With the social development and the increase of commodity diversity, the labels on the commodities are in higher demand; for example, an optical holographic anti-counterfeit label, also called a laser anti-counterfeit label, is an anti-counterfeit label finished by utilizing a laser color hologram plate making technology and a mould pressing duplication technology; in practical application, in order to increase the aesthetic feeling of the label, the anti-counterfeiting pattern can be combined with the printing pattern to appear on the same label; referring to fig. 1, the conventional optical holographic anti-counterfeit label generally includes a PET film (500), a UV varnish (400) and an aluminum-plated layer (300), wherein an optical holographic image (i.e., an anti-counterfeit pattern) is pressed on the UV varnish (400), and the aluminum-plated layer (300) is used for reflection to facilitate observation of the optical holographic image by naked eyes; in order to combine the printed patterns to increase the aesthetic feeling, designed pattern characters are printed on the PET film (500) to form a printed layer (600); in order to avoid scraping ink on the printing layer (600), a protective layer (700) is covered on the printing layer, and the protective layer (700) is generally PET or UV gloss oil; in addition, in order to facilitate the pasting of the label, adhesive sticker (200) and base paper (100) are arranged below the aluminum-plated layer (300). However, the existing optical holographic anti-counterfeit label has a poor structure and a high production cost, and needs to be improved.

As a further alternative of the novel security label, the transparent carrier layer is PET or PP.
As a further alternative of the novel anti-counterfeit label, the plastic layer is UV varnish.
As a further optional scheme of the novel anti-counterfeiting label, the reflecting layer is a silver ink layer which is locally arranged on the plastic layer, and the arrangement position of the silver ink layer corresponds to the position of the optical holographic image.

The optical holographic image 41 is formed by performing a photolithography process on the stamper, and then pressing an embossing of about 20 μm on the plastic layer 4 by using the processed stamper.
In the above embodiment, the transparent carrier layer 6 is PET or PP. Wherein, PET is also called polyester film, which is usually transparent and glossy film (additive particles can be added to make the film have color), has excellent mechanical property, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and aroma retention; the thickness is generally 12 μm, and the printability is good.
In the above embodiment, the plastic layer 4 is UV varnish. The UV gloss oil is a transparent coating, and has the functions of being sprayed or rolled on the surface of a base material, and then being irradiated by a UV lamp (ultraviolet lamp) to convert the liquid state into a solid state, so that the surface of the UV gloss oil looks bright, beautiful and smooth.

In the scheme, the base paper 1 is PET, coated paper, PE or glassine base paper 1. In addition, when the novel anti-counterfeiting label is used, the base paper 1 is firstly peeled off and then is adhered to a commodity through the non-drying glue layer 2. (a) printing designed patterns and/or characters on one surface of the transparent carrier coiled material to form a printing layer 5;
(b) coating UV gloss oil on one surface of the transparent carrier coiled material with the printing layer 5, and curing the UV gloss oil by using ultraviolet light;
(c) pressing micron-level embossing on the UV gloss oil by using the template to form an optical holographic image 41;
(d) arranging a reflecting layer 3 on one side of the UV gloss oil pressed with the embossing;
(e) compounding a backing paper 1 on the reflecting layer 3 through adhesive sticker;
(f) cutting the web material of step (e) to form individual labels.
In the step (d), vacuum aluminum plating is adopted to form a fully-covered aluminum plating film on the reflecting layer 3 to form an aluminum plating layer. It should be noted that the transparent carrier layer 6 is a coiled material before being cut and formed, and the material after the base paper 1 is compounded in the step (e) is a coiled material, and an independent label can be formed after being cut; the material may be cut completely at the time of cutting, or all the materials except the base paper 1 may be cut, and the cutting may be adjusted according to the actual conditions.

On the basis of referring to fig. 2, and referring to fig. 3-5, a novel anti-counterfeit label is shown, which comprises a transparent carrier layer 6, a printing layer 5, a plastic layer 4, a reflecting layer 3, a non-setting adhesive layer 2 and a base paper 1, which are sequentially arranged according to a hierarchical structure; an optical holographic image 41 is arranged on one surface, facing the reflecting layer 3, of the plastic layer 4.
Wherein, the transparent carrier layer 6, the plastic layer 4, the adhesive sticker layer 2 and the base paper 1 can all refer to the first embodiment.
In the above embodiment, in order to further reduce the production cost, referring to fig. 3, the reflective layer 3 is a silver ink layer partially disposed on the plastic layer 4, and the disposition position of the silver ink layer corresponds to the position of the optical holographic image 41. Wherein, in the step (d), the silver ink is locally printed on the reflecting layer 3 to form a silver ink layer; the silver ink layer covers the location of the optical holographic image 41. The ink with silvery luster ink marks is prepared by the silver ink and silver powder slurry (aluminum powder and other pigments) by using a specific connecting material, and the silvery effect like aluminum plating can be achieved by using the silver ink printing, so that the emission function is realized; wherein the printing position can be conveniently controlled by silver ink printing, and the optical holographic image 41 can be accurately covered.
