Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型的实施例涉及一种导电端子和连接器组件,特别涉及一种没有壳体的线对板导电端子和连接器组件,更特别涉及一种适于从上方及下方两个方向插入导线的导电端子和连接器组件。
背景技术
在现有技术中,一般采用电连接器将导线电连接到电路板上。在导电端子与电路板进行电连接时,通常都预先将导电端子固定到一绝缘壳体中,然后再与电路板进行连接固定。但是,这样的连接方式不仅成本高,而且绝缘壳体占据电路板较大的空间。
为了克服上述缺陷,现有技术中出现了改进的导电端子,其可以在没有绝缘壳体固定的情况下实现导线与电路板的电连接。然而,这种导电端子只允许导线从单一方向插入。随着客户需求的逐步扩大,要求能够实现从不同方向将导线插入到导电端子中。
另外,在现有的没有壳体的导电端子中,对插入到其中的导线的定位及固持能力较低,所以导线容易脱离出连接。而且,受到这种导电端子的结构及材料限制,在导线插入到其中时容易发生偏移。
因此,亟须一种可以解决上述问题的导电端子和连接器组件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在解决现有技术中存在的上述问题和缺陷的至少一个方面。
根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供一种导电端子,适于将导线电连接到电路板上,所述电路板上设有通孔以及位于所述电路板的一个表面上的焊盘,所述导电端子包括:基部,所述基部包括两个相对的第一边缘和两个相对的第二边缘,并且所述基部上限定一个插入孔,所述插入孔与所述电路板的通孔对齐;两个安装部,包括分别从两个所述第一边缘平行于所述基部向外延伸的焊接部,所述焊接部适于焊接到所述电路板的焊盘上;以及一对夹持部,分别从所述基部的两个所述第二边缘相向倾斜地延伸,以夹持通过所述插入孔和通孔插入的所述导线的导体。
根据本实用新型的一个示例性实施例,每个所述安装部还包括连接在所述第一边缘和焊接部之间的过渡部,所述过渡部与所述基部和焊接部大致垂直。
根据本实用新型的一个示例性实施例,所述焊接部位于所述基部与所述夹持部的末端之间,使得所述导电端子的基部位于所述电路板的与所述焊盘相同或者相反的一侧。

在根据本实用新型的前述一些示例性实施例中,导电端子能够允许导线从上方和下方两个方向插入到导电端子中,形成了导线与电路板之间可靠的电连接;导线在插入过程中不会发生偏移;导线插入导通后不容易从插入孔中脱落;而且,导电端子在焊接到电路板上之后其在板上的高度小于2mm,节省了空间。

如图1和2所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,夹持部141和142具有尖端部,当插入插入孔111的导体301受到朝外的拉力时,夹持部141和142的尖端部刺入导体301中,从而防止导体301从插入孔111中拔出。这样,就能够将导线30的导体301可靠地保持在基部101的插入孔111中。
如图1和2所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,导电端子10还包括两个导向部151,其分别从基部101的两个第一边缘上相向倾斜地延伸。在导线30的导体301的插入过程中,夹持部141和142在导体301的相对两侧保持导体301,通过将两个导向部151设置在与导体301的另外两侧,优选地是与两个夹持部141和142垂直的方向,从而可以防止导线30在插入过程中发生偏移。
如图1和2所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,焊接部131和132具有平坦表面,从而使得两个焊接部131和132能够以表面贴装的方式焊接到电路板20上,具体可参见下述关于图3-8的描述。
图3显示图1所示导电端子的基部位于电路板的与焊盘相反的一侧的安装方式焊接到电路板上的示意图;图4显示将导线从下方插入导电端子的示意图;图5显示沿着图4所示插入方向观察导线插入导电端子中的示意图;以及图6显示完成了将导线从下方插入到导电端子中的示意图。
如图3所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,提供一种连接器组件,适于将导线30电连接到电路板20上。如上文所述,电路板20中包括一通孔,通孔的尺寸略大于导电端子10的基部101的尺寸,以允许导电端子10的基部101穿过该通孔。在一个示例性实施例中,当导线30的导体301插入到插入孔111中,夹持部141和142会被导体31推开,而被推开的夹持部141和142会抵靠在通孔的周壁上,这样通孔会增强夹持部141和142对于导体301的夹持作用。
在一个示例性实施例中,利用真空吸附设备的吸嘴吸附在导电端子10的焊接部131和132上,以基部101位于电路板20的与焊盘相反的一侧,即在图3中是基部101朝下的方式,使得基部101通过电路板20的通孔直到两个焊接部131和132贴合电路板20的表面,然后利用表面贴装技术来实现将导电端子10焊接到电路板20的焊盘上,从而实现了导电端子10与电路板20之间可靠的电连接。
如图3-6所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,将导线30的一端的裸露的导体301从电路板20下方插入以图3所示方式焊接的导电端子10的插入孔111中,直至导体301接触两个导向部151,限制了导体301在插入过程中的偏移;而且此时,夹持部141和142的弹性悬臂与插入的导体301弹性电接触,从而实现了导线30与导电端子10之间的可靠电连接。
图7显示图1所示导电端子的基部位于电路板的与焊盘相同的一侧的安装方式焊接到电路板上的示意图;以及图8显示将导线从上方插入导电端子的示意图。
如图7所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,利用真空吸附设备的吸嘴吸附在导电端子10的焊接部131和132上,以基部101位于电路板20的与焊盘相同的一侧的安装方式焊接到电路板上,即在图7中是基部101朝上的方式,使得夹持部141和142向下部分地通过电路板20的通孔,直到两个焊接部131和132贴合电路板20的表面,然后利用表面贴装技术来实现将导电端子10焊接到电路板20的焊盘上,从而实现了导电端子10与电路板20之间可靠的电连接。
如图7和8所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,将导线30的一端的裸露的导体301从电路板20上方插入以图7所示方式焊接的导电端子10的插入孔111中,直至导体301接触两个导向部151,限制了导体301在插入过程中的偏移;而且此时,夹持部141和142的弹性悬臂与插入的导体301弹性电接触,从而实现了导线30与导电端子10之间的可靠电连接。
进一步地,如图3和7所示,在本实用新型的一个示例性实施例中,在导电端子10焊接到电路板20上之后,导电端子10露出电路板20的设有焊盘的表面的高度小于2mm,使得导电端子10占据很小的空间。
这样,通过本实用新型的导电端子10就可以实现将导线30从上方和下方两个方向插入到导电端子10中,形成了导线30与电路板20之间的可靠电连接;导线30在插入过程中不会发生偏移;导线30插入导通后不容易从插入孔111中脱落;而且,导电端子10在焊接到电路板20上之后其在板上的高度小于2mm,节省了空间。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,上面所描述的实施例都是示例性的,并且本领域的技术人员可以对其进行改进,各种实施例中所描述的结构在不发生结构或者原理方面的冲突的情况下可以进行自由组合,从而在解决本实用新型的技术问题的基础上,实现更多种导电端子和连接器组件。
在详细说明本实用新型的较佳实施例之后,熟悉本领域的技术人员可清楚的了解,在不脱离随附权利要求的保护范围与精神下可进行各种变化与改变,且本实用新型亦不受限于说明书中所举示例性实施例的实施方式。
应注意,措词“包括”不排除其它元件或步骤,措词“一”或“一个”不排除多个。另外,权利要求的任何元件标号不应理解为限制本实用新型的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种导电端子,适于将导线电连接到电路板上,所述电路板上设有通孔以及位于所述电路板的一个表面上的焊盘,其特征在于,所述导电端子包括:
基部,所述基部包括两个相对的第一边缘和两个相对的第二边缘,并且所述基部上限定一个插入孔,所述插入孔与所述电路板的通孔对齐;
两个安装部,包括分别从两个所述第一边缘平行于所述基部向外延伸的焊接部,所述焊接部适于焊接到所述电路板的焊盘上;
以及
一对夹持部,分别从所述基部的两个所述第二边缘相向倾斜地延伸,以夹持通过所述插入孔和通孔插入的所述导线的导体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:每个所述安装部还包括连接在所述第一边缘和焊接部之间的过渡部,所述过渡部与所述基部和焊接部大致垂直。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述焊接部位于所述基部与所述夹持部的末端之间,使得所述导电端子的基部位于所述电路板的与所述焊盘相同或者相反的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述导电端子仅由单个导电板料形成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述导电端子还包括两个导向部,所述导向部分别从所述基部的两个第一边缘向上相向倾斜地延伸,以防止所述导线在插入过程中发生偏移。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:每个所述夹持部具有尖端部,当插入所述插入孔的导体受到朝外的拉力时,每个所述夹持部的尖端部刺入所述导体中,从而防止所述导体从所述插入孔中拔出。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:每个所述焊接部具有平坦表面,其中,每个所述焊接部的平坦表面适于以表面贴装的方式焊接到所述电路板上。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:在所述导电端子插入到所述电路板之后,所述导电端子露出所述电路板的设有所述焊盘的一个表面的高度小于2mm。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述第一边缘和第二边缘大致垂直。
10.一种连接器组件,适于将导线电连接到电路板上,所述连接器组件包括导电端子和电路板,所述电路板上设有通孔以及位于所述电路板的一个表面上的焊盘,其特征在于:所述导电端子为权利要求1-9中任一项所述的导电端子。
