Claims (10)

1. A cooking utensil is characterized by comprising a pot body, wherein the inner surface of the pot body comprises a non-stick coating and an etched structure, the non-stick coating is arranged on the inner surface of the pot body except for the etched structure, a unit circle with the radius of 10mm is randomly selected on the inner surface of the pot body, and the area of the non-stick coating in the unit circle accounts for 85% -90%;
the line etching structure comprises a first arc-shaped edge, a second arc-shaped edge and a third arc-shaped edge which are the same in structure, the first arc-shaped edge, the second arc-shaped edge and the third arc-shaped edge are close to the center of the line etching structure and are bent, and the first arc-shaped edge, the second arc-shaped edge and the third arc-shaped edge are of a double-curved structure.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the texture further comprises a protrusion disposed between the first, second, and third curved edges, and the height of the protrusion is the same as the height of the first, second, and third curved edges.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the protrusion is a circular bump, the circular bump is located at the center of the texture, and the first arc-shaped rib, the second arc-shaped rib, and the third arc-shaped rib are curved toward the circular bump.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the rounded hump has a diameter of 0.48mm to 0.52 mm.
5. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the arc length of the first arc-shaped rib, the second arc-shaped rib and the third arc-shaped rib is 8mm to 11 mm.
6. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first, second and third curved edges have a width of 0.23mm to 0.28 mm.
7. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first curved edge, the second curved edge and the third curved edge have a height of 0.07mm to 0.17 mm.
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the non-stick coating has a thickness of 28 μm to 37 μm.
9. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the pan body is a composite steel pan body.
10. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising a lid.
