磨损。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既具保护作用而耐用，又具装饰作用而美观的，带植绒层的头盔。
本实用新型的上述结构是通过这样的技术方案实现的，即它包括金属或ABS塑料壳层的表面，粘接有绒毛层。
本实用新型的上述结构由附图给出的一个实施例进一步说明。
附图为本实用新型半剖结构示意图。
参见附图1在本实施例中，壳体层采用ABS塑料。先在其外表面均匀喷或刷上一层粘合剂，再用植绒机将绒毛栽植在粘合剂层中而构绒毛层2。为使绒毛层图案化而富有装饰性，可将含粘合剂层，颜料层和保护层的转印纸烫制在绒毛层表面构成图案层3。
本实用新型由于具有上述结构，其优点是：
1、不反光，不影响其它驾驶员视觉，增加了安全性。
2、植绒层不易脱落，可水洗，延长了头盔的使用寿命。并且佩带舒适。
3、装饰性强、美观大方，增加了头盔的附加值和市场竞争力。

1、一种植绒头盔，包括金属或ABS壳层(1)，其特征在于在金属或ABS塑料壳层的表面，粘接有绒毛层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的植绒头盔，其特征在于：在绒毛层（2）表面烫制转印有图案层（3）。
