Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a speaker and a terminal device. Background
With the rapid development of terminal equipment and the popularization of 5G antenna functions, terminal equipment such as mobile phones are increasingly developing towards the direction of light weight and rich functions, and more functional devices such as antenna modules or heat dissipation modules are stacked on the terminal equipment, so that the rear cavity space left for a speaker in the terminal equipment is limited. In order to increase the volume of the rear cavity, a containing area is usually separately partitioned in the rear cavity by using a fence to fill sound-absorbing particles so as to increase the equivalent volume of the rear cavity. However, the isolation enclosure and the isolation film used in the accommodating area occupy the volume of the rear cavity, and the problem of low powder filling rate of the rear cavity still exists.

a housing;
the sounding inner core is positioned in the shell and forms a back cavity with the shell in a surrounding manner; the sounding core comprises a sounding space, and a first air hole which is communicated with the sounding space and the rear cavity is formed in the sounding core;
a first air-permeable partition covering the first air hole;
sound absorbing particles isolated within the rear cavity by the first air permeable barrier.
In some embodiments, the speaker further comprises:
the support piece is fixed in the shell and surrounds the sounding core;
the edge of the first gas-permeable partition is fixed to the support member.
In some embodiments, the speaker further comprises:
an adhesive bonding an edge of the first breathable separator to the support.
In some embodiments, the support is integrally formed with the housing.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. The disclosed embodiment provides a speaker, as shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the speaker at least includes:
a housing 101;
the sounding core 102 is positioned in the shell 101 and forms a back cavity 103 with the shell in a surrounding manner; the sounding core comprises a sounding space, and a first air hole 104 which is communicated with the sounding space and the rear cavity is formed in the sounding core;
a first gas-permeable partition 105 covering the first gas hole 104;
sound-absorbing particles 106 isolated by the first air-permeable partition 105 in the rear cavity 104.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the loudspeaker is an electroacoustic transducer, and the device is used for converting an electric signal into an acoustic signal. For example, when music listening is required, a speaker may be used to output an acoustic signal; alternatively, a speaker may be used to output an acoustic signal when making a call or listening to speech.
The loudspeaker may be configured such that the magnet generates a driving force under the action of a magnetic field to vibrate the diaphragm to generate sound, or the piezoelectric material generates a piezoelectric effect under the action of an electric field to vibrate the diaphragm to generate sound.
The shell is a shell of the loudspeaker and can be used for protecting devices contained in the loudspeaker from being damaged. The sound production kernel, the first breathable partition, the first air hole and the sound absorption particles contained in the loudspeaker are all located in the shell of the loudspeaker. The housing may be a shell formed of plastic or wood, and the disclosed embodiments are not limited.
It should be noted that the speaker is applied to a terminal device, and the terminal device includes a middle frame, where the middle frame includes a frame of the terminal device and a frame surrounded by the frame. The middle frame can be used as a shell of the loudspeaker, and the rear cavity can be formed by a closed space formed by a core wall of the sounding core and the frame.
The back volume is related to the low frequency loudness and tone quality of the acoustic signal output by the loudspeaker. The volume of the back volume is positively correlated to the low frequency loudness and the tonal quality of the acoustic signal output by the loudspeaker. For example, the larger the back volume, the better the low frequency loudness and tone quality of the corresponding output sound signal, and thus the better the speaker output sound effect.
It should be noted that the core wall of the sounding core and the part of the shell other than the shell forming the rear cavity may also enclose the front cavity of the speaker. The front cavity is communicated with the sound outlet of the loudspeaker through a cavity channel of the loudspeaker, and is used for outputting the sound signal to the sound outlet through the cavity channel, so that the sound signal can be output to the outside of the shell through the sound outlet. The cavity channel includes, but is not limited to, a cavity tube, which may be a hard tube formed from a hard plastic, and may also be a flexible tube formed from a soft plastic, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
In the disclosed embodiment, the speaker is based on different sound production principles, and the sound production core comprises different sound production devices. When the loudspeaker produces driving force under the action of a magnetic field by virtue of the magnet to enable the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, the sound production core can comprise a basin frame, a first housing positioned on the basin frame, a magnet positioned in an accommodating space between the basin frame and the first housing, a voice coil connected with the magnet, a first diaphragm positioned at the end part of the magnet and other sound production devices. The speaker is a speaker that generates sound by using a piezoelectric body formed by a piezoelectric material to generate a piezoelectric effect under the action of an electric field, so that the diaphragm vibrates to generate sound, and the sound generating core may include a sound generating device such as a second enclosure, the piezoelectric body formed by the piezoelectric material and located in the second enclosure, and a second diaphragm connected to the piezoelectric body.
The sounding kernel comprises a sounding space. The magnet, the voice coil and the first diaphragm are positioned in the sound production space. Alternatively, sound generating members such as the piezoelectric body and the second diaphragm are located in the sound generating space. The specific structure of the sound producing component is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The sounding inner core is provided with a first air hole which is communicated with the sounding space and the rear cavity and used for balancing air pressure in the sounding space and the rear cavity.
The first air-permeable isolating piece covers the first air hole. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sound-generating core includes an edge portion and a middle portion surrounded by the edge portion, wherein the middle portion is flat with respect to the edge portion, and the first air hole may be provided in the middle portion of the sound-generating core. Therefore, the first air hole is arranged at the edge part relative to the first air hole, the first air hole is arranged at the middle part, so that the first air hole can be completely covered on the first air hole without leakage of the first breathable isolating piece, and the first air hole can be better covered by the first breathable isolating piece.
In the disclosed embodiment, the first breathable partition may be disposed outside the sounding core and inside the rear cavity. First ventilative separator has the admission gas to pass through, and keeps apart and inhale the characteristic that the sound granule hinders promptly to inhale the sound granule and pass through, so, first ventilative separator covers first gas pocket, can admit air and pass through for get air pressure balance between sound production kernel and the back chamber, and can also keep apart the sound granule of inhaling in the back chamber, reduce and inhale the condition that the sound granule entered into the sound production kernel.
In some embodiments, the first breathable barrier comprises a barrier web. The aperture of the mesh of this isolation screen cloth is greater than the diameter of inhaling the sound granule, consequently, can block inhaling the sound granule in the back chamber, and these meshes can be used to gaseous conduction simultaneously, and then have realized using the sound conduction of air as the conduction media.
In other embodiments, the first breathable barrier comprises a breathable membrane.
The sound-absorbing particles are filled in the rear cavity and isolated in the rear cavity by the first breathable isolating piece. The sound-absorbing particles have the characteristic of absorbing sound signals, and can convert sound energy corresponding to the sound signals into heat energy, so that the sound energy is lost.

The powder filling rate of the sound-absorbing particles is positively correlated with the equivalent volume of the rear cavity. That is to say, the more sound-absorbing particles are filled in the rear cavity, the larger the powder filling rate of the sound-absorbing particles is, and the larger the equivalent volume of the corresponding rear cavity is.
For example, the sound-absorbing particles may be formed of granular sound-absorbing foam or granular sound-absorbing fibers, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 4, a receiving area 200 is disposed in the rear cavity of the speaker, and the receiving area is used for receiving sound-absorbing particles, so that the sound-absorbing particles increase the equivalent volume of the rear cavity without interfering with the sound-generating body, thereby improving the audio performance of the speaker. As shown in fig. 5, the accommodating area is defined by an isolation fence 201 and an isolation film 202 enclosing the isolation fence. However, the isolation enclosure occupies additional space in the back cavity, and reduces the volume of the back cavity. Moreover, the isolation films need to be attached flatly, so that the design of isolation enclosing walls in the loudspeaker is complex, and production and manufacturing are not utilized.
In view of this, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a speaker whose sound-absorbing particles are isolated by the first air-permeable partition in the rear cavity. That is to say, inhale the direct back chamber of pouring into of sound granule, do not set up the division wall alone and keep apart and inhale the sound granule, but block through first ventilative isolator that the sound granule of inhaling of back intracavity enters into the sound production kernel. In FIG. 6, the abscissa is frequency in Hz; the ordinate is the boost SPL in dB.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a terminal device according to an example embodiment. For example, the terminal device may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 8, the terminal device may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the terminal device, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the terminal device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the terminal device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, etc. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power component 806 provides power to various components of the terminal device. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the terminal device.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the terminal device and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. When the terminal device is in an operation mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera can receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the terminal device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the terminal device. For example, sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed status of the terminal device, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the terminal device, the change in position of the terminal device or a component of the terminal device, the presence or absence of user contact with the terminal device, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the terminal device, and the change in temperature of the terminal device. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communication between the terminal device and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The terminal device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, communications component 816 further includes a Near Field Communications (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal device may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.

Claims (10)
1. A loudspeaker, characterized in that the loudspeaker comprises at least:
a housing;
the sounding inner core is positioned in the shell and forms a back cavity with the shell in a surrounding manner; the sounding core comprises a sounding space, and a first air hole which is communicated with the sounding space and the rear cavity is formed in the sounding core;
a first air-permeable partition covering the first air hole;
sound absorbing particles isolated within the rear cavity by the first air permeable barrier.
2. The speaker of claim 1, further comprising:
the support piece is fixed in the shell and surrounds the sounding core;
the edge of the first gas-permeable partition is fixed to the support member.
3. The speaker of claim 2, further comprising:
an adhesive bonding an edge of the first breathable separator to the support.
4. A loudspeaker according to claim 2, wherein the support member is integrally formed with the housing.
5. The loudspeaker of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of the first air holes is at least two; one said first breathable barrier member covering at least two said first air holes.
6. A loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first air-permeable barrier comprises a barrier mesh.
7. The speaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
a second air hole on the housing forming the rear cavity;
a second air-permeable partition covering the second air hole; wherein the sound absorbing particles are isolated within the rear cavity by the second air-permeable partition.
8. The loudspeaker of claim 7 wherein said second breathable separator is attached to the exterior of said housing.
9. The speaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the powder filling hole is positioned on the shell forming the rear cavity and is used for filling the sound-absorbing particles into a filling channel of the rear cavity;
and the sealing cover covers the powder filling hole.
10. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
