The protrusions 1311 are in any one or combination of inverted triangle structures, rectangular structures and dumbbell-shaped structures.
As shown in fig. 10A and 10C, one end of the side edge 136 away from the mounting board 131 extends in a direction of mounting the LED light source board 132 to form a first folding edge 1312, and a support bracket 135 is mounted along the direction of the first folding edge 1312, wherein the support bracket 135 comprises a second folding edge 1351 parallel to the first folding edge 1312 and a vertical edge 1352 perpendicular to the second folding edge 1351; the supporting bracket 135 may further protect the LED light source board 132 from being damaged when the main body 11 is pressed.
Meanwhile, a sliding groove 1314 is formed between the first folded edge 1312 and the second folded edge 1351; the light emitting assembly 13 includes a lampshade 133, the lampshade 133 is disposed in the light emitting direction of the LED light source board 132, and the light emitted from the LED light source board 132 is transmitted through the lampshade 133. The lampshade 133 is a flat structure, and the lampshade 133 can be slidably inserted into a sliding groove 1314 formed between the first folded edge 1312 and the second folded edge 1351.
As shown in fig. 10A, 10D and 10E, the light emitting assembly 13 further includes a lens 134, the lens 134 is a curved surface structure, the thickness of the curved surface structure facing the LED light source board 132 is larger, the edge of the curved surface structure becomes thinner gradually, and the structure design is favorable for dispersing the light source and widening the irradiation area.
The lens 134 includes a diffuser panel 1342, connection plates 1343 connected to both sides of the diffuser panel 1342 in the length direction, a support boss 1344 extending along the connection plates 1343 to a side away from the diffuser panel 1342, and a locking block 1341 extending along the support boss 1344 to a side away from the diffuser panel 1342. A space is formed between the supporting boss 1344 and the clamping block 1341 for clamping the edge of the LED light source plate 132. That is, the clamping block 1341 is clamped at the edge of the LED light source board 132 to realize the clamping between the LED light source board and the LED light source board.
The diffuser plate 1342 is an arc-shaped bent plate structure, and is bent towards one side away from the LED light source plate 132, so that the diffuser plate 1342 is set to be an arc-shaped bent plate structure, and the diffusion effect of light rays emitted by the LED lamp 1321 can be well increased. Furthermore, a plurality of ribs are disposed on a surface of the diffusion plate 1342 facing the LED light 1321, and an extending direction of the ribs corresponds to a length of the diffusion plate 1342. The clamping blocks 1341 are clamped with two side edges of the LED light source board 132 along the length direction, so as to detachably fix the lens 134. The structural design is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and time and labor cost are saved. Meanwhile, the mounting plate 131 extends in a direction away from the LED light source plate 132 corresponding to the position of the clamping block 1341 to form an abdicating groove 1315, and the abdicating groove 1315 is used for accommodating the clamping block 1341. The arrangement of the yielding groove 1315 can provide a certain accommodating space for the arrangement of the clamping block 1341, and through the arrangement of the yielding groove 1315, the excessive through holes for fixing can be avoided being formed in the mounting plate 131, so that the light source box 130 can have better sealing performance.
Optionally, in some specific embodiments, in order to increase the stability of the connection between the lens 134 and the LED light source board 132, a plurality of clamping blocks 1341 may be disposed on the supporting boss 1344, and the plurality of clamping blocks 1341 are uniformly distributed on the supporting boss 1344. At this time, the mounting plate 131 may be provided with a plurality of escape grooves 1315 corresponding to the catching blocks 1341.
Of course, please refer to fig. 10F, a clamping block 1341 and a supporting boss 1344 may be disposed on the LED light source board 132, in which case, the receding groove 1315 on the mounting board 131 may be omitted, and the supporting boss 1344 is not required to be disposed on the lens 134, and the clamping block 1341 extends into a side of the lens 134 away from the LED light source board 132. In some specific embodiments, the clamping block 1341 and the diffusion plate 1342 are integrally formed or connected in a splicing manner, or the clamping block 1341 and the LED light source plate 132 are integrally formed or connected in a splicing manner. The splicing can be by adhesive bonding or other splicing methods.
It is also understood that during the installation process, the lens 134, the LED light source board 132 and the mounting board 131 are further fixedly connected by screws. The screw is arranged in the middle of the two clamping blocks 1341.
As shown in fig. 11A and 11B, the fixing assembly 14 includes an end cap 141 and a cover plate 142, and the end cap 141 and the cover plate 142 are detachably connected. Specifically, the end cap 141 and the cover plate 142 may be connected by bolts, clamping, welding or fitting.
The end cover 141 encloses the longitudinal sides of the body 11, and the end cover 141 includes a top plate 1412 opposite to the mounting plate 131, a first flap 1413 connected to the top plate 1412, and a second flap 1411 connected to the first flap 1413. The top plate 1412, the first flap 1413 and the second flap 1411 enclose a space for accommodating the light emitting element 13 and the power supply element 12. The cover 142 includes a snap flap 1421. When the end cap 141 and the cover plate 142 are fixed together, the second flap 1411 and the snap-fit flap 1421 form a sandwich structure, and the lamp shade 133 can be plugged into the sandwich structure to primarily fix the light emitting assembly 13. Optionally, the snap flap 1421 is disposed below the second flap 1411.
Referring to fig. 11C and 11D, the fixing assembly 14 further includes a positioning plate 143. The positioning plate 143 is engaged between the top plate 1412 and the engaging flap 1421. The positioning plate 143 includes a first clamping plate 1431, a second clamping plate 1432 and a connecting plate 1433 connecting the first clamping plate 1431 and the second clamping plate 1432. A space for accommodating the fixing assembly 14 is formed between the first clamping plate 1431 and the second clamping plate 1432, the first clamping plate 1431 is clamped on the mounting plate 131, the second clamping plate 1432 is clamped on the clamping folded plate 1421, and the light emitting assembly 13 and the power supply assembly 12 are clamped and fixed by the clamping force of the positioning plate 143. Optionally, an end of the first clamping plate 1431 away from the connecting plate 1433 is bent to an end close to the mounting plate 131 to form a bent portion 1437. The bent portion 1437 is clamped at the edge of the top plate 1412, so that the first clamping plate 1431 is clamped on the top plate 1412 more firmly.
With reference to fig. 11D, the positioning plate 143 further includes a holding plate 1434, and the holding plate 1434 includes an abutting portion 1435 abutting against the snapping flap 1421 and a force applying plate 1436 connected to the abutting portion 1435. The abutting portion 1435 is formed by protruding one side of the first clamping plate 1431 along one end of the second clamping plate 1432 far away from the connecting plate 1433, the force applying plate 1436 is formed by bending and extending one side of the abutting portion 1435 far away from the first clamping plate 1431, and a force applying space is formed between the force applying plate 1436 and the second clamping plate 1432. When the positioning plate 143 needs to be detached from the fixing assembly 14, the force applying plate 1436 is pressed, and the force applying plate 1436 drives the abutting portion 1435 to move to a side away from the clamping folded plate 1421, so that a space formed between the first clamping plate 1431 and the second clamping plate 1432 is enlarged, the abutting portion 1435 is separated from the clamping folded plate 1421, and the positioning plate 143 is convenient to detach.
When the positioning plate 143 needs to be clamped to the fixing component 14, a force is still applied to the force applying plate 1436, then the positioning plate 143 is connected to the fixing component 14, when the external force of the force applying plate 1436 disappears, a space between the first clamping plate 1431 and the second clamping plate 1432 becomes small, the abutting portion 1435 abuts against the clamping folded plate 1421, and the first clamping plate 1431 and the second clamping plate 1432 clamp and fix the fixing component 14.
In order to improve the force application effect on the force application plate 1436, an anti-slip stripe may be provided on the force application plate 1436. Similarly, in order to increase the firmness of the connection between the positioning plate 143 and the fixing element 14, a silicon rubber, a plastic rubber, or some other anti-slip material may be disposed on the surface of the positioning plate 143 contacting the fixing element 14, so as to increase the friction between the positioning plate 143 and the fixing element 14.
The positioning plate 143 may be provided in a plurality of numbers, and is evenly clamped on the fixing component 14. Optionally, in this embodiment, there are 4 positioning plates 143, and two ends of each fixing assembly 14 in the length direction are clamped to the two positioning plates.
It will also be appreciated that in some other embodiments, the securing assembly 14 may not include the cover plate 142. The top plate 1412, the first flap 1413 and the second flap 1411 enclose a space for accommodating the light emitting module 13 and the power supply module 12, and two ends of the positioning plates 143 are respectively clamped on the top plate 1412 and the second flap 1411 to clamp the top plate 1412 and the second flap 1411.
When the lighting lamp 2 needs to be installed, the light emitting component 13 and the power supply component 12 can be inserted into the fixing component 14, then the positioning plate 143 is clamped on the fixing component 14, the light emitting component 13 and the power supply component 12 are initially positioned by the clamping force of the fixing component 14, and then the top plate 1412 and the installation plate 131 are fixedly connected by fasteners such as screws; or when the light emitting assembly 13 needs to be removed and replaced, the fastening members such as screws are removed first, and then the positioning plate 143 is removed. The positioning plate 143 is arranged to play a role in positioning and pre-tightening, so that the device is convenient to disassemble and assemble and provides convenience for high-altitude operation.
