Abstract
The invention discloses a label with metal texture and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) printing designed patterns and/or characters on the PET coiled material to form a printing layer; (b) plating aluminum on the printing layer to form the aluminum plating layer; (c) compounding base paper on the aluminum-plated layer through adhesive sticker; (d) cutting the web material of step (c) to form individual labels. Through the improvement of the label structure, the PET layer has two functions of printing and protecting at the same time, so that a protective layer of the label is omitted, the production cost is reduced, and the label is thinner; in addition, the working procedure of adding a protective layer is omitted, so that the production efficiency is increased to a certain extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of labels, in particular to a label with metal texture and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the social development and the increase of commodity diversity, the labels on the commodities are in higher demand; for example, labels having a metallic texture are used for products such as beer bottles and beverage bottles to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the products. Conventionally, a tag can be manufactured with a metal texture by adding an aluminum plating layer, and referring to fig. 1, a conventional tag with a metal texture includes a base paper (600), an adhesive layer (500), an aluminum plating layer (400), a PET layer (300), a printing layer (200), and a protective layer (100) which are sequentially disposed; in the actual production, the base paper (600), the adhesive layer (500), the aluminum-plated layer (400) and the PET layer (300) are made of the adhesive sticker materials which are compounded, then designed patterns and characters are directly printed on the PET layer (300), finally the protective layer (100) is arranged on the printing layer (200) to prevent the printing layer from being scratched, and the protective layer (100) is generally formed by compounding a plurality of PET films on the printing layer (200) or coating UV gloss oil on the printing layer (200). However, the existing tag with metal texture is not good enough in structure and high in production cost, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to solve the above problems at least to some extent, and on the one hand, provides a tag with metal texture, and on the other hand, provides a method for manufacturing the tag with metal texture, which can effectively reduce the production cost of the tag.
The technical scheme of the invention on one hand is realized as follows:
a label with metal texture comprises a PET layer, a printing layer, an aluminum-plated layer, a non-setting adhesive layer and base paper which are sequentially arranged according to a hierarchical structure.
As a further alternative of the label having a metallic texture, the PET layer employs a biaxially oriented heat-shrinkable PET film.
As a further alternative of the label with the metal texture, the non-setting adhesive layer adopts one of a general super-adhesive type, a general strong-adhesive type, a cold-stored food strong-adhesive type, a general re-uncovering type or a fiber re-uncovering type.
As a further alternative of the label having a metallic texture, the base paper is PET, coated paper, PE, or glassine base paper.
As a further alternative of the label having a metallic feel, the base paper is coated with UV varnish, which is located between the tack coat layer and the base paper layer.
The technical scheme of the other aspect of the invention is realized as follows:
a method for manufacturing a label with metal texture comprises the following steps:
(a) printing designed patterns and/or characters on the PET coiled material to form a printing layer;
(b) plating aluminum on the printing layer to form the aluminum plating layer;
(c) compounding base paper on the aluminum-plated layer through adhesive sticker;
(d) cutting the web material of step (c) to form individual labels.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the improvement of the label structure, the PET layer has two functions of printing and protecting at the same time, so that a protective layer of the label is omitted, the production cost is reduced, and the label is thinner; in addition, the working procedure of adding a protective layer is omitted, so that the production efficiency is increased to a certain extent;
2. the prior label with metal texture is directly printed with pattern and characters on the PET of the non-setting adhesive material during manufacturing, if the printed pattern and characters have problems, the non-setting adhesive material printed with the pattern and characters is directly scrapped, namely, the base paper, the adhesive layer, the aluminum-plated layer and the PET layer are lost; when the printing is in a problem, only one layer of PET film, namely the PET layer, is lost, and the loss stopping rate is greatly improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Referring to fig. 2, a label with metal texture is shown, which comprises a PET layer 1, a printing layer 2, an aluminum-plated layer 3, a non-setting adhesive layer 4 and a base paper 5, which are sequentially arranged according to a hierarchical structure.
In the above embodiment, the PET layer 1 may be a biaxially oriented heat-shrinkable PET film; thus, after the commodities such as beverage bottles, beer bottles and the like are recovered, the commodities are soaked in a hot water pool with the temperature of more than 70 ℃, the label can be contracted, and then the label falls off from the commodities, so that the recycling of materials such as the glass bottles, the aluminum cans and the like is facilitated.
In the above embodiment, the non-drying adhesive layer 4 is made of one of a general super-adhesive type, a general strong-adhesive type, a cold-stored food strong-adhesive type, a general reopening type, and a fiber reopening type.
In the above scheme, the base paper 5 is PET, art paper, PE or glassine base paper. In addition, when the label with metal texture is used, the base paper 5 is firstly peeled off, and then the label is pasted on a commodity through the non-drying glue layer 4. In order to facilitate the release of the base paper 5 without affecting the adhesive ability of the tack layer 4, it is of course possible that the base paper 5 is coated with a UV varnish, which is located between the tack layer 4 and the base paper layer 5.
The manufacturing method of the label with metal texture comprises the following steps:
(a) printing designed patterns and/or characters on the PET coiled material to form a printing layer 2;
(b) plating aluminum on the printing layer 2 to form the aluminum plating layer 3;
(c) compounding base paper 5 on the aluminum coating 3 through adhesive sticker;
(d) cutting the web material of step (c) to form individual labels.
Wherein the PET layer 1 is a PET coiled material before cutting and forming, the material compounded with the backing paper 5 in the step (c) forms a coiled material, and an independent label can be formed after cutting; when cutting, the material may be cut completely, or all materials except the base paper may be cut, and the cutting may be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Therefore, through the improvement of the label structure, the PET layer 1 has two functions of printing and protection at the same time, so that the protective layer 100 of the label is omitted, the production cost is reduced, and the label is thinner; in addition, the working procedure of adding the protective layer 100 is omitted, so that the production efficiency is increased to a certain extent; in addition, the existing label with metal texture is directly printed with pattern and characters on the PET of the non-setting adhesive material during the manufacturing process, if the printed pattern and characters have problems, the non-setting adhesive material printed with the pattern and characters is directly scrapped, namely the base paper 600, the adhesive layer 500, the aluminum-plated layer 400 and the PET layer 300 are lost; when the printing is in a problem, only one layer of PET film is lost, namely the PET layer 1, so that the loss stopping rate is greatly improved.

1. A label with metal texture is characterized by comprising a PET layer, a printing layer, an aluminum coating layer, a non-setting adhesive layer and base paper which are sequentially arranged according to a hierarchical structure.
2. A label with metal texture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PET layer is a biaxially oriented heat shrinkable PET film.
3. A label with metal feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the non-drying adhesive layer is one of super-adhesive type, cold-storage food adhesive type, re-release type or re-release type.
4. A label with metal texture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base paper is PET, coated paper, PE or glassine base paper.
5. A label with metal texture, as claimed in claim 4, wherein the base paper is coated with UV gloss oil, and the UV gloss oil is located between the non-drying glue layer and the base paper layer.
6. A method for manufacturing a label with metal texture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) printing designed patterns and/or characters on the PET coiled material to form a printing layer;
(b) plating aluminum on the printing layer to form the aluminum plating layer;
(c) compounding base paper on the aluminum-plated layer through adhesive sticker;
(d) cutting the web material of step (c) to form individual labels.
