本实用新型属于机械领域,尤其涉及一种全自动膜柱拉杆上下螺母拧紧防转机构。
背景技术
申请人从事污水处理行业,污水处理设备最核心的部件在于碟管式膜柱,碟管式膜柱中间通过拉杆和两端的螺母进行固定。但是在自动化装配生产线上,拉杆与上下两端螺母的装配时,由于螺母拧紧有扭矩要求且所要求的扭矩比较大,当拉杆上端的螺母通过扭力扳手装配拧紧时会带动拉杆和下端螺母一同旋转,而位于下端的螺母并未达到旋紧要求,从而使此装配失败。现有的方式通常是由两个工人同时作业,一个工人用扳手固定一个螺母,另一个工人旋紧另一个螺母,以保证上下螺母都达到旋紧要求,但在自动化产线中这种方式会极大的降低整个产线效率;另一个实际问题是,位于下端的螺母,其周边作业空间小,去旋紧时不便,因此一般采取固定下端螺母、旋紧上端螺母的方式达到装配要求,但由于下端螺母的六角方向来料不确定性,自动化产线上的扳手无法准确卡合,必须经过人工纠偏使六角螺母角度正好对准扳手开口,这些操作都给下端螺母的防转带来困难。

为克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型公开一种全自动膜柱拉杆上下螺母拧紧防转机构,包括:底座、扳手固定座、导柱、导柱固定座、气缸、气缸固定座、等高螺钉、驱动板、弹簧、扳手固定板、扳手,所述扳手固定座、导柱固定座、气缸固定座安装在底座上,所述导柱安装于导柱固定座,气缸安装于气缸固定座,所述扳手固定座两端开设活动孔,通过活动孔内的轴套安装在导柱上,扳手通过扳手固定板与扳手固定座前部连接,扳手固定座后端安装螺钉,螺钉上套装弹簧和驱动板,驱动板连接在气缸伸缩杆上。

结合图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种全自动膜柱拉杆上下螺母拧紧防转机构,包括底座1、扳手固定座2、导柱3、导柱固定座4、气缸5、气缸固定座6、等高螺钉7、驱动板8、弹簧9、扳手固定板10、扳手11,所述扳手固定座2、导柱固定座4、气缸固定座6安装在底座1上,所述导柱3安装于导柱固定座4,气缸5安装于气缸固定座6,所述扳手固定座2两端开设活动孔,通过活动孔内的轴套安装在导柱3上,扳手11通过扳手固定板10与扳手固定座2前部连接,扳手固定座2后端安装螺钉7,螺钉7上套装弹簧9和驱动板8,驱动板8连接在气缸5伸缩杆上。

本实用新型原理及功效:
当装配件抵达装配位时,气缸5推动驱动板8将动力通过扳手固定座2传递至扳手11,此时扳手11与要固定的下端螺母会表现出两种状态,一种是下端六角螺母边缘方向正好与扳手11开口方向一致,那么扳手11直接卡住下端的六角螺母保持固定,上端螺母旋紧即可完成装配;另一种情况是,下端的六角螺母边缘方向与扳手开口方向不一致,扳手无法与六角螺母边缘卡合,那么此时弹簧9在气缸5的推力下,呈预压状态,但此时并不影响上端六角螺母旋紧,上端螺母旋紧过程中必将带动膜柱拉杆和下端螺母一起旋转,当下端螺母旋转至边缘正好与扳手11开口卡合时,弹簧9的预压力释放,直接将扳手推进与下端螺母卡合并保持固定,上端螺母再继续旋紧至装配要求即可。

1.一种全自动膜柱拉杆上下螺母拧紧防转机构,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、扳手固定座(2)、导柱(3)、导柱固定座(4)、气缸(5)、气缸固定座(6)、等高螺钉(7)、驱动板(8)、弹簧(9)、扳手固定板(10)、扳手(11),所述扳手固定座(2)、导柱固定座(4)、气缸固定座(6)安装在底座(1)上,所述导柱(3)安装于导柱固定座(4),气缸(5)安装于气缸固定座(6),所述扳手固定座(2)两端开设活动孔,通过活动孔内的轴套安装在导柱(3)上,扳手(11)通过扳手固定板(10)与扳手固定座(2)前部连接,扳手固定座(2)后端安装螺钉(7),螺钉(7)上套装弹簧(9)和驱动板(8),驱动板(8)连接在气缸(5)伸缩杆上。
