Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a dispensing device for allocation of enzyme A.
Background
The enzyme A is a thrombolytic drug, and contains glycoprotein as main ingredient and 526 amino acids. Clinically, the medicine is mainly used for treating acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, acute ischemic stroke, deep venous thrombosis and other vascular diseases, so that the enzyme altertise is often used in emergency, and the medicine needs to be quickly injected into a patient; however, in daily drug storage, the enzyme A is divided into powder and water for injection, which are respectively placed in two bottles, when in use, the powder is mixed into the water for injection through a dispensing device, and the mixture is prepared into a medicament, the dispensing device is a puncture needle with two pointed ends, and the mixing mode adopted at present is as follows:
firstly, inserting a puncture needle above an injection water bottle from top to bottom, and simultaneously keeping the injection water bottle upright; next, inserting the bottle filled with the medicinal powder into the other end of the puncture needle, rotating the two connected bottles to enable the bottle filled with the injection water to be inverted above the bottle filled with the medicinal powder, enabling the injection water to fall into the bottle filled with the medicinal powder below the bottle filled with the injection water through the puncture needle, and mixing to prepare a medicament; next, the puncture needle is removed from the upper part of the bottle filled with the medicament, the head part of the injector is provided with a needle head, the needle head is punctured into the bottle filled with the medicament, and the medicament in the bottle is extracted; finally, the syringe filled with the medicament is injected into an extension tube or a scalp needle connected with a patient to finish administration.
Because the pipe diameter of pjncture needle is greater than the diameter of the syringe needle of installation on the syringe, consequently when the pjncture needle removes the back from the bottle top that is equipped with the medicament, the hole that the pjncture needle was inserted can be left at the top of bottle, when the medicament in the syringe extraction bottle, then the medicament flows out in the hole of should preserving easily, causes extravagant and pollution.
In view of the above problems, the present invention has been devised to provide a dispensing device for altertise arrangement, and the present invention has been made based on the foregoing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dispensing device for allocation of ATPase, which has the characteristic of accurate, rapid and safe dispensing; specifically, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a dispensing device for attritase configuration comprises two detachably connected cannulas, wherein one end of each cannula is a tip end, the other end of each cannula is an assembling end, and the tip ends of the cannulas are used for being inserted into a bottle containing medicinal powder or a bottle containing water for injection; the assembly ends of the two insertion tubes are sleeved, namely the assembly end of one insertion tube is inserted into the assembly end of the other insertion tube; and the fitting end of the cannula is also used for fitting with the head of the non-needled syringe.
Further, the inner diameter of the cannula assembling end is gradually increased from inside to outside; the syringe and the cannula are connected more tightly through the design.
Further, be provided with handheld portion on the outer wall of intubate, handheld portion is used for the hand to hold between the fingers and holds and still plays limiting displacement simultaneously.
Further, a protective sleeve is sleeved outside the tip of the intubation tube.
The beneficial effect of this application lies in:

Therefore, under the condition that the head part of the syringe is not provided with the needle, the syringe can still extract the medicament in the medicament bottle; because the cannula is not required to be pulled out of the medicament bottle, the inner medicament can be extracted only by directly passing through the cannula, and the syringe is tightly connected with the cannula, the medicament leakage can not occur in the extraction process; meanwhile, the safety of the dispensing process is improved due to the fact that the needle head is not used in the whole dispensing process, the risk of puncture by sharp instruments is reduced, meanwhile, the needle head is omitted when the syringe is assembled, the process of disassembling the needle head is achieved, the dispensing speed is improved on the premise that the medication safety is guaranteed, and valuable time is won for rescuing patients.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
As shown in figure 1, the dispensing device for the configuration of the enzyme altertise comprises two cannulas 1, wherein the ends of the two cannulas 1 are sleeved; one end of the cannula 1 is a tip 2, a protective sleeve 9 is sleeved at the tip 2, and the other end is an assembling end 3, wherein the tip 2 of the cannula 1 is used for being inserted into a bottle containing medicinal powder 4 or a bottle containing water for injection 5; the assembling end 3 of one cannula 1 is sleeved with the assembling end 3 of the other cannula 1, namely the assembling end 3 of one cannula 1 is inserted into the assembling end 3 of the other cannula 1, so that the connection of the dispensing device is completed; while the head of the syringe 7 can withdraw the mixed medicament 6 from the vial through the fitting end 3 of the cannula 1 without the use of a needle. Wherein the inner diameter of the assembly end 3 of the cannula 1 is gradually increased from inside to outside, and the inner diameter of the opening of the assembly end 3 is larger than the inner diameter of the cannula 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer wall of the cannula 1 is provided with a hand-held portion 8, when in use, a medical worker pinches the hand-held portion 8 to assemble or disassemble the two cannulas 1; simultaneously, the handheld part 8 also plays a limiting role, when the two insertion pipes 1 are assembled and connected, the handheld parts 8 on the two insertion pipes 1 are contacted and attached, the assembly and connection of the two insertion pipes 1 are completed, the situation that the two insertion pipes 1 are not connected in place or are connected in place is avoided, and the rapid and accurate connection and assembly are realized.
The use of a dispensing device for an altertise configuration is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, the assembling ends 3 of the two cannulae 1 are firstly sleeved with each other to form a complete dispensing device, the sleeving process is completed in the process of producing the medicine, and in use, the protective sleeve 9 is removed to insert one tip 2 of the dispensing device into a bottle containing the water for injection 5, and meanwhile, the bottle containing the water for injection 5 needs to be kept vertical; inserting a bottle containing a powder 4 onto the other tip 2 of the dispensing device; turning over the two connected bottles as shown in fig. 3, so that the bottle containing the water for injection 5 is positioned above the bottle containing the medicinal powder 4, and the water for injection 5 flows into the bottle containing the medicinal powder 4 through a dispensing device to complete the mixing of the two bottles to prepare a medicament 6; as shown in fig. 4, when the powder 4 is drained from the bottle, the cannula 1 inserted in the empty bottle is separated from the other cannula 1, and the head of the syringe 7 is engaged with the fitting end 3 of the cannula 1 inserted in the bottle containing the medicament 6 to extract the inner medicament 6; finally, the medicament 6 in the syringe 7 is delivered to the patient through the extension tube or the scalp needle.
Due to the arrangement of the cannula 1, the head of the injector 7 for extracting the medicament 6 is not required to be assembled with a needle, the head of the injector 7 is directly connected with the cannula 1, and the medicament 6 in the bottle can be extracted; because the whole dispensing process does not have the syringe needle to use, improved dispensing process's security, reduced sharp ware stabbing's risk, also saved 7 assembly syringe needles of syringe simultaneously, the process of dismantling the syringe needle has improved the speed of dispensing under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to use medicine safety, has won the valuable time for rescuing patient.
