All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be understood that in the present application, the directional term "rear" refers to the direction in which the vehicle is reversing, and the directional term "front" refers to the direction opposite to "rear".
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a wind screen assembly 1 of a sunroof for a vehicle (hereinafter, simply referred to as a wind screen assembly 1) according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 schematically shows the structure of the fixing bead. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the wind screen assembly 1 includes: a web 100; the fixing edge strip 200, the lower edge of the mesh cloth 100 is connected to the fixing edge strip 200. The fixation bar 200 comprises a body region 202 in its middle, free regions 203 at its ends, and a slot 201 between the body region 202 and the respective free region 203. The wind screen assembly 1 further comprises: a fixing frame 300 fixed around the vehicle sunroof, the body area 202 connected with the fixing frame 300; and two limiting frames 400 fixedly arranged on the fixing frame 300, at least one part of the limiting frame 400 extends through the corresponding slot 201, and the two free areas 203 are respectively connected with the corresponding limiting frames 400.
According to the wind screen assembly 1 of the present application, the free area 203 at the front side of the slot 201 is connected with the limiting frame 400. The free region 203 does not shift or bend when the web 100 is deployed, avoiding wrinkling of the web 100. In addition, the spacing frame 400 also extends through the open slots 201 on the fixing edge strip 200, so that the fixing edge strip 200 can be prevented from shifting along the length direction when the mesh cloth 100 is unfolded. The body region 202 of the fixing bar 200 is connected to the fixing frame 300, which fixes the fixing bar 200 well as a whole. In a general view, according to the wind screen assembly 1 of the present application, not only the main body area 202 of the fixing edge strip 200 is well fixed, but also the free area 203 of the fixing edge strip 200 is reinforced and fixed by the limiting frame 300, when the mesh cloth 100 is unfolded, the fixing edge strip 200 will not be displaced and/or bent due to pulling of the mesh cloth 100, and the mesh cloth 100 will not wrinkle, thereby improving the use feeling of the user.
As also shown in fig. 3, the wind screen assembly 1 further comprises a deployment member 3. The deployment element 3 comprises a cross member 31 and two struts 32 at the ends of the cross member 31. The two struts 32 are connected to a drive mechanism (not shown) on the vehicle. The upper edge of the web 100 is attached to the cross-beam 31. When the vehicle sunroof is opened, the driving mechanism drives the struts 32 and the cross member 31 to rise, thereby unfolding the mesh cloth 100. When the vehicle sunroof is closed, the driving mechanism drives the struts 32 and the cross member 31 to fall, thereby retracting the mesh cloth 100.
In one implementation, the web 100 may be selected from a soft mesh, a perforated fabric or nonwoven, and the like, as is well known to those skilled in the art, to facilitate the deployment or retraction of the web 100.
Fig. 4 schematically shows the structure of the spacing frame 400. Fig. 5 and 6 show the fitting relationship of the stopper 400 with the fixing rim 200.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the spacing frame 400 includes an extension rod 401, and the extension rod 401 extends through the slot 201. Specifically, the extending direction of the extending rod 401 is at an angle, for example, about 90 degrees, with the extending direction of the fixing bar 200, which effectively prevents the fixing bar 200 from being displaced in the length direction thereof.
As also shown in FIG. 3, the slit 201 is U-shaped with its opening facing away from the web 100. Thus, the fixing edge strip 200 can be conveniently assembled with the extension rod 401 in a straddling and inserting mode, and the assembling difficulty is greatly reduced. In other embodiments, the slot 201 may also be in a shape of a door frame, or a through hole opened on the fixing edge strip 200, which is not described herein again.
As also shown in fig. 4 and 6, the spacing frame 400 further comprises two clamping blocks 402 at a first side of the extension rod 401, and the free region 203 is between the two clamping blocks 402. The two clamping blocks 402 limit the fore-aft movement and/or bending of the free zone 203 to avoid wrinkling of the web 100.
Further, as also shown in fig. 4 and 6, the free area 203 is configured with a first clamping portion 204, and the first clamping portion 204 is clamped with any one of the two clamping blocks 402. Thus, when the web 100 is unwound, i.e., the free area 203 of the fastening edge strip 200 is subjected to a large upward tensile force, the free area 203 of the fastening edge strip 200 is not accidentally pulled out from between the two clamping blocks 402, which further improves the user's feeling of use.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, the first clamping portion 204 is formed by bending the edge of the free area 203. In this way, the first clamping portion 204 can be formed very simply and the clamping connection of the first clamping portion 204 and the clamping block of this structure is very stable, which simplifies the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost of the wind screen assembly 1. The bent edge of the free area 203 abuts against one of the clamping blocks 402 to prevent the free area 203 from being pulled out from between the two clamping blocks 402.
In a further embodiment, a flange (not shown) may also be configured on the clamping block 402 to cooperate with the bent edge of the free region 203 to snap the bent edge onto the flange. This can further improve the stability of the engagement of the free region 203 with the holding block 402. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, one of the clamping blocks has a height that is lower than the other clamping block. Thus, the bent edge of the free area 203 can be clamped on the clamping block with lower height, and the assembly is convenient.
As also shown in fig. 4 and 6, a first limit tongue 404 is configured on the extension rod 401. The first limit tongue 404 extends to the second side of the extension rod 401 along the extending direction of the main body region 202 and abuts against the rear side of the main body region 202. With this structure, the first stopping tongue 404 serves as a guide when the fixing bar 200 is assembled with the stopping frame 400, so as to facilitate assembly. In addition, the first retention tab 404 supports the end of the body region 202 from the rear side to make the body region 202 also more stable, which also helps prevent the web 100 from buckling when deployed.
As shown in fig. 4, the limiting frame 400 further includes a mounting frame 405, an extension rod 401 and two clamping blocks 402 are carried on the mounting frame 405, and the mounting frame 405 is connected to the fixing frame 300. Thus, the position-limiting frame 400 is formed as a whole, which facilitates the assembly of the position-limiting frame 400 and the fixing frame 300 and the assembly of the position-limiting frame 400 and the fixing frame 200. In one specific embodiment, the mounting frame 405, the extension rod 401, and the two clamping blocks 402 are integrally injection molded.
In order to fix the main body section 202 of the fixing bar 200 well, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a second engaging portion 205 is formed on the front side surface of the main body section 202, a catch 301 and a second limit tongue 302 are formed on the fixing frame 300, the catch 301 engages with the second engaging portion 205, and the second limit tongue 302 abuts against the rear side surface of the main body section 202. In this way, the catches 301 and the second retention tongues 302 secure the body region 202 of the fastening perimeter 200 from both the front and rear sides thereof, which effectively prevents the body region 202 from bending or shifting as the web 100 is unfolded, thereby further preventing the web 100 from buckling.
In a specific embodiment, the snaps 301 are plural in number and are provided at intervals along the front side of the body region 202, the second restriction tongues 302 are plural in number and are provided at intervals along the rear side of the body region 202, and the snaps 301 and the second restriction tongues 302 are provided corresponding to both end portions of the body region 202. In this way, the first retention tongue 404 of the retention frame 400 cooperates with the second retention tongue 302 and the catch 301 of the retention frame 300 to prevent the end of the main body region 202 from bending or shifting, which also helps prevent the web 100 from wrinkling.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the second clip portion 205 is formed by bending the edge of the main body portion 202. In this way, the second snap-in portion 205 can be formed very simply and the snap-in engagement of the second snap-in portion 205 with the catch 301 of such a structure is also very stable, which simplifies the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost of the wind screen assembly 1. In another embodiment, the bent edges forming the second fastening portion 205 are the same as the bent edges forming the first fastening portion 204 in a bent form, for example, both are folded toward the front side of the fixing strip 200. In this way, the first and second snap portions 204, 205 can be molded together, simplifying the manufacture of the wind screen assembly 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a vehicle 500 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle 500 includes a roof 501. A vehicle roof 502 is formed on the roof 501, and a wind screen assembly 1 according to the above vehicle roof is provided in front of the vehicle roof 502, the wind screen assembly 1 of the vehicle roof being in front of the vehicle roof 502.
In one embodiment, the mounting bracket 300 of the windshield assembly 1 is fixedly mounted to the roof 501. In this way, the mounting of the wind screen assembly 1 on the vehicle 500 is achieved.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art.
