An auxiliary turning-over bed for an emergency room comprises a bed base (1) and is characterized in that a main bed board (2) and an auxiliary bed board (3) are arranged on the top surface of the bed base (1) side by side, the main bed board (2) is provided with a lying position which is parallel to the auxiliary bed board (3) and a turning-over position which is turned upwards and forms an angle with the auxiliary bed board (3), and a first turning-over driving mechanism (4) for driving the main bed board (2) to be switched between the lying position and the turning-over position is arranged between the main bed board (2) and the bed base (1);
the main bed board (2) comprises a main bed body (21), a groove (21a) is formed in the middle end of the main bed body (21), and a turnover plate (22) is assembled in the groove (21 a); the first overturning driving mechanism (4) is used for driving one side, far away from the auxiliary bed plate (3), of the overturning plate (22) to overturn relative to the main bed body (21);
the first overturning driving mechanism (4) comprises:
a supporting member (41) fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the turnover plate (22), wherein a turnover roller (42) is arranged on the supporting member (41);
a slide rail support (43) fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the main bed body (21), wherein a turning curve groove (44) is arranged on the slide rail support (43);
the first driving unit (45) is fixedly arranged on the slide rail support (43), and the first driving unit (45) is used for driving the turnover roller (42) to move in the turnover curve groove (44).

The auxiliary turn-over bed for the emergency room as claimed in claim 1, wherein said turn-over curve slot (44) comprises a lifting section (44a) and a turning section (44b) which are communicated with each other, said first driving unit (45) is used for driving the turn-over roller (42) to move in the lifting section (44a) to drive the turn-over plate (22) to lift, and said first driving unit (45) is used for driving the turn-over roller (42) to move in the turning section (44b) to drive the turn-over plate (22) to turn.

The turning-over assisting bed for emergency rooms according to claim 2, wherein the turn-over section (44b) is communicated with the middle end of the lifting section (44a), and the turn-over rollers (42) comprise a lifting roller (42a) and a lifting turn-over roller (42b), and the distance between the lifting roller (42a) and the lifting turn-over roller (42b) is equivalent to the length of the lifting section (44a) between the end point of the lifting section (44a) and the start point of the turn-over section (44 b).

The auxiliary turn-over bed for emergency room according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said first driving unit (45) comprises a circumferential driver (45a), a turn-over crank (45c) and a turn-over connecting rod (45d), one end of said turn-over crank (45c) and one end of said turn-over connecting rod (45d) are hinged with each other, the other end of said turn-over crank (45c) is fixedly connected with the output end of said circumferential driver (45a), and the other end of said turn-over connecting rod (45d) is hinged with said supporting member (41).
5. The turning-over assisting bed for emergency rooms according to claim 4, wherein said supporting members (41) and said rail supports (43) are provided in pairs;
a linkage shaft (45b) linked with the output end of the circumferential driver (45a) is rotatably connected between the two supporting pieces (41), and two ends of the linkage shaft (45b) are respectively and fixedly provided with a turning-over crank (45 c); and/or at least one transmission shaft (45e) is rotatably connected between the two supporting members (41).

The auxiliary turn-over bed for the emergency room according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the auxiliary bed board (3) is hinged with the main bed board (2), the auxiliary bed board (3) has a receiving position which is turned to be parallel to the main bed board (2) and a folding position which is turned to be below the main bed board (2), and a second turn-over driving mechanism (5) for driving the auxiliary bed board (3) to be switched between the receiving position and the folding position is arranged between the auxiliary bed board (3) and the bed base (1).
7. The emergency room turn-over assisting bed as claimed in claim 6, wherein said second turn-over driving mechanism (5) comprises:
a sub-bed driving rocker (51) hinged with the bed seat (1);
two ends of the auxiliary bed lifting connecting rod (52) are respectively hinged with the auxiliary bed driving rocker (51) and the auxiliary bed plate (3);
and the second driving unit (53) is used for driving the auxiliary bed driving rocker (51) to rotate.
8. The auxiliary turn-over bed for the emergency room as claimed in claim 7, wherein said second driving unit (53) is an electric push rod (53a) with two ends hinged with the auxiliary bed driving rocker (51) and the bottom of the main bed plate (2), respectively.
