Background
An offset printing press is a kind of offset printing press, in which printing images are first printed on a blanket cylinder from a printing plate and then transferred to paper by the blanket cylinder. Offset presses can be divided into sheet-fed offset presses and web-fed offset presses according to different paper feeding modes; according to the number of printing colors finished by one-time paper feeding, the method can be divided into a single-color printing machine, a double-color printing machine, a four-color printing machine and a multi-color printing machine; according to the maximum breadth of the printed paper, the printing machine can be divided into a small offset press, a six-opening printing machine, a four-opening printing machine, a split printing machine and a full-paper printing machine; in addition, there is a perfecting press that performs printing on both sides simultaneously by feeding paper once. The sheet-fed offset press is a lithographic printing press, is used for printing high-grade commercial printed matters and packaging printed matters, and is the mainstream of modern paper printing. In the operation of the offset press, paper is continuously input by the paper feeding device for printing. Existing paper feeders typically grasp and transfer paper by a vacuum suction assembly. Because the paper has static electricity or is pressed tightly, the paper is attached together, and two or more pages of paper to be printed can be taken out in one-time grabbing, so that waste is caused; in addition, the phenomenon of incomplete printing and even paper jam can exist when paper is overlapped and enters the offset press.
