本实用新型公开了一种植物根部切碎刀具，传动座转动连接在刀架上，气缸固定连接在刀架上，且气缸的输出轴与传动座相铰接，切碎刀固定连接在传动座的输出端；所述切碎刀包括安装体、切刀片和钻杆，所述安装体为锥桶结构，在安装体锥壁上的圆周方向固定若干个切刀片，钻杆螺纹连接在安装体的底面上，钻杆为螺旋钻杆结构，在安装体的顶端设有法兰面。本实用新型结构简单，切碎刀即可沿着轴向转动，又可以通过气缸进行角度倾斜，增加植物根部切碎效率，使用效果好。

背景技术：
现有的植物根部切碎刀具在使用时，只是刀具本身沿着刀轴转动，切碎效率低，使用效果不佳。因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。

本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种植物根部切碎刀具。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有：
一种植物根部切碎刀具，包括刀架、气缸、传动座和切碎刀，所述传动座转动连接在刀架上，气缸固定连接在刀架上，且气缸的输出轴与传动座相铰接，切碎刀固定连接在传动座的输出端；所述切碎刀包括安装体、切刀片和钻杆，所述安装体为锥桶结构，在安装体锥壁上的圆周方向固定若干个切刀片，钻杆螺纹连接在安装体的底面上，钻杆为螺旋钻杆结构，在安装体的顶端设有法兰面；
所述传动座包括壳体、壳体转轴、第一锥齿轮、第二锥齿轮、第一传动齿轮、第二传动齿轮和花键轴，所述壳体通过壳体转轴转动连接在刀架上，气缸的输出轴与壳体相铰接，第一锥齿轮、第二锥齿轮、第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮均转动连接在壳体内，且第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相互啮合，第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮相互啮合，第二锥齿轮和第一传动齿轮固定，花键轴和第二传动齿轮固定，在第一锥齿轮固定输出轴，输出轴的末端设有法兰面，输出轴的法兰面与安装体的法兰面固定连接，花键轴为传动座的输入端。
进一步地，所述钻杆为锥形状的螺旋钻杆结构。

如图1和图2，本实用新型一种植物根部切碎刀具，包括刀架1、气缸2、传动座3和切碎刀4，传动座3转动连接在刀架1上，气缸2固定连接在刀架1上，且气缸2的输出轴与传动座3相铰接，切碎刀4固定连接在传动座3的输出端。
本实用新型中的切碎刀4包括安装体41、切刀片42和钻杆43，安装体41为锥桶结构，在安装体41锥壁上的圆周方向固定若干个切刀片42，钻杆43螺纹连接在安装体41的底面上，钻杆43为螺旋钻杆结构，在安装体41的顶端设有法兰面。
本实用新型中的传动座3包括壳体31、壳体转轴、第一锥齿轮32、第二锥齿轮33、第一传动齿轮35、第二传动齿轮36和花键轴37，壳体31通过壳体转轴转动连接在刀架1上，气缸2的输出轴与壳体31相铰接，第一锥齿轮32、第二锥齿轮33、第一传动齿轮35和第二传动齿轮36均转动连接在壳体31内，且第一锥齿轮32与第二锥齿轮33相互啮合，第一传动齿轮35和第二传动齿轮36相互啮合，第二锥齿轮33和第一传动齿轮35固定，花键轴37和第二传动齿轮36固定，在第一锥齿轮32固定输出轴，输出轴的末端设有法兰面34，输出轴的法兰面34与安装体41的法兰面固定连接，花键轴37为传动座3的输入端，花键轴37的轴线与钻杆43的轴线相垂直。
钻杆43为锥形状的螺旋钻杆结构，钻杆43钻土效果好，切刀片42为具有水平边和竖直边的直角形结构，切刀片42的水平边焊接在安装体41的锥壁上，切刀片42的水平边沿着安装体41的轴向方向设置，切刀片42水平边的末端为刀刃。
本实用新型在使用时，切碎刀4在转动的同时，气缸2驱动切碎刀4摆动，可以增加破土效果，提高植物根部的切碎效率。
