Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent wearing, in particular to an intelligent wrist watch and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the rise of intelligent wearable devices, especially with the rapid development of smart watches, the styles of smart watches also show diversified development trends, but from the viewpoint of the connection mode of the watchband and the watch body, the connection mode of the watchband and the watch body of the existing smart watch still continues to be the connection mode of an old-fashioned mechanical watch or an electronic watch. Fig. 1 shows an exploded structure of a conventional smart watch.
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional smart watch band includes a watch body 11, a left band 12, and a right band 13. The left band 12 is attached to the left side of the watch body 11 by a left connecting shaft 14, and the right band 13 is attached to the right side of the watch body 11 by a right connecting shaft 15. The left watchband 12 is provided with a buckle for connecting the left watchband 12 and the right watchband 13, the buckle comprises a frame body 161 and a button pin 162, the right watchband 13 is provided with a plurality of button holes 131 which are arranged in a straight line shape at intervals and correspond to the button pin 162, and the button pin 162 penetrates through the button holes 131, so that the watch is fixed on the wrist.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a smart watch with a wristband and a manufacturing method thereof, so as to solve the problems of the prior smart watch with a wristband that the structural design is not fool-proof, the assembly efficiency is low, and the user experience is not good.
The invention provides an intelligent wrist watch, which comprises a watch body, a first watchband and a second watchband matched with the first watchband; wherein still include: the watch comprises buttonholes which are integrally injection-molded with a first watchband and are arranged in a straight line, watch buckles which are integrally injection-molded with a second watchband and are matched with the buttonholes, and a watch body bin which is arranged between the first watchband and the second watchband and is used for accommodating and fixing a watch body; wherein, the table body storehouse is wholly moulded plastics with first watchband and second watchband, is provided with in the table body storehouse and prevents slow-witted structure, is provided with on the table body and prevents slow-witted portion with preventing slow-witted structure matched with.
Preferably, a concave part is arranged on the button hole, a convex part matched with the concave part is arranged on the watch button, and the concave part and the convex part form a buckle structure.

Aiming at the problems that the existing intelligent watch watchband is not fool-proof in structural design and single in design style, so that the assembly efficiency of a factory end is low, the user experience is not good and the like, the invention can improve the assembly efficiency of the intelligent watch and simultaneously enrich the form and the function of the watchband through integral injection molding and fool-proof structural design, thereby improving the user experience.
To illustrate the smart wristband watch provided by the present invention, fig. 2 shows an exploded structure of the smart wristband watch according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the smart wristband watch provided by the invention comprises a watch body 21, a first wristband 22, a second wristband 23 matched with the first wristband 22, a fixing ring 27, a grommet 24 integrally molded with the first wristband 22 and arranged in a straight line, a watch buckle 25 integrally molded with the second wristband 23 and matched with the grommet 24, and a watch body bin 26 arranged between the first wristband 22 and the second wristband 23 and used for accommodating and fixing the watch body 21. When the first band 22, the second band 23, the grommet 24, and the watch buckle 25 are integrally molded, the first band 22, the second band 23, the grommet 24, and the watch buckle 25 may be made of different materials, for example, the injection molding between the first band 22 and the grommet 24, and between the second band 23 and the watch buckle 25 may be a plastic-plastic integral injection molding or a plastic-metal integral injection molding.

In one example of the present invention, the fool-proof structure 261 of the watch body compartment 26 may be a recessed structure, and the fool-proof portion 211 of the watch body 21 may be a raised structure matching the recessed structure. Thus, when the assembling worker puts the watch body 21 in the watch body compartment 26 in the reverse direction, the watch body 21 cannot be accommodated and fixed in the watch body compartment 26.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned design of the fool-proof structure of the watch body case and the watch body as the mutually matched concave structure and convex structure is only an example of the fool-proof design adopted by the present invention. Of course, other forms of fool-proof structure design may be adopted, such as fool-proof design by color, and will not be described herein.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 4-A and 4-B, eye 24, which is integrally molded with first band 22, has a recess 241, and clasp 25, which is integrally molded with second band 23, has a projection 251 that mates with recess 241. Further, in order to make the watch buckle 25 capable of bearing a certain elastic deformation, it may be made of hard plastics such as PC, PET, PPO, etc., and the concave portion 241 of the watch buckle 25 and the convex portion 251 of the grommet 24 form a snap structure, so as to better connect and fix the first band 22 and the second band 23.
In addition, a notch 252 is provided in the center of the buckle 25 so that the buckle 25 can have a certain plastic deformation space when the grommet 24 is pressed in or peeled off. Wherein, the material of the button hole 24 is selected based on the principle that the button hole 24 can be firmly matched with the watch button 25 and the button is not loosened or tightened when the button is opened. Preferably, the grommet 24 may be a hard material such as a wear-resistant plastic or metal.
Furthermore, in order to make the grommet 24 and the first band 22, the watch buckle 25 and the second band 23 have sufficient firmness after the integral injection molding, a first detent 242 is provided on the surface of the grommet 24 contacting the first band 22, so that the grommet can be firmly fixed on the first band 22 after the injection molding; a second detent 253 is provided on the surface of clasp 25 that contacts second band 23 to securely hold clasp 25 to second band 23.
In addition, the first watchband and the second watchband in the intelligent wrist watch provided by the invention can also be a continuous watchband, and the watch body bin is borne on the continuous watchband. Before the buttonholes and the watch buckles are injected into the first watchband and the second watchband, the buttonholes and the watch buckles can be subjected to surface treatment, so that the integration of the buttonholes and the watch buckles with the first watchband and the second watchband is improved, and the tensile resistance is enhanced.
In order to improve the overall texture of the watchband (i.e. the first watchband and the second watchband) and the experience of the user, the smart-wristband watch provided by the invention may further include, but is not limited to, the following schemes:
the first watchband and the second watchband can be different colors, and even can be transparent; when the watchband is transparent, a solar battery pack can be implanted into the watchband, so that the watchband has a charging function in an environment with a light source;
the watchband can be made of a single material, for example, the watchband can be made of a luminous material; the watchband can also be formed by mixing other materials;
other materials can be added on the watchband for decoration, such as leather, metal, cloth, diamond and the like;
the watchband and the watch body can be in different colors, so that the whole watch has rich appearance;
the watch body bin can exist independently or can be combined with the lower shell of the watch body into a whole.
Compared with the existing products, the intelligent wrist watch provided by the invention has the following advantages:
firstly, through integral injection molding and foolproof design of a watch body and a watch body bin, the assembly of the watchband and the watch body by utilizing a connecting shaft is broken through, and the problem that the structural design of the traditional watchband is not foolproof is solved;
the watch band structure is simplified, the assembly of products is facilitated, and the assembly of the products can be directly realized during production of parts through an integral injection molding mode;
thirdly, the original structural style of the traditional old mechanical watch is eliminated, and the watchband is creative through integral injection molding and adjustable pressing of the lock catch;
and fourthly, the form and the function of the watchband are richer by adopting a combined injection molding mode, and even a noctilucent material can be added, and a solar battery pack can be implanted.

1. firstly, making a button hole and a watch buckle, and after the button hole and the watch buckle are made, carrying out surface treatment on the button hole and the watch buckle;

7. The smart wristband watch of claim 1, further comprising a securing ring that extends through the second band for securing the first band.
8. The smart wristband watch of claim 1, wherein the bezel structure of the watch body bin is a recessed structure and the bezel portion of the watch body is a raised structure that mates with the recessed structure.
9. A method of manufacturing a smart-wristband watch, the smart-wristband watch being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising:
manufacturing a button hole and a watch button;
placing the manufactured button hole and the watch button into an injection mold;
the button hole, the watch button, the first watchband, the second watchband and the watch body bin are integrated through injection molding;
and accommodating and fixing the watch body in the watch body bin.
10. The method of making a smart wristband watch of claim 9, wherein the watch body is held fixed in the watch body pocket by a resilient clamping fit, glue dispensing, ultrasonic welding, or threaded locking.
