Each universal wheel element 28 comprises a universal rotating shaft 281, an elastic arc bearing 282, a universal mounting shell 283 and a universal roller 284, wherein the top end of the universal rotating shaft 281 is arranged at the bottom of the triangular mounting plate 21, an electric control telescopic rod 285 is arranged at the bottom end of the universal rotating shaft 281, the elastic arc bearing 282 is rotationally arranged at the top of the universal rotating shaft 281, the inner side of an arc clamping fork 227 is propped against the outer wall of the elastic arc bearing 282, the top of the universal mounting shell 283 is arranged at the bottom of the elastic arc bearing 282, a communication hole 286 is concavely arranged on the top surface of the universal mounting shell 283, a rotary braking block 287 is rotationally arranged inside the universal mounting shell 283, the electric control telescopic rod 285 penetrates through the communication hole 286 to enter the inside of the universal mounting shell 283, the bottom end of the electric control telescopic rod 285 is propped against the top surface of the rotary braking block 287, and the universal roller 284 is rotationally arranged in the universal mounting shell 283.
The leg assembly 30 comprises a first V-shaped turntable 31, a leg adjusting cylinder 32, a leg connecting column 33, a leg driving rotating frame 34, a leg connecting bedstead 35 and a leg bedstead 36, wherein the middle part of the first V-shaped turntable 31 is installed in the middle of a second rotating installation column 132, one end of the leg adjusting cylinder 32 is rotatably installed in a first installation turntable 141, an output shaft of the leg adjusting cylinder 32 is rotatably connected with one end of the first V-shaped turntable 31, one end of the leg connecting column 33 is rotatably installed at the other end of the first V-shaped turntable 31, two sides of the top of the leg driving rotating frame 34 are rotatably installed in two fourth installation turntables 125 respectively, the bottom of the leg driving rotating frame 34 is rotatably connected with one end of the leg connecting column 33, two sides of one end of the leg connecting bedstead 35 are rotatably installed in two fifth installation turntables 126 respectively, a bottom connecting frame 361 is convexly arranged at the bottom of the leg bedstead 36, one end of the bottom connecting frame 361 is rotatably installed at one end of the leg driving rotating frame 34 away from one end of the upper bedstead 12, and one end of the leg bedstead 36 is rotatably connected with one end of the leg connecting bedstead 35 away from the upper bedstead 12.
The waist adjusting component 40 comprises a waist lifting driving cylinder 41, a second V-shaped rotary table 42, a waist lifting connecting column 43, a waist lifting adjusting frame 44, two buttock bed frames 47, two waist bed frames 45 and a turning adjusting element 46, wherein the waist lifting driving cylinder 41 is rotatably arranged in a second mounting rotary table 142, the middle part of the second V-shaped rotary table 42 is arranged at the top of a first rotating mounting column 131, an output shaft of the waist lifting driving cylinder 41 is rotatably connected with one end of the second V-shaped rotary table 42, one end of the waist lifting connecting column 43 is rotatably connected with the other end of the second V-shaped rotary table 42, one end of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44 is rotatably arranged at one end of a head of a bed frame 127, which is far away from the connecting transverse plate 13, a waist connecting table 441 is convexly arranged at the middle part of one end of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44, which is far away from the connecting transverse plate 13, a linkage table 442 is convexly arranged at one side of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44, two lifting platforms 443 are respectively arranged on two sides of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44 adjacent to one end of the connecting transverse plate 13 in a protruding mode, lifting rollers 444 are respectively arranged on each lifting platform 443, the waist connecting platform 441 is rotationally connected with one end of the waist lifting connecting column 43, two ends of the inner sides of the two buttock bedstead 47 are respectively rotationally arranged in the two adjusting rotary tables 124, buttock rotating grooves 471 are concavely arranged on the outer sides of each buttock bedstead 47, buttock preset grooves 473 are concavely arranged on the inner sides of the buttock bedstead 47, buttock driven frames 472 are rotationally arranged on one end of each buttock rotating groove 471 adjacent to the connecting transverse plate 13, two ends of the two waist bedstead 45 far away from the connecting transverse plate 13 are respectively rotationally arranged on one end of the two buttock bedstead 47, the inner sides of the two waist bedstead 45 are rotationally connected, the inner sides of the bottom surfaces of the waist bedstead 45 are attached to the two lifting rollers 444 in the middle of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44, the waist rotating grooves 451 are concavely arranged on the outer sides of the waist bedstead 45, the inner side of each waist rotating groove 451 is provided with a waist driven frame 452 in a rotating way, the middle part of the bottom surface of the waist driven frame 452 is convexly provided with a waist inclined column 453, and the bottom surface of each waist inclined column 453 is respectively attached to the lifting roller 444 on the end wall of the waist lifting adjusting frame 44, and the turning adjusting element 46 is arranged in the third installation turntable 123 and the upper bedstead 12.
The turnover adjusting element 46 comprises a turnover adjusting cylinder 461, a turnover adjusting rotating shaft 462 and a turnover adjusting bar 463, the turnover adjusting cylinder 461 is rotatably arranged in the third mounting turntable 123, one end of the turnover adjusting rotating shaft 462 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the end wall of the bed head frame 127, the other end of the turnover adjusting rotating shaft 462 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the end wall of the bed middle frame 128, a turnover connecting table 464 is convexly arranged at one end of the bottom surface of the turnover adjusting cylinder 461, the turnover connecting table 464 is rotatably connected with an output shaft of the turnover adjusting cylinder 461, the middle of the turnover adjusting bar 463 is arranged at the other end of the turnover adjusting rotating shaft 462, turnover adjusting rollers 465 are respectively arranged at two ends of the turnover adjusting bar 463, and the turnover adjusting rollers 465 are attached to the bottom surface of the waist bed frame 45.
The hip adjusting component 50 comprises a hip lifting rotating shaft 51, a lifting connecting column 52 and a hip supporting element 53, the hip lifting rotating shaft 51 is rotatably installed at one end of the middle bed frame 128 far away from the connecting transverse plate 13, a hip connecting rotary table 511 is convexly arranged at one end of the bottom surface of the hip lifting rotating shaft 51, hip lifting platforms 512 are convexly arranged at two ends of the hip lifting rotating shaft 51, hip lifting rollers 513 are rotatably arranged at one end of each hip lifting platform 512, the hip lifting rollers 513 are propped against the middle part of the bottom surface of the hip driven frame 472, one end of the lifting connecting column 52 is rotatably connected with the hip connecting rotary table 511, the other end of the lifting connecting column 52 is rotatably connected with the linkage table 442, and the hip supporting element 53 is installed in the middle bed frame 128.
The hip support element 53 includes a hip support adjusting cylinder 531, a hip support rotating shaft 532, a hip support frame 533 and a storage basket 534, the hip support adjusting cylinder 531 is rotatably mounted at the middle part of one end of the frame 128 in the bed far away from the connecting transverse plate 13, the hip support rotating shaft 532 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the frame 128 in the bed, the length direction of the hip support rotating shaft 532 is perpendicular to the width direction of the frame 128 in the bed, a support driving table 535 is convexly arranged at one end of the hip support rotating shaft 532, the support driving table 535 is rotatably connected with the output shaft of the hip support adjusting cylinder 531, one end of the bottom of the hip support frame 533 is mounted at the middle part of the hip support rotating shaft 532, one end of the top surface of the hip support frame 533 is abutted against the bottom surface of one hip frame 47, the other end of the top surface of the hip support frame 533 is abutted against the bottom surface of the other hip frame 47, four vertical connecting rotating bars 536 are rotatably mounted at the outer wall of the storage basket 534, the middle parts of the two vertical connecting rotating bars 536 are respectively convexly provided with connecting bars 537, and the two connecting bars 537 are rotatably mounted at the outer sides of the frame 128 in the bed.
The disposing component 60 comprises a display mounting frame 61, a disposing host 62 and a display 63, wherein the bottom end of the display mounting frame 61 is rotatably arranged in the disposing and mounting turntable 122, the disposing host 62 is arranged in the basket 534, the display 63 is arranged at the top of the display mounting frame 61, and the display 63 is electrically connected with the disposing host 62.
