In one embodiment, the touchpad module 150 can be fixed on the first portion 122 a by magnetic attraction to cover the first groove 123 . In one embodiment, the size of the touchpad module 150 is substantially the same as that of the first part 122 a, and includes a touchpad part 152 and a palm rest part 154 . The palm rest portion 154 surrounds the touchpad portion 152 . The touch pad part 152 is used for receiving touch signals.

122。The screen module 140 is pivotally connected to a rear side edge of the second portion 122 b of the first surface 122 through a hinge structure 145 . When the foldable electronic device 100 is in the folded state, the screen module 140 covers the first surface 122 of the main body 120 .

The first groove 123 and the second groove 125 in this embodiment have different structures. The opening of the first groove 123 faces upwards, and its periphery and bottom surface are covered by the shell structure of the main body 120 . In contrast, the second groove 125 is an inverted L-shaped structure in which the second surface 124 is located at a position corresponding to the second portion 122b.

The second groove 125 is mainly defined by a bottom surface 125 a and a side surface 125 b to facilitate the installation of the computing module 160 . The bottom surface 125 a is located on a side of the second groove 125 adjacent to the keyboard 170 , and the side surface 125 b is located on a side of the second groove 125 adjacent to the first groove 123 . The bottom surface 125 a of the second recess 125 is provided with a connector 126 adjacent to the side surface 125 b for electrically connecting with the computing module 160 . In one embodiment, a plurality of through holes 1252 are formed at the middle of the bottom surface 125 a of the second groove 125 to assist the computing module 160 to dissipate heat.

In addition, it is worth noting that the four corners of the bottom surface 125 a of the second groove 125 are respectively provided with a positioning post 420 as a part of the quick release module for positioning and fixing the computing module 160 . For the structural details of the quick release module, please refer to FIG. 4A to FIG. 4B and corresponding paragraphs of the present utility model.

160。Please refer to FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B together. FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B show the computing module 160 in FIG. 1 from different perspectives.

As shown in the figure, the upper cover 160 a of the computing module 160 has a connector 162 . The location of this connector 162 corresponds to that of connector 126 . When the computing module 160 is disposed in the second groove 125 , the computing module 160 can be electrically connected to the battery 165 of the main body 120 through the connectors 162 , 126 to obtain power supply. In addition, the computing module 160 can also be electrically connected to the keyboard 170 and the touch panel module 150 through the connectors 162, 126 to receive input signals, or further electrically connected to the screen module 140 through the main body 120 to output display signals to control the screen module 140 to display images. .

In one embodiment, the aforementioned connectors 162, 126 may be any connectors capable of transmitting data and power, such as USB type-C connectors.

Secondly, in order to effectively dissipate heat from the computing system in the computing module 160, the upper cover 160a of the computing module 160 of this embodiment has a plurality of ventilation holes 163, and these ventilation holes 163 correspond to the holes on the bottom surface 125a of the second groove 125 respectively. Perforation 1252. In this way, when the computing module 160 is installed in the second groove 125 , waste heat generated by the computing module 160 can be discharged outside through the vent hole 163 and the through hole 1252 .

In addition, when the computing module 160 is installed in the second groove 125 of the main body 120 , the computing module 160 will lean against the desktop. The bottom of the computing module 160 in this embodiment is provided with foot pads 460 to prevent the casing of the computing module 160 from directly contacting the desktop, and at the same time, a cooling channel can be formed under the computing module 460 to improve the cooling efficiency of the computing module 460 .

In addition, the upper cover 160a of the computing module 160 in this embodiment has a plurality of perforations 430 at positions corresponding to the positioning posts 420 on the bottom surface 125a of the second groove 125, so as to facilitate the positioning posts 420 to penetrate into the computing module 160 for fixing. . In addition, the upper cover 160 a of the computing module 160 in this embodiment has a groove 164 at a position corresponding to the rotating shaft structure 145 , that is, at two corners of the computing module 160 near the rear side to accommodate the rotating shaft structure 145 . In this way, the thickness of the main body 120 at the position corresponding to the second groove 125 is prevented from being limited by the hinge structure 145 , which is beneficial to reduce the thickness of the entire foldable electronic device 100 .

4A and 4B show an embodiment of the quick release module 400 used to fix the computing module 160 in the second groove 125 of the present invention. Wherein, FIG. 4A shows the structure of the quick release module 400 in the locked state, and FIG. 4B shows the structure of the quick release module 400 in the unlocked state.

The quick release module 400 is suitable for the foldable electronic device 100 in which the computing module 160 is assembled to the second groove 125 along the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 1 . In the figure, the bottom casing of the computing module 160 is removed to facilitate the display of the structure of the quick release module 400 .

422。As shown in the figure, the quick release module 400 includes at least one positioning post 420 and a fastening member 440 . The positioning post 420 is disposed on the bottom surface 125 a of the second groove 125 for passing through the computing module 160 . The side of the positioning post 420 has a fastening groove 422 . The fastening member 440 is rotatably disposed in the computing module 160 for fastening to the fastening groove 422 .

125。In one embodiment, the quick release module 400 includes two positioning posts 420 and a fastening member 440 . Please also refer to FIG. 2B , the two positioning posts 420 are disposed on the bottom surface 125 a of the second groove 125 at a certain distance, and the engaging grooves 422 of the two positioning posts 420 face opposite directions. The buckle 440 is pivotally connected to the bottom plate of the computing module 160 and can be switched between a locking position (corresponding to FIG. 4A ) and an unlocking position (corresponding to FIG. 4B ). The rotation direction of the fastening component 440 is substantially parallel to the bottom plate of the computing module 160 , and the pivotal position of the fastening component 440 and the computing module 160 corresponds to the middle of the two positioning posts 420 . In this way, a single fastening member 440 can be fastened to the fastening grooves 422 of the two positioning posts 420 at the same time, so as to improve the bonding strength of the quick release module 400 . The computing module 160 of the present invention is detachably fixed in the second groove 125 by using two sets of quick release modules 400 arranged on the left and right sides, so as to ensure that the computing module 160 can be firmly installed in the second groove 125 .

In one embodiment, the quick release module 400 further includes two elastic members 450, such as two springs. The two elastic parts 450 are located at the sides of the two ends of the fastening part 440 to push the fastening part 440 to move toward the unlocked position.

In one embodiment, the fastening member 440 can be fixed by using the foot pad 460 installed on the lower side of the computing module 160 . Specifically, the foot pad 460 is movably disposed on the computing module 160 along the horizontal direction, and the upper part of the foot pad 460 abuts against one end of the buckle 440 .

160。After the computing module 160 is placed and positioned, the foot pad 460 can be pushed towards the fastening part 440, so that the fastening part 440 is fastened to the fastening groove 422, and at the same time, the resistance between the foot pad 460 and the housing of the computing module 160 can be buckled. The fitting 440 is fixed in the locked position. Conversely, when unlocking is required, the foot pad 460 can be pushed away from the buckle 440 . At this time, the elastic member 450 will push the buckling member 440 to move toward the unlocked position. In this way, the computing module 160 can be removed smoothly.

125。Through the aforementioned quick release module 400 , the computing module 160 can be detachably disposed in the second groove 125 of the main body 120 in a snap-fit manner.

In addition to fixing the computing module 160 by buckling, in another embodiment, the computing module 160 can also be detachably disposed in the second groove 125 in a magnetically attracting manner through a magnetic attracting module. In addition, the calculation module 660 can also be electrically connected to the keyboard 670 and the touch panel module 650 through the connectors 662, 626 to receive input signals, or further electrically connected to the screen module 640 through the main body 620 to output display signals to control the screen module 640 to display images. .

9A and 9B show another embodiment of the quick release module 900 used to fix the computing module in the second groove of the present invention. Wherein, FIG. 9A shows the structure of the quick release module 900 in the locked state, and FIG. 9B shows the structure of the quick release module 900 in the unlocked state.

The quick release module 900 is suitable for the foldable electronic device 600 in which the computing module 660 is assembled to the second groove 625 along the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. 6 . In the figure, the bottom casing of the computing module 660 is removed to facilitate the display of the structure of the quick release module 900 .

930。Please refer to FIG. 7A to FIG. 8B , the quick release module 900 includes a plurality of positioning posts 920 , a plurality of hooks 930 and a plurality of fastening components 940 . 1040。FIGS. 10A to 10C show schematic side views of the foldable electronic device 1000 of the present invention with different computing modules 1060a, 1060b, and 1060c. These computing modules 1060a, 1060b, 1060c are matched with the same body 1020 and screen module 1040 .

As shown in the figure, these computing modules 1060a, 1060b, 1060c have different sizes to match their internal component configurations. Specifically, the high-performance computing module 1060c is equipped with a higher-performance central processing unit and more input and output ports, and generates more heat during operation. Therefore, the high-performance computing module 1060c needs to have a larger internal space to accommodate an additional cooling module. In comparison, since the thin and light computing module 1060a can be matched with a CPU with low performance, a relatively simple heat dissipation structure can be built in the system, so the size of the computing module 1060a can be reduced.

1060a。Through the foldable electronic device 1000 provided by the utility model, it is only necessary to replace different computing modules 1060a, 1060b, 1060c, so that the foldable electronic device 1000 can meet the needs of users in different usage states without replacing the foldable electronic device 1000 other parts. For example, the high-performance computing module 1060c can be used for high-performance requirements; the thin and light computing module 1060a can be used for portability requirements.

FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of the operation module 1160 of the present invention used as a computer host with an external screen 1140 .

As shown in the figure, since the processing system (such as the main board, input and output ports, etc.) of the foldable electronic device of the present invention is set in the computing module 1160 . In the absence of mobile requirements, the user can use the connectors of the computing module 1160 to connect the external monitor 1140 , external keyboard 1170 and mouse 1180 for use without being limited by the hardware configuration of the foldable electronic device itself.

Through the foldable electronic device provided by the utility model, the user can replace the computing module according to the requirement for upgrading. Through this modular design, the manufacturer can use the existing screen module and body to match foldable electronic devices of different specifications, which helps to reduce the types of parts that need to be prepared and facilitates maintenance procedures.

Although the utility model has been disclosed as above with the embodiments, it is not intended to limit the utility model, and those skilled in the art can make some changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model, so the utility model The scope of protection of the novelty shall be subject to what is defined in the claims.
