本实用新型提供了一种改进的宫颈、宫腔细胞采 集器，它由标有刻度的硬质塑料杆和无毒海绵头结合 而成。其特点是采集标本多，对细胞破坏性小，操作 简便，克服了对宫颈及子宫内膜的损伤、出血、涂片薄 厚不均等缺点，它广泛适用于宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内 膜癌以及子宫出血性疾病的诊断。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种便利新型的细胞采集器具，适用于宫颈、颈管及宫内膜细胞的采集，从而进行病理学检查。
妇女宫颈癌早期发现，早期诊断的有效方法是应用宫颈脱落细胞学方法进行适龄女性普查。目前采集细胞常用的方法为刮片法，由于木制或竹制刮板质硬，易造成宫颈上皮细胞变性、变形、宫颈上皮损伤、出血、涂片薄厚不均以及取材较少等而产生假阴性结果。妇女卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌及子宫出血性疾病诊断的首选方法是采集子宫内膜细胞病检。目前国内外普遍采用洗涤法、毛刷法、吸刮法等，因需扩张宫颈，损伤繁锁而给病人带来一定的痛苦，或收集细胞少影响病检。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采集标本量多，对细胞破坏性小，操作简便的一次性海绵宫颈、宫腔细胞采集器具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在一标有刻度（φ0.3～0.4cm）的硬质塑料杆顶部固定一球状海绵（φ0.8～1.0cm），总长度为12～20cm左右，依所取细胞部位的不同而作适当选择。使用时手持操作柄，将海绵头放在所要取细胞的部位，轻轻转动，然后用其擦取物制得细胞学涂片而进行病理学检查。

如图所示：硬质塑料刷杆（2）直径为0.3～0.4cm，杆上有刻度。刷杆（2）尾端为一扁形操作柄（1），前端呈球形（3），直径约为0.5cm左右，在其外围有一球状海绵体（4）裹住，直径约为0.8～1.0cm，刷杆（2）的前端球形（3）深入海绵体（4）内约为2／3处为佳。使用时手持操作柄，将海绵头放在所要取细胞的部位，轻轻转动，然后用其擦取物制得细胞学涂片，作出论断。制完涂片，整个采集器弃之。

Claims (2)

1、一种海绵宫颈、宫腔细胞采集器，主要由塑料刷杆(2)和前端刷头组成，刷杆(2)和前端刷头连成一体，其特征在于：前端刷头为球形(3)，圆形海绵体(4)粘结包裹在前端刷头球形(3)外。
2、根据权利要求1所述的海绵宫颈、宫腔细胞采集器，其特征在于：球形（3）刷头深入海绵体（4）内2／3左右。
