Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a quick release wristband 100 of the present application includes a holder 200, two watchbands 300 and a fastener 400. The fixing frame 200 is used for accommodating the wearable device, and two side ends of the fixing frame 200 are respectively provided with a buckling part 210. The two watchbands 300 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the fixing frame 200; the two watchbands 300 each have a first receiving portion 310 and a second receiving portion 320 adjacent to the first receiving portion 310, and the first receiving portion 310 is used for receiving the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200. The fastener 400 is disposed in the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300, so as to fasten the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 in the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300.
In detail, the wearable device is a wearable device such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and the like. The fixing frame 200 is used to fix the dial of wearable devices such as smartwatches and smartbands, and the fixing mode can be a snap-fit mode, a buckling mode, or a locking mode.
The manner of coupling between the holder 200 and the watch band 300 will be described below with the watch band 300 located on the right side of the holder 200, and the watch band 300 located on the left side of the holder 200 will have the same coupling manner, so that the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the quick release wristband 100 of the present application, the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 has a through hole 212, and as shown in fig. 7, the fastening element 400 has a fastening element body 410 and a first hook 420 extending upward from the fastening element body 410. In this way, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, after the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 is inserted rightward and accommodated in the first accommodating portion 310 of the watch band 300, the first hook 420 of the fastening piece 400 can be inserted into the through hole 212 of the fastening portion 210 from the bottom to the top of the watch band 300 as shown in fig. 6, so as to achieve the effect of fastening the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 in the first accommodating portion 310 of the watch band 300.
In the quick release wristband 100 of the present application, the fastener 400 further has at least one second hook 430, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the at least one second hook 430 is two second hooks 430. By the arrangement of the two second hooks 430, as shown in fig. 8, after the fastener 400 is disposed in the second receiving portion 320 of the watch strap 300 from bottom to top from the lower side of the watch strap 300, the two second hooks 430 of the fastener 400 can be respectively fastened to the two slots 322 in the second receiving portion 320, so as to increase the fastening force between the fastener 400 and the second receiving portion 320 of the watch strap 300, and firmly fasten the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 in the first receiving portion 310 of the watch strap 300.
It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the two slots 322 in the second receiving portion 320 are integrally formed with the watch band 300, but in other embodiments, the two slots 322 may be part of an additional separate component. Therefore, the independent component with two engaging grooves 322 can be disposed in the first container 310 of the watch band 300 before the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 is inserted into the first container 310 of the watch band 300, so that the two engaging grooves 322 can be fastened to the two second hooks 430 of the fastening element 400 in the subsequent combining step.
Referring again to FIG. 7, fastener body 410 of fastener 400 has a central region 412 and side regions 414 located at opposite ends of central region 412. The first hook 420 of the fastener 400 is disposed in the central region 412 of the fastener body 410, and the two second hooks 430 of the fastener 400 are disposed in the side regions 414 of the two ends of the fastener body 410, respectively. Because the first hook 420 of the fastener 400 can be inserted into the through hole 212 of the fastening portion 210, through the above-mentioned special structural design for the first hook 420 and the two second hooks 430, when the fastener 400 is disposed in the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300 to fasten the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 into the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300, the two second hooks 430 of the fastener 400 will be located outside the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200. In other words, the periphery of the through hole 212 of the fastening portion 210 is located between the first hook 420 and the second hook 430, so as to effectively prevent the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 from being released from the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300.
In fig. 7, the first hook 420 is shown as a hollow cylinder, but not limited thereto. In other words, the first hook 420 may have a solid cylindrical shape. In addition, the first hook 420 is disposed in the through hole 212 of the fastening portion 210, and the first hook 420 is disposed in the central region 412 of the fastening member body 410, so that the first hook 420 can further reinforce the structural strength of the fastening member 400, and effectively prevent the fastening member 400 from being deformed without being affected by external force, thereby reducing the possibility of releasing the fastening member 400 from the second receiving portion 320 of the strap 300.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the opening direction of the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300, so that the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 can be fastened by the fastener 400 after being inserted into the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300, but not limited thereto. In other words, a person skilled in the art can also adjust the relative position relationship between the first receiving portion 310 and the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300 according to the size of the fastening portion 210 of the fastening frame 200 and the combination angle between the fastening portion 210 of the fastening frame 200 and the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300, so as to facilitate the subsequent insertion and fastening of the fastener 400.
In addition, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300 is located at an end of the watch band 300 close to the holder 200, and the second receiving portion 320 of the watch band 300 is located below an end of the watch band 300 close to the holder 200. Therefore, through the above arrangement, the manufacture of the watch band 300 having the first receiving portion 310 and the second receiving portion 320 can be completed in the most economical manner, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the quick release watch band 100 of the present application.
In the preferred embodiment of the quick release wristband 100 of the present application, the holder 200 is a metal or plastic holder, the wristband 300 is formed by plastic and soft rubber through an insert injection molding process, and the fastener 400 is a plastic or rubber fastener, but is not limited thereto. By means of the material selection of the above parts, the light weight requirement of the quick-release type watchband 100 of the application can be further met.
To sum up, the quick release watch band 100 of the present application is to fasten the fastening portion 210 of the fixing frame 200 in the first receiving portion 310 of the watch band 300 through the fastening member 400, so as to meet the requirement of the user to quickly assemble and disassemble the watch band with the watch body and the watch band in a short time, and the quick release watch band 100 of the present application has a light and thin structural design, thereby having a low manufacturing cost.
