Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical machinery, especially, relate to an oral cavity inspection device.
Background
The oral cavity is used as an important structural tissue of a human body, and the oral cavity problems are more and more along with the improvement of the abundance of living contents of people, wherein the number of patients suffering from oral cancer is increased day by day. The examination of the oral lesion tissues as the auxiliary diagnosis of the oral cancer detection has important significance for the early oral cancer screening. One means of examination of diseased tissue in the mouth involves autofluorescence techniques. The autofluorescence technique is a non-invasive screening technique based on the optical characteristics of tissues, and does not damage the physiological functions of normal cells. The healthy oral mucosa contains abundant endogenous autofluorescent groups. These fluorophores, when excited by a light source of appropriate wavelength, are capable of generating an autofluorescence signal corresponding to their absorption spectra. This fluorescence phenomenon is not dependent on any exogenous material and is inherently present in vivo, and is called autofluorescence. An autofluorescence device (VELscope Vx) is a handheld device used for clinical screening of OPMD based on the principles of fluorescence imaging. When blue excitation light emitted by the VELscope Vx contacts with the endogenous autofluorescent groups, the fluorescent groups of the mucous membrane of the healthy oral cavity emit light green fluorescence with the wavelength of 515nm, while in epithelial dysplasia and OSCC pathological tissues, the distribution of the fluorescent groups is damaged, and the local color is dark after the excitation light irradiates to form a fluorescence deficiency phenomenon. Chinese patent CN100479736 provides an intra-oral cavity camera device having an illumination device. The irradiation device has an excitation light emitting section for emitting excitation light for causing the lesion to emit fluorescence and an illumination light emitting section for emitting illumination light for illuminating the periphery of the lesion, and the irradiation device can simultaneously emit the illumination light and the excitation light. The device is through the illumination portion observation oral cavity pathological change tissue that sets up, but oral cavity structure size is limited, needs constantly angle regulation and length to shine the observation to oral cavity inner wall different positions in the irradiation process, and the operation is complicated and misses the department that does not shine in the oral cavity easily.
For general examination in the oral cavity, there are many designs and improvements of oral examination devices. Chinese patent CN205849430U discloses a multifunctional examination device for department of stomatology, which comprises a connecting seat and an expansion plate; the connecting seat is provided with a movable open slot, a fixed seat, a lighting lamp, a switch, a connecting rod and a tongue depressor; the two movable open slots are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the connecting seat, and are symmetrically arranged, and the outer side wall of each movable open slot is an opening; the expansion plate is provided with a movable pin, a movable rod, a pressing handle, a rubber soft leather sleeve, a soft cushion, a rotating nail, a rotating rod, a rotating disc and a magnifier; the two expansion plates are arranged in the vertical plane and are bilaterally symmetrical about the center line of the connecting seat; the number of the movable pins is two, and the movable pins are respectively and vertically arranged in the two movable open grooves. The device increases the illumination degree of the inspection process through a complicated mechanical structure, and brings convenience to the examination of doctors through the operation steps of opening the oral cavity, pressing the tongue and the like, but the device has a complicated structure, and the disinfection cannot be thorough. Further, a more comprehensive development is made for an oral cavity examination device, patent CN205433628U, which includes lenses, a mirror frame, a connecting piece, a handle, a lighting unit, a heating unit, and a power supply, and the large visual field of the oral cavity of the patient is observed through the components such as a bent connecting piece, an anti-fogging heater, etc. under the condition of simple structure, but the basic examination purpose can only be realized.
