Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a flexible endoscope and accessories thereof.
Background
In the medical field, the endoscope has the obvious advantages of direct-view images, convenient operation, diagnosis and treatment integration, minimally invasive treatment and the like in examination and treatment, and is widely used in clinic. Clinicians also wish to treat more body parts by endoscopic diagnostics. The superfine endoscope can enter into the finer cavities of the human body, and observe the fine cavities of the human body, so that patients can be treated in the early development stage. The soft endoscope with the working diameter smaller than 3mm can enter into small cavities such as bile ducts, lymphatic vessels, ureters and bronchi of a human body, and has wide clinical significance in assisting the soft instrument in diagnosis and treatment.
In practical applications, after a flexible endoscope enters a human body cavity, a side wall is sometimes required to be observed, and an opening of a cavity branch is sometimes required to be searched for further endoscope entry, so that the head of the endoscope is required to have a direction adjusting function. Because the ultra-fine endoscope with the working diameter of less than 3mm needs to transmit light and image, and an instrument channel with the diameter of about 1mm is reserved, the ultra-fine endoscope is limited to the processing and manufacturing technology of structural parts, and most of the existing ultra-fine endoscopes cannot realize the function of adjusting the direction of the head. While some foreign endoscope devices with approximate size and function can realize the fine adjustment of the direction of the head, the device is expensive, easy to damage and short in service life, and cannot be widely applied.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the conventional flexible endoscope includes an endoscope handle 202 and a working scope 201 mounted at the front of the endoscope handle, the working scope 201 integrates a light guide fiber 203 and an image transmission lens 204, and an instrument pipe 208 through which an instrument passes is formed on the working scope 101. In order to enable the front portion of the working scope 201 to bend backward, the front portion of the working scope 201 is provided in a serpentine configuration. Specifically, the front portion of the working scope 201 has a plurality of snake bone segments 205 and steering wires 206 for steering the front portion of the working scope 201 to bend back. The plurality of snake bone segments 205 are sequentially connected through the connecting shaft 207, the front end of the control wire 206 is fixedly connected with the front end portion of the snake bone segment 205 in the working lens tube 201, then sequentially penetrates through the grooves of each snake bone segment 205, and the control wire 206 penetrating out of the snake bone segment 205 is fixedly connected with the endoscope handle 202. When the endoscope is used, the control wire 206 is pulled back and forth, the gap on one side of the tensioned snake bone joint 205 is reduced, and the gap on one side of the relaxed snake bone joint 205 is increased, so that the function of controlling and steering the endoscope is achieved.
The processing precision requirement of the snake bone segments of the existing flexible endoscope is high, the difficulty of products below 3mm is high, and the implementation is difficult. Meanwhile, the assembly precision and the assembly technology also need to be extremely high, so that the manufacturing cost of the product is extremely high, and the price of the product is high. The working lens tube of the existing soft endoscope is made of ultrathin and superfine materials, so that the strength of the materials is low, the materials are easy to damage, and the service life of the product is influenced.
Meanwhile, when the endoscope is used as a medical instrument, the endoscope needs to be cleaned before sterilization in a strict sterilization system, and the working scope tube of the endoscope device is tiny and flexible. Meanwhile, in order to accommodate the optical guide fiber and the image transmission lens, the working lens tube is also provided with a channel, so that more steps are needed during cleaning, and the working lens tube is clean and easy to damage. The current sterilization mode has a great influence on the service life of the endoscope, and the small instrument channel is difficult to reach the sterilization requirement. So that it is difficult for the current endoscopic apparatus to enter clinical application.
