【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种导电端子,尤其是一种安装于电连接器以电性连接一芯片模组与一电路板的导电端子。
【背景技术】
随着电子产品小型化的趋势,电连接器上的导电端子数目与日俱增,用于组装至电连接器的导电端子的体积越做越小,与此同时如何保证导电端子具有良好的接触性能以及高频性能至关重要;当电连接器上的导电端子数量十分庞大时,如何确保每一导电端子都能与芯片模组及电路板进行有效的电连接也是亟待解决的问题。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的导电端子进行改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高频性能较好且接触稳定的导电端子。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种导电端子,由一金属片弯折形成,所述导电端子包括沿上下方向延伸的主体部、自所述主体部向上倾斜延伸的上弹臂以及自所述主体部向下倾斜延伸的下弹臂,所述上弹臂包括连接于所述主体部上端的上倾斜部以及自所述上倾斜部弯折延伸的上接触部,所述下弹臂包括连接于所述主体部下端的下倾斜部以及自所述下倾斜部弯折延伸的下接触部,所述上弹臂与下弹臂以所述主体部为中心呈镜像对称设置,在与所述上下方向垂直的横向方向上,所述上接触部的宽度小于所述上倾斜部的宽度,所述下接触部的宽度小于所述下倾斜部的宽度,所述导电端子还包括分别自所述主体部的两侧横向凸伸的第一固持片与第二固持片,所述第一固持片延伸有一料带连接部。
进一步地,所述第一固持片与所述第二固持片的上边缘平齐。
进一步地,所述料带连接部自所述第一固持片的下边缘向下延伸,所述第一固持片自所述主体部侧向弯折,所述料带连接部所在的平面与所述主体部所在的平面之间形成一折角。
进一步地,所述折角为钝角。
进一步地,在所述横向方向上,所述第一固持片的凸伸长度大于所述第二固持片的凸伸长度。
进一步地,所述第一、第二固持片的上边缘的最外侧设有向下倾斜的倒角。
进一步地,所述上、下倾斜部先自所述主体部等宽延伸,在分别邻近上、下接触部处逐渐缩小。
进一步地,所述上、下倾斜部在所述逐渐缩小的部分具有两个侧边缘,其中邻近所述第二固持片的侧边缘与所述主体部对齐设置。
进一步地,在所述横向方向上,所述上、下接触部等宽设置,其宽度为0.06毫米。
进一步地,所述上、下倾斜部中等宽延伸的部分的宽度为0.45毫米或者0.15毫米。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型导电端子的上、下弹臂镜像对称,有利于实现其在芯片模组与电路板之间的受力均衡,进而有利于增强导电端子接触的稳定性;此外,上、下接触部等宽设置,上、下倾斜部中等宽延伸的部分的宽度显著大于上、下接触部,有利于提高导电端子的高频性能。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图3介绍本实用新型导电端子的具体实施方式。
如图1至图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种导电端子100,由一金属片弯折形成,所述导电端子100用于安装至电连接器(未图示)以电性连接一芯片模组(未图示)与一电路板(未图示)。所述导电端子100包括沿上下方向延伸的主体部1、自所述主体部10向上倾斜延伸的上弹臂1以及自所述主体部10向下倾斜延伸的下弹臂2,所述上弹臂1包括连接于所述主体部10上端的上倾斜部11以及自所述上倾斜部11弯折延伸的上接触部12,所述下弹臂2包括连接于所述主体部10下端的下倾斜部21以及自所述下倾斜部21弯折延伸的下接触部22,所述上弹臂1与下弹臂2以所述主体部10为中心呈镜像对称设置。在与所述上下方向垂直的横向方向上,所述上接触部12的宽度小于所述上倾斜部11的宽度,所述下接触部22的宽度小于所述下倾斜部21的宽度,所述导电端子100还包括分别自所述主体部10的两侧横向凸伸的第一固持片3与第二固持片4,所述第一固持片3与所述第二固持片4的上边缘平齐,在本实施例中,所述第一、第二固持片3、4设置在同一高度上,以使得第一、第二固持片3、4在上下方向上被固定至电连接器的同一高度上,有利于增强所述导电端子100固持的稳定性。所述第一固持片3延伸有一料带连接部5。镜像对称设置的所述上、下弹臂1、2,有利于实现导电端子100在所述芯片模组与电路板之间的受力均衡,进而有利于增强导电端子100接触的稳定性。
结合图1至图3,所述料带连接部5自所述第一固持片3的下边缘向下延伸,所述第一固持片3自所述主体部10侧向弯折,所述料带连接部5所在的平面与所述主体部10所在的平面之间形成一折角。在较佳的实施例中,所述折角为钝角。所述折角有利于实现本实用新型之导电端子100的成型,具体地,所述折角可辅助所述上、下弹臂1、2顺利进行成型时的弯折操作。在所述横向方向上,所述第一固持片3的凸伸长度大于所述第二固持片4的凸伸长度,在较佳的实施例中,为了实现所述导电端子100的小型化,所述第二固持片4的延伸长度仅需要满足固持需求即可,而第一固持片3的延伸长度仅需要满足能够有足够的空间连接所述料带连接部5即可。
继续参阅图1至图3,所述第一、第二固持片3、4的上边缘的最外侧设有向下倾斜的倒角6。所述导电端子100可自下而上地组装至所述电连接器,所述倒角6可在上述组装时起到引导作用。所述上、下倾斜部11、21先自所述主体部10等宽延伸,在分别邻近上、下接触部12、22处逐渐缩小。所述上、下倾斜部11、21在所述逐渐缩小的部分具有两个侧边缘(未标示),其中邻近所述第二固持片4的侧边缘与所述主体部10的一个侧边缘对齐设置。在所述横向方向上,所述上、下接触部等宽设置,可确保每一导电端子100都能与芯片模组及电路板进行有效的电连接,在较佳的实施例中,为了实现导电端子在具有较好的高频性能的同时兼具与芯片模组以及电路板的稳定接触,所述上、下接触部的宽度设置0.06毫米,所述上、下倾斜部11、21中等宽延伸的部分的宽度为0.45毫米或者0.15毫米。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围,即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种导电端子,由一金属片弯折形成,所述导电端子包括沿上下方向延伸的主体部、自所述主体部向上倾斜延伸的上弹臂以及自所述主体部向下倾斜延伸的下弹臂,所述上弹臂包括连接于所述主体部上端的上倾斜部以及自所述上倾斜部弯折延伸的上接触部,所述下弹臂包括连接于所述主体部下端的下倾斜部以及自所述下倾斜部弯折延伸的下接触部,其特征在于:所述上弹臂与下弹臂以所述主体部为中心呈镜像对称设置,在与所述上下方向垂直的横向方向上,所述上接触部的宽度小于所述上倾斜部的宽度,所述下接触部的宽度小于所述下倾斜部的宽度,所述导电端子还包括分别自所述主体部的两侧横向凸伸的第一固持片与第二固持片,所述第一固持片延伸有一料带连接部。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述第一固持片与所述第二固持片的上边缘平齐。
3.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述料带连接部自所述第一固持片的下边缘向下延伸,所述第一固持片自所述主体部侧向弯折,所述料带连接部所在的平面与所述主体部所在的平面之间形成一折角。
4.如权利要求3所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述折角为钝角。
5.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:在所述横向方向上,所述第一固持片的凸伸长度大于所述第二固持片的凸伸长度。
6.如权利要求2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述第一、第二固持片的上边缘的最外侧设有向下倾斜的倒角。
7.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上、下倾斜部先自所述主体部等宽延伸,在分别邻近上、下接触部处逐渐缩小。
8.如权利要求7所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上、下倾斜部在所述逐渐缩小的部分具有两个侧边缘,其中邻近所述第二固持片的侧边缘与所述主体部的一个侧边缘对齐设置。
9.如权利要求7所述的导电端子,其特征在于:在所述横向方向上,所述上、下接触部等宽设置,其宽度为0.06毫米。
10.如权利要求7所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上、下倾斜部中等宽延伸的部分的宽度为0.45毫米或者0.15毫米。
