For example, in one embodiment: when the posture of the patient is changed from the supine position to the lateral position, the lifting cylinder 23 is started, the output shaft of the lifting cylinder 23 is retracted/extended, the bed plate frame 51 is pulled to drive the adjusting rotating shaft 44 to rotate around the first rotating hole 321, meanwhile, the gear 45 rotates along with the rotating shaft 44, the ruler strip 41 slides along the inclined side of the transverse sliding rail 33, one adjusting strip 43 gradually moves outwards, the inclined supporting surface 432 is concavely arranged at one end, adjacent to the connecting vertical rod 32, of the top surface of the adjusting strip 43, the inclined sliding surface 510 is concavely arranged at one side, far away from the bed plate frame 51, of the supporting plate 519, so that the top surface of the side frame 518 below the bed plate frame 51 is kept horizontal after the bed plate frame 51 rotates, the other adjusting strip 43 moves along with the ruler strip 41 and abuts against the bottom surface of the bed plate frame 51, multi-point support is provided for the bed plate frame 51, the bed plate frame 51 is kept stable when the bed plate frame 51 is inclined, protection of the patient is realized, and the posture of the patient is changed to be inclined, so that the lateral position is checked. And when the ruler strip 41 moves along the transverse sliding rail 33, as the sensor is arranged between the ruler strip 41 and the transverse sliding rail 33 and is electrically connected with the micro-control motor, the sensor sends an electric signal, so that the manual guardrail 53 far away from the horizontal side frame 518 descends along the electric control sliding groove 313, a doctor can check a patient more conveniently, the body position check for adjusting the lateral position is realized, the contact area between other parts of the patient and the diagnosis and treatment device is ensured, the supporting surface is enlarged, the stability is increased, the patient feels comfortable and safe, and meanwhile, the patient is close to the bed edge, so that the treatment operations such as intubation and liquid filling are facilitated, the pressed part of the patient can be changed, and the pressure ulcer caused by long-term pressing of local tissues can be prevented.

The invention can help the patient to vacate the thighs, buttocks and waist when the patient needs to massage, then provides a position for placing the massager, conveniently places the massager to massage the patient, helps the blood circulation inside the patient body, promotes the recovery of the body, and can help the patient to turn into a knee-bending supine position, so that the knees of the patient are bent and separated slightly outwards, which is beneficial to the relaxation of abdominal muscles, the exposure of perineum and other parts, and is convenient for the examination and the exposure of operation parts and the treatment operation.
