Background
The ceramic tile is made up by using refractory metal oxide and semimetal oxide through the processes of grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing and sintering, and is a kind of acid-and alkali-resistant porcelain or stone material for building or decorative material, so-called ceramic tile. The existing ceramic tile, even the ceramic tile with soft porcelain material, only has a common mimeograph layer due to the characteristics of process and material, can only achieve profiling, can not bring dazzling glittering effect, and the limitation of the manufacturing method causes the gloss and effect to be not beautiful enough, not three-dimensional enough, and can not perfectly present the gloss and pattern effect of antique decoration.

Further, the powder decorative strip is adhered to the gloss oil profile layer. The powder decorative belt is adhered to the gloss oil profile layer, and then the gloss oil profile layer has the effect of a metal gloss profile.
Further, the pattern of the mimetic is fully paved and adhered with the powder decorative tape. The powder decorative strip is laid on the gloss oil contour layer, and the powder decorative strip is laid on the part where the gloss oil contour layer is not laid, so that the powder decorative strip is laid on the pattern of the whole simulation, and the corresponding gloss and effect are formed.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an exemplary tile with a multi-layer three-dimensional decoration structure includes a substrate layer 10, a color printing layer 20, a powder decoration tape 40, and a protection film layer 50;
the color printing layer 20 is covered on the substrate layer 10, and the color printing layer 20 is formed with a contour;
the powder decorative belt 40 is laid along the contour of the color printing layer 20;
the protective film layer 50 covers the color printing layer 20 and the powder decorative tape 40, respectively.

In some preferred embodiments, the color printing layers 20 are respectively formed with patterns a of a dummy, and the edges of the patterns a of the dummy are formed with the outlines of the color printing layers 20;
the color printing powder ink powder coating further comprises a gloss oil profile layer 30, wherein the gloss oil profile layer 30 is laid on the profile of the color printing layer 20, the powder decoration belt 40 is laid on the gloss oil profile layer 30, and the powder decoration belt 40 is laid along the profile of the gloss oil profile layer 30. The provision of the gloss oil profile layer 30 can enhance the aesthetic appearance of the pattern or profile and ensure good corrosion resistance.
In some preferred embodiments, the pattern a of the mimetic comprises a flower pattern, a wave pattern, a vine pattern, and a cloud pattern. One pattern may be provided, or a plurality of patterns may be provided; may be one pattern or a combination of a plurality of patterns.
In some preferred embodiments, the protective film layer 50 is a varnish coating. The gloss oil covering layer is arranged, the protection effect of other structures can be improved, and the gloss oil covering layer is of a transparent or semitransparent structure, so that the gloss and the effect are not influenced.
In some preferred embodiments, the substrate layer 10 comprises a tile layer, a glass layer, a stone layer, or a metal plate layer.
In some preferred embodiments, the powder decorative band 40 adheres to the gloss oil contour layer 30.
In some preferred embodiments, the simulated pattern A is overlaid and adhered to the powder decorative band 40.
The manufacturing method of the ceramic tile with the multilayer three-dimensional decorative structure comprises the following steps:
after the substrate layer 10 is processed, a color picture is printed on the surface of the substrate layer by an ink-jet printer in a conventional mode → a lamp tube of the printer is closed (the drying function is removed), a prepared profile file is printed by using gloss oil → decorative powder (flash powder pieces, glitter powder, noctilucent powder, metal powder and other powder materials) is uniformly scattered on the picture printed with gloss oil → after the gloss oil is dried and solidified, the redundant powder is removed, a layered powder decorative strip 40 is formed, the powder decorative strip 40 is formed and covers a pattern contour → the color picture with the decorative contour is subjected to UV oil spraying and solidifying treatment.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the substrate layer 10 is provided, and the substrate layer 10 has a multilayer structure. Printing a layer of picture on the substrate layer 10 by a printer to form the color printing layer 20, wherein the pattern and color of the color printing layer 20 can be freely modified according to the requirement, that is, the body of the picture is not limited. Then, a gloss oil outline layer 30 is printed on the ink of the color printing layer 20, when the gloss oil outline layer 30 is printed, the gloss oil is not dried, but is directly taken out, and powder is scattered on the gloss oil outline layer 30 and the periphery, wherein the powder can be gold powder, silver powder, fluorescent powder or even metal powder, so that the gloss oil outline layer 30 has a flashing effect, and metal luster is provided, so that the ceramic tile is not only beautiful, but also dazzling. The powder on gloss oil contour layer 30 is stacked to form a layered powder decoration band 40. And then, drying the gloss oil profile layer 30 covered with the powder decoration belt 40, wherein the ultraviolet lamp or the drying lamp can be used for drying, after drying, removing the powder outside the gloss oil profile layer 30, and cleaning or blowing the powder outside the gloss oil profile layer 30. Finally, another gloss oil layer is applied to the powder decorative tape 40 over the powder to form a protective film layer 50. The substrate layer 10, the color printing layer 20, the gloss oil profile layer 30, the powder decoration tape 40, and the protection film layer 50 are sequentially stacked.
The surface of the finally formed ceramic tile has a multi-layer superposed structure, provides gorgeous various effects and also has a good waterproof effect. The ceramic tile with the multilayer three-dimensional decorative structure is simple in manufacturing method, easy to achieve, large in difference with the ceramic tile processing technology in the prior art, and capable of breaking through the bottleneck of the technology in the prior art.
This application must have multilayer three-dimensional decorative structure's ceramic tile, and not only the preparation is easy, and the precision is high, and the shaping is effectual moreover.
