图9至图11示出了根据本实用新型另一实施方式的基座112。基座112类似于上述基座12,并且包括与基座12大体相同的结构。类似地,基座112以与上述关于基座12类似的方式可选择性地接收并滑动地支撑电机单元14。因此,下面的描述主要集中在与上面结合图1至图8描述的基座12的实施方式不同的基座112的结构和特征。结合图1至图8描述的基座12的特征和元件在图9至图11中以附图标记的100系列编号。应理解,下面没有明确描述的基座112的特征具有与基座12的特征相同的特性。
基座112包括基板118和基座壳体120,基座壳体120具有大体上圆柱形的环形套筒122和偏置的壳体部分124。基座112还包括夹紧机构130,以控制缝128的打开和关闭,以及传动系统148,其具有输入轴150和通过带154(例如,同步带)可旋转地联接到输入轴150的输出轴152。输出轴152通过位于输出轴152和偏置壳体部分124之间的一对轴承175,可旋转地支撑在偏置壳体部分124内。输出轴152支撑用于与输出轴152共同旋转的冷却风扇176。偏置壳体部分124限定位于输出轴152的上端附近的进气口177,以及位置邻近冷却风扇176并且在冷却风扇176的径向外侧的出气口178。偏置壳体部分124还限定靠近基板118并且和基板118为面对关系的底部开口180。尽管在图11中未示出,但是工具保持器(类似于以上描述的并且在图8中示出的工具保持器67)被包括在输出轴152的端部,并从底部开口180突出以用于夹紧工具元件。
在操作中,冷却风扇176在偏置壳体部分124内产生冷却气流,以冷却偏置式基座112,包括传动系统148、偏置壳体部分124和夹紧在工具保持器(未示出)上的切割工具。冷却风扇176通过进气口177吸入外部空气,并将空气引向出气口178,空气径向向外排出出气口178。当输出轴152在操作期间旋转时,在轴承175内产生的摩擦会产生热量,并提高例如传动系统148、偏置壳体部分124和切割工具的操作温度。冷却气流有助于防止这些部件的操作温度变得不期望地太热,这是传统偏置式基座的常见问题。
在一些实施方式(未示出)中,进气口和/或出气口可相对于偏置壳体部分124重新定位是进一步考虑到的。例如,出气口可位于底部开口180或底部开口180附近,使得冷却空气围绕工具保持器并朝向基板118(并因此工件表面)向下排出,而非径向向外排出。
参照图11和图12,所示的基座112包括位于偏置壳体部分124内并邻接下轴承175的保持板182。保持板182有效地封闭下轴承175附近的偏置壳体部分124,从而阻碍了由冷却风扇176产生的冷却气流朝向底部开口180排放。
参照图13和图14,在一些实施方式中,基座112包括具有周向间隔开的径向凹口184a的具有凹口的保持板182a。径向凹口184a允许由冷却风扇176产生的冷却气流的一部分朝向底部开口180向下流动,如图14中所示的箭头所示。通过凹口184a的冷却气流的一部分为下轴承175提供了额外的冷却。
图10和图11还示出了适配器160,适配器160类似于上述和图4所示的适配器钻头60。类似适配器钻头60,适配器钻头160也可螺纹连接到主轴42的螺纹端43上,以便于在基座112和电机单元14之间快速附接和快速移除。适配器钻头160包括螺纹孔164,主轴42的螺纹端43接收在螺纹孔164中。适配器钻头160还包括凸连接构件162,该凸连接构件162与上述凸连接构件62稍微不同。具体地,所示的凸连接构件162包括方形凸台162和位于方形凸台162周围的减震器163。进而,基座112的输入轴150限定凹毂166,凹毂166的形状对应于凸连接构件162的形状。如图11所示,当电机单元14装配有适配器钻头160并插入基座112时,适配器钻头160的凸连接构件162与凹毂166接合(例如,通过标称滑动配合),以使主轴42和输入轴150可旋转地结合在一起。当这样布置时,减震器163位于凹毂166和方形凸台162的壁之间,并且在基座112的操作期间减少机械振动和噪声。

Claims (20)
1.一种刳刨机,其特征在于,所述刳刨机包括:
电机单元,其包括电机和主轴,所述主轴被配置为输出由所述电机供应的扭矩;以及
基座,其被配置为能够选择性地接收所述电机单元,以将所述刳刨机支撑在工件表面上,所述基座包括:
输入轴,其被配置为能够选择性地联接到所述主轴,所述输入轴包括第一滑轮;
输出轴,其从所述输入轴横向偏置,所述输出轴包括第二滑轮和工具保持器;以及
带,其缠绕在所述第一滑轮和所述第二滑轮上,以将所述输入轴旋转地联接到所述输出轴;
其中,当所述电机单元被接收在所述基座中时,所述主轴联接到所述输入轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述刳刨机还包括适配器钻头,所述适配器钻头被配置为附接到所述主轴,并被配置为将所述主轴联接到所述输入轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述适配器钻头包括第一连接构件,并且所述输入轴包括第二连接构件,所述第二连接构件与所述第一连接构件接合,以将所述适配器钻头联接到所述输入轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述适配器钻头包括螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔能够螺纹地接收所述主轴。
5.根据权利要求3所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述第一连接构件和所述第二连接构件中的一个包括凸连接构件,并且其中,所述第二连接构件和所述第一连接构件中的另一个包括凹毂,所述凹毂具有与所述凸连接构件对应的形状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述基座包括壳体,所述壳体包括键槽,所述键槽被配置为在通过所述键槽插入插键时,锁定所述输出轴以防止其旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述工具保持器被配置为支撑工具元件,并且其中,所述基座包括定位螺钉,所述定位螺钉可旋转以调节所述工具元件的切割深度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述带被配置为同步带。
9.根据权利要求1所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述刳刨机还包括风扇,所述风扇被配置成在所述基座内产生气流。
10.根据权利要求9所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述风扇被支撑在所述输出轴上以与其一起旋转。
11.根据权利要求10所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述基座包括壳体,并且其中,所述壳体包括位于所述输出轴的上端附近的进气口,当所述风扇旋转时,空气通过所述进气口被吸入所述基座,并且其中,所述壳体包括位于所述风扇的径向外侧的出气口,所述风扇将空气从所述出气口排出。
12.一种刳刨机,其特征在于,所述刳刨机包括:
电机单元,其包括电机和主轴,所述主轴被配置为输出由所述电机供应的扭矩;以及
基座,其被配置为能够选择性地接收所述电机单元,以将所述刳刨机支撑在工件表面上,所述基座包括:
输出轴,当所述电机单元被接收在所述基座中时,所述输出轴从所述主轴横向偏置,所述输出轴包括工具保持器;以及
风扇,其被配置成在所述基座内产生气流。
13.根据权利要求12所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述风扇被支撑在所述输出轴上以与其共同旋转。
14.根据权利要求12所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述风扇从所述电机接收扭矩,以产生所述气流。
15.根据权利要求12所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述基座包括限定进气口的壳体,并且其中,所述风扇通过所述进气口将空气吸入所述基座。
16.根据权利要求15所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括出气口,并且其中,所述风扇通过所述出气口将空气排出。
17.根据权利要求16所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述出气口位于所述风扇的径向外侧。
18.根据权利要求12所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,当所述电机单元被接收在所述基座中时,所述主轴联接到所述输出轴。
19.根据权利要求18所述的刳刨机,其特征在于,所述基座还包括:
输入轴,其被配置为能够选择性地联接到所述主轴,所述输入轴从所述输出轴横向偏置并且包括第一滑轮;
第二滑轮,其与所述输出轴联接以用于共同旋转;以及
带,其缠绕在所述第一滑轮和所述第二滑轮上,以将所述输入轴旋转地联接到所述输出轴。
20.一种刳刨机,其特征在于,所述刳刨机包括:
电机单元,其包括电机和主轴,所述主轴被配置为输出由所述电机供应的扭矩;以及
基座,其被配置为能够选择性地接收所述电机单元,以将所述刳刨机支撑在工件表面上,所述基座包括:
壳体;
输入轴,其可旋转地支撑在所述壳体中,并且被配置为能够选择性地联接到所述主轴,所述输入轴包括第一滑轮;
输出轴,其可旋转地支撑在壳体中并位于从所述输入轴横向偏置的位置,所述输出轴包括第二滑轮和工具保持器;
带,其缠绕在所述第一滑轮和所述第二滑轮上,以将所述输入轴旋转地联接到所述输出轴;以及
风扇,其与所述输出轴联接以用于共同旋转,以将气流引导通过所述壳体;
其中,当所述电机单元被接收在所述基座中时,在不用从所述第一滑轮移除所述带的情况下,所述主轴能够联接到所述输入轴。
