Opening 219 is longer than tape 1 to ensure that both ends 19 of tape 1 are simultaneously below the non-open position of the top wall of compartment 21, so that when the free end of topmost tape 1 is pulled to be withdrawn from opening 219 of compartment 21, tape 1 below it can be brought out together with its associated end 19; after one end 19 of the lower tape 1 is taken out, the other end 19 is blocked by the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21, and the lower tape 1 can be pulled out only with a large force, which is larger than the force required for separating the end 19 of two adjacent tapes 1, so that the end 19 of the lower tape 1 is separated from the end 19 of the topmost tape 1; thus, the topmost tape 1 is pulled out separately, and the lower tape 1 becomes a new topmost tape 1; repeating the steps, and the adhesive tapes 1 in the adhesive tape assembly 8 can be drawn out one by one for use.
Of course, it should be understood that although the tape assembly 8 is required to be used with the tape dispenser 2, it does not necessarily represent a one-to-one relationship between the tape assembly 8 and the tape dispenser 2. That is, after the adhesive tape assembly 8 in one adhesive tape dispenser 2 is used, another adhesive tape assembly 8 can be put into the adhesive tape dispenser 2, so that the adhesive tape dispenser 2 can be reused, and the packaging cost is further reduced.
Preferably, the adhesive tape dispenser 2 further comprises: a pressure structure 29 provided in the accommodating chamber 21 for applying a pressure directed to the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 to the adhesive tape assembly 8 provided in the accommodating chamber 21. More preferably, the above pressure structure 29 includes: a spring 292 having one end connected to the bottom wall of the accommodation chamber 21; a loading plate 291 attached to an end of the spring 292 remote from the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber 21 for loading the adhesive tape assembly 8.
As described above, the end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 needs to be caught by the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 to perform the drawing function, and the total thickness of the adhesive tape assembly 8 is gradually reduced as the adhesive tape 1 is drawn, so that the distance from the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 is increased, and for this purpose, a pressure structure 29 for maintaining the pressure of the adhesive tape assembly 8 against the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 may be provided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the above pressure structure 29 may include a bearing plate 291, the adhesive tape assembly 8 is disposed on the bearing plate 291, and a spring 292 (e.g., a steel spring) is disposed between the bearing plate 291 and the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber 21, so that the spring 292 gradually rises "against" the bearing plate 291 as the adhesive tape 1 is drawn out, so as to maintain the pressure of the adhesive tape assembly 8 on the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21.
Of course, the pressure structure 29 may have other different specific forms as long as the above functions are achieved. For example, the pressure structure 29 may be a bearing plate or the like "suspended" on the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 by a spring.
Of course, the specific form of the adhesive tape dispenser 2 may be various as long as the above requirements of the opening 219 are met. For example, a plurality of tape assemblies 8 may be provided at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, that is, the upper opening 219 may be "wide (the first direction is a longitudinal direction)", so that a plurality of tape assemblies 8 may be accommodated in the accommodating chamber 21 at the same time; for another example, in the case that the total thickness of the tape assembly 8 is not large, the tape dispenser 2 may be configured as shown in fig. 10 without including the pressure structure 29; for another example, the side walls of the tape assembly 8 other than the top wall may be closed, or may be partially opened as shown in fig. 10.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that have been employed to illustrate the principles of the present invention, and that the present invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (15)
1. An adhesive tape assembly comprising a plurality of stacked sheets of adhesive tape; wherein,
in a first direction, each piece of tape has two opposing ends;
the tape is detachably connected to the tape at the top end and the bottom end, and the other tape is detachably connected to the tape at the bottom end;
any one tape end is connected with at most one other tape end;
the middle part of each piece of adhesive tape is separated from the middle part of the adhesive tape adjacent to the middle part.
2. The tape assembly of claim 1,
the separable connection is achieved by bonding between adjacent tape ends of the separable connection.
3. The tape assembly of claim 2,
the bond between the adjacent tape ends has a 180 degree peel strength of between 40 grams/inch and 600 grams/inch.
4. The tape assembly of claim 2,
the detachably connected adjacent tape ends are bonded together by an adhesive disposed therebetween.
5. The tape assembly of claim 4,
the adhesive tape comprises an adhesive tape body with at least one side surface being an adhesive surface, and a release film adhered on the adhesive surface;
the surface of the end part of the adhesive tape contacted with the adhesive is a non-adhesive surface of the release film or the adhesive tape body.
6. The tape assembly of claim 2,
the adhesive tape comprises an adhesive tape body with at least one side surface being an adhesive surface, and a release film adhered on the adhesive surface;
the partial position of at least one bonding surface of the adhesive tape body is an exposed area which is not covered by the release film;
the detachably connected adjacent tape ends are bonded together by an exposed region.
7. The tape assembly of claim 6,
only one side surface of the adhesive tape body is a bonding surface, and the bonding surfaces of the adhesive tape bodies face to the same side.
8. The tape assembly of claim 1,
one of the two separably joined adjacent tape ends has a bending structure that bends toward and wraps the other tape end to thereby achieve the separable joint.
9. The tape assembly of claim 8,
in two adjacent adhesive tape ends which can be separately connected, the upper adhesive tape end is provided with a bending structure which is bent to the lower part of the other adhesive tape end to wrap the other adhesive tape end.
10. The tape assembly of claim 8,
the adhesive tape comprises an adhesive tape body with at least one side surface being an adhesive surface, and a release film adhered on the adhesive surface, wherein the release film is provided with a single layer area exceeding the adhesive tape body;
the bending structure is formed by a single-layer area of the release film.
11. The adhesive tape assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10,
the adhesive tape is a medical fixing adhesive tape.
12. The adhesive tape assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10,
the number of adhesive tapes in the adhesive tape assembly is 2 to 100.
13. An adhesive tape dispenser assembly, comprising:
a tape dispenser including a housing having an opening in a top wall, the opening having a size smaller than a size of the tape in the first direction and being greater than or equal to the size of the tape in a direction perpendicular to the first direction;
the tape assembly of any one of claims 1 to 12 disposed in the chamber wherein the topmost tape has an end portion that is not connected to the other tape end portions that extends out of the opening and all other tape end portions are located below the non-open position of the top wall of the chamber.
14. The tape dispenser assembly of claim 13 wherein said tape dispenser further comprises:
and the pressure structure is arranged in the accommodating chamber and is used for applying pressure towards the top wall of the accommodating chamber to the adhesive tape assembly arranged in the accommodating chamber.
15. A tape dispenser assembly according to claim 14 wherein said pressure structure comprises:
a spring with one end connected to the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber;
and the bearing plate is connected to one end of the spring, which is far away from the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber, and is used for bearing the adhesive tape assembly.
