Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, 9 and 10, the present embodiment provides an adhesive tape assembly 8 including a plurality of stacked adhesive tapes 1.
The adhesive tape 1 refers to a tape-like or sheet-like product that can be used for bonding, and may include an adhesive tape body 11, at least one side of the adhesive tape body 11 being an adhesive surface having adhesiveness (e.g., adhesiveness by a pressure-sensitive adhesive), which can be bonded to other substrates.
Optionally, the adhesive tape 1 may further include a release film 12 (or referred to as release paper) disposed on the bonding surface, and the release film 12 is a non-adhesive film layer that is not easily bonded. The release film 12 prevents undesired adhesion of the adhesive surface when the tape 1 is not used, and the release film 12 can be easily removed from the adhesive surface to expose the adhesive surface for adhesion when the tape 1 is to be used.
Preferably, the above tape 1 is a medical fastening tape, more preferably a precut medical fastening tape.
The medical fixing Tape 1(Tube secure Tape) is generally used for fixing a nasogastric Tube, an infusion Tube and the like on a human body in an adhesive manner, a base material of the Tape body 11 can be a fabric, a non-woven fabric, a plastic film and the like, only one side of the Tape body is a bonding surface (namely a single-sided Tape), and a release film 12 is arranged on the bonding surface. As shown in fig. 3, for convenience of use, one side of the medical fastening Tape may be provided with a cut 15 in advance, that is, it may be a Pre-cut medical fastening Tape (Pre-cutting Tube secure Tape).
Of course, the adhesive tape 1 in this embodiment may also be a medical fixing adhesive tape which is not precut, or an adhesive tape 1 for other purposes, and is not limited in detail here.
The tape assembly 8 of the present embodiment is a product formed by stacking a plurality of tapes 1, wherein the number of tapes 1 is preferably 2 to 100.
That is, 2 to 100 pieces of the adhesive tape 1 can be used to form an adhesive tape assembly 8 (e.g., 10 pieces, 20 pieces, 30 pieces, etc., depending on the thickness of each adhesive tape); therefore, the total thickness of the adhesive tape assembly 8 is moderate, and most requirements can be met. Of course, it should be understood that as tape 1 is withdrawn, the amount of tape 1 in tape assembly 8 is reduced.
In the tape assembly 8 of the present embodiment, each of the tapes 1 has two opposite ends 19 in a first direction (i.e., left-right direction in the figure); except for the topmost and bottommost adhesive tapes 1, one end part 19 of each adhesive tape 1 is detachably connected with the end part 19 of the adhesive tape 1 adjacent to the adhesive tape 1 above, and the other end part 19 is detachably connected with the end part 19 of the adhesive tape 1 adjacent to the adhesive tape 1 below; any one end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 is connected with only one end 19 of the other adhesive tape 1 at most; further, the middle portion of each of the adhesive tapes 1 is separated from the middle portion of the adhesive tape 1 adjacent thereto.
That is, each of the adhesive tapes 1 has two opposite end portions 19, and for convenience of description, the left and right end portions 19 in the drawings will be referred to as left and right end portions, respectively, although it should be understood that the left and right end portions are merely relative concepts and are not absolute.
As shown in fig. 1, since the tapes 1 are stacked, each tape 1 is adjacent to one tape 1 up and down except for the topmost and bottommost tapes 1, and each tape 1 end 19 is also adjacent to two tapes 1 end 19 up and down. In the adhesive tape assembly 8, except for the topmost and bottommost adhesive tapes 1, two end parts 19 of each adhesive tape 1 are respectively connected with corresponding end parts of the upper and lower adhesive tapes 1, namely, if the left end part of one adhesive tape 1 is connected with the left end part of the upper adhesive tape 1, the right end part is connected with the right end part of the lower adhesive tape 1; conversely, if the right end of one tape 1 is connected to the right end of the upper tape 1, the left end is connected to the left end of the lower tape 1.
As shown in fig. 1, adjacent tapes 1 must be separated and not connected in their middle portions, except for the possible connection of the end portions 19; meanwhile, any one end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 is connected with only one end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 at most, and is not connected with both ends 19 of the adhesive tape 1 at the same time. According to the above connection manner, the connection direction of the end portions 19 of the tapes 1 in the thickness direction of the tape assembly 8 is necessarily alternated, that is, if the left end portion of one tape 1 is connected to the left end portion of the upper tape 1 and the right end portion is connected to the right end portion of the lower tape 1, the right end portion of the upper and lower tapes 1 are necessarily connected to the right end portion of the upper tape 1, the left end portion is connected to the left end portion of the lower tape 1, and so on.
Of course, according to the above connection manner, the topmost tape 1 necessarily has only one end 19 connected to the corresponding end 19 of the lower tape 1, while the other end 19 is a free end; the lowermost tape 1 has only one end 19 connected to the corresponding end 19 of the upper tape 1, the other end 19 being a free end.
The connection between the ends 19 of the adhesive tape 1 in the present invention is a separable connection. That is, the ends 19 of the two tapes 1 are normally connected together, but this connection can be broken with less stress, and neither tape 1 will be damaged when broken.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, when the tape assembly 8 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 21 of the tape dispenser 2, the free end of the topmost tape 1 can be pulled to be drawn out from the opening 219 of the accommodating chamber 21, and the lower tape 1 can be simultaneously taken out together with the connected end 19; after one end 19 of the lower tape 1 is taken out, the other end 19 is blocked by the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21, and the lower tape 1 can be pulled out only with larger force than the force required for separating the end 19 of two adjacent tapes 1, so that the connected end 19 of the lower tape 1 and the topmost tape 1 can be separated; thus, the topmost tape 1 is separated and withdrawn separately, and the lower tape 1 becomes a new topmost tape 1; repeating the steps, and the adhesive tapes 1 in the adhesive tape assembly 8 can be drawn out one by one for use.
In the tape assembly 8 of the present embodiment, a plurality of tapes 1 are loaded into one tape dispenser 2 without being individually packaged, so that it is low in cost and material saving (the tape dispenser 2 can be used repeatedly); when in use, each adhesive tape 1 can be taken out from the adhesive tape dispenser 2 one by one, the use is convenient, and the rest adhesive tape 1 is always kept in the adhesive tape dispenser 2, so the adhesive tape dispenser is not polluted and is easy to store.
In this embodiment, the separable connection is achieved by bonding between the end portions 19 of the adjacent adhesive tapes 1 which are separably connected.
That is, two adjacent ends 19 of the tape 1 can be bonded together to provide a separable connection therebetween.
Wherein the 180 degree peel strength of the bond between the ends 19 of adjacent tapes 1 is between 40 g/inch and 600 g/inch.
That is, when the peel stress between the ends 19 of the two tapes 1 reaches a range of 40 g/inch to 600 g/inch (e.g., 120 g/inch), the bond between the two tapes 1 fails, so that the two tapes can be separated. Such a stress range is relatively moderate, so that the adhesive tape 1 can be taken out, and the separation of the end part 19 of the adhesive tape 1 can be realized easily.
Preferably, as a specific mode of the present embodiment, the detachably connected end portions 19 of the adjacent tapes 1 are bonded to each other by the adhesive 3 interposed therebetween.
That is, as shown in fig. 2, an adhesive 3 (e.g., double-sided tape attached, or pressure-sensitive adhesive coated) may be provided between the end portions 19 of two adjacent adhesive tapes 1, so that the end portions 19 of the two adhesive tapes 1 can be bonded together by the adhesive 3. For example, for an adhesive tape 1 having a length (i.e., a dimension in the first direction) of 6 to 7cm (one side may be provided with a slit 15 having a length of 3 to 3.5 cm) and a width of 2.5cm, an adhesive 3 (double-sided tape or pressure-sensitive adhesive) having a dimension in the first direction of 0.5 to 3cm (e.g., 1cm) may be provided at an end portion 19 thereof. Since the size of the adhesive 3 is generally small, it is preferably a double-sided tape from the viewpoint of easy realization of the process.
More preferably, in the tape 1 having the tape body 11 and the release film 12, the surface of the end 19 of the tape 1 in contact with the adhesive 3 is a non-adhesive surface of the release film 12 or the tape body 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the above adhesive 3 is preferably adhered to a release film 12 (e.g., the back surface of the release film 12, or the portion of the release film 12 beyond the tape body 11), or to a non-adhesive surface of the tape body 11 (i.e., the back surface of the tape body 11); therefore, after the adhesive tape 1 is pulled out and separated, the adhesive 3 only remains on the release film 12 or the back surface of the adhesive tape body 11, the release film 12 is discarded when the adhesive tape 1 is used, and the back surface of the adhesive tape body 11 is not used for adhesion, so that the remaining adhesive 3 does not affect the use of the adhesive tape 1.
Of course, the adhesive strength (peel strength) between the adhesive 3 and different substrates should be different, for example, the 180 degree peel strength between the adhesive 3 and the release film 12 can be 300-1500 g/inch, the 180 degree peel strength between the adhesive 3 and the back surface of the tape body 11 can be 60-300 g/inch (i.e., the peel strength between the adhesive 3 and the tape body 11 is preferably lower than the peel strength between the adhesive 3 and the release film 12 to ensure that the adhesive 3 remains on the release film 12 after separation), and the 180 degree peel strength between the release film 12 and the adhesive surface can be 5-50 g/inch.
Of course, although fig. 2 and 3 illustrate the adhesive 3 disposed between the back surface of the tape body 11 and the release film 12, if both sides of the tape body 11 are adhesive surfaces and both sides of the release film 12 are provided, the adhesive 3 may be disposed between the two release films 12.
Of course, although fig. 2 and 3 illustrate the adhesive surfaces of all the tapes 1 facing the same side (e.g., facing upward) (i.e., the product structure is relatively simple and regular), it should be understood that it is also possible to use different tapes 1 with different adhesive surfaces facing different directions.
Of course, in the tape assembly 8 product, the above adhesive 3 may be located between the two tape 1 ends 19. However, from the viewpoint of convenience in preparation, as shown in fig. 3, the adhesive 3 may be actually applied or attached to the end 19 of one of the tapes 1 (e.g., on the back of the release film 12), and then the end 19 of the tape 1 and the end 19 of the other tape 1 (e.g., on the back of the tape body 11) are bonded by the adhesive 3.
Preferably, as another mode of the embodiment, for the adhesive tape 1 having the tape body 11 and the release film 12, a part of at least one bonding surface of the tape body 11 is located in the exposed region 119 not covered by the release film 12; the detachably connected ends 19 of adjacent strips 1 are bonded together by an exposed region 119.
That is, as shown in fig. 4, the release film 12 may be "slightly shorter" than the tape body 11 in the first direction, so that the bonding surface of the tape body 11 is "exposed (exposed region 119)" at one end portion 19, and since the exposed region 119 has adhesiveness, it can be directly bonded to the end portion 19 of the other tape 1 as shown in fig. 5. In this way, no adhesive needs to be added, the process is simple, and the adhesive tape 1 is convenient to use because the exposed area 119 is a part of the adhesive surface and no adhesive remains after being pulled out.
More preferably, only one side of the tape body 11 is an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surfaces of the tape bodies 11 face the same side.
As shown in fig. 6, the tape body 11 preferably has only one side as the adhesive surface and all the adhesive surfaces face the same (e.g., face upward), so that in all the ends 19 of the attached tapes 1, the exposed area 119 of the tape 1 (e.g., in the lower tape 1) on the same side is bonded to the tape 1 on the other side (e.g., to the back of the tape body 11 on the upper tape 1).
The above description is, of course, not intended to limit the scope of the invention. For example, the tape body 11 may have both sides bonded so that the exposed region 119 may be bonded to the back surface of the release film 12 at the end 19 of the other tape 1, or the exposed region 119 may be bonded to the exposed region 119.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the present embodiment provides a tape assembly 8 having a structure similar to that of the tape assembly 8 of embodiment 1.
The difference is that in the adhesive tape assembly 8 of the present embodiment, one end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 of the two separably connected end portions 19 of the adjacent adhesive tapes 1 has a bending structure 199, and the bending structure 199 is bent toward the other end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 and wraps the other end 19 of the adhesive tape 1, thereby realizing the separably connected.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the adhesive tape assembly 8 of the present embodiment, the separable connection between the end portions 19 of the adhesive tapes 1 is not achieved by adhesion, but one end portion 19 of one adhesive tape 1 is bent and wrapped around the other end portion 19 of the adhesive tape 1, or the end portion 19 of one adhesive tape 1 is "inserted" into the structure bent by the other end portion 19. Because the surfaces of the adhesive tapes 1 have certain friction force, when the free end of one adhesive tape 1 is stretched, the end part 19 of the next adhesive tape 1 can be taken out; when the force between the two tapes 1 is large enough, the bending structure 199 can be straightened so that the ends 19 of the two tapes 1 are separated. The adhesive tape assembly 8 does not need to use an adhesive or provide an exposed area, so the preparation process is simple, and accidental adhesion can not occur.
Preferably, in two separably connected adjacent ends 19 of the adhesive tapes 1, the end 19 of the upper adhesive tape 1 has a bending structure 199, and the bending structure 199 is bent under the end 19 of the other adhesive tape 1 to wrap the end 19 of the other adhesive tape 1.
That is, it is preferable that the end 19 of the upper tape 1 is folded downward to be wrapped around the end 19 of the lower tape 1, and this makes it easy to take out the lower tape 1 and to separate the end 19 of the tape 1 after the taking out.
It should be understood, of course, that it is also possible to fold the end 19 of the lower tape 1 upward to wrap the end 19 of the upper tape 1, or to fold different tapes 1 in different directions, as long as the separable connection between the ends 19 of the tapes 1 can be achieved as desired.
More preferably, for the adhesive tape 1 having the tape body 11 and the release film 12, the release film 12 thereof has a single layer region 129 beyond the tape body 11; the fold structure 199 is formed by the single layer region 129 of the release film 12.
That is, as shown in fig. 8, the release film 12 preferably "extends over" the tape body 11 at least on one side in the first direction, i.e. at least one end 19 of the tape 1 is formed by the release film 12 alone, and the separate release film 12 is bent to form the above bending structure 199, so as to achieve the separable connection between the end 19 of the tape 1. According to the above manner, only the release film 12 is bent, and the actually used adhesive tape body 11 is not bent or provided with no crease, so that the use performance is not affected.
Of course, it should be understood that the release film 12 may also extend beyond the tape body 11 at the end 19 of the tape 1 that is not bent, so that the two ends 19 of the tape 1 have the same structure, and the direction is not needed to be distinguished, so that the tape is convenient to use; alternatively, the tape body 11 and the release film 12 may be simultaneously bent to form the above bending structure 199.
Of course, it should be understood that the above description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the tape may be detachably connected in other different ways. For example, in a tape assembly, it is also possible that some of the tape ends are detachably connected by adhesion, and the other tape ends are detachably connected by the above bending; or the ends of the two adhesive tapes can be separately connected by bonding and bending; alternatively, different tape ends may be detachably connected, etc. in a single tape assembly with different specific adhesive means.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides an adhesive tape dispenser assembly, which includes:
an adhesive tape dispenser 2 including a housing chamber 21 having an opening 219 on a top wall, the opening 219 having a size smaller than that of the adhesive tape 1 in a first direction, the opening 219 having a size greater than or equal to that of the adhesive tape 1 in a direction perpendicular to the first direction;
the adhesive tape assembly 8 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 21, wherein the end 19 of the topmost adhesive tape 1, which is not connected to the end 19 of the other adhesive tape 1, protrudes through the opening 219, and all the other adhesive tape 1 ends 19 are located below the position of the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21, which is not provided with the opening 219.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the above adhesive tape assembly 8 needs to be placed in a specific container (adhesive tape dispenser 2) for use, the adhesive tape dispenser 2 has a housing chamber 21 for housing the adhesive tape assembly 8, the housing chamber 21 may be made of plastic material such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or phenol resin, and has an opening 219 on the top wall, and the free end of the topmost adhesive tape 1 protrudes from the opening 219.
Further, if the first direction is the longitudinal direction, the opening 219 should be wider and shorter than the tape 1. The opening 219 is wider than the tape 1 so as to prevent the side of the tape 1 from being caught by the top wall of the housing chamber 21 and being not drawn out. Opening 219 is longer than tape 1 to ensure that both ends 19 of tape 1 are simultaneously below the non-open position of the top wall of compartment 21, so that when the free end of topmost tape 1 is pulled to be withdrawn from opening 219 of compartment 21, tape 1 below it can be brought out together with its associated end 19; after one end 19 of the lower tape 1 is taken out, the other end 19 is blocked by the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21, and the lower tape 1 can be pulled out only with a large force, which is larger than the force required for separating the end 19 of two adjacent tapes 1, so that the end 19 of the lower tape 1 is separated from the end 19 of the topmost tape 1; thus, the topmost tape 1 is pulled out separately, and the lower tape 1 becomes a new topmost tape 1; repeating the steps, and the adhesive tapes 1 in the adhesive tape assembly 8 can be drawn out one by one for use.
Of course, it should be understood that although the tape assembly 8 is required to be used with the tape dispenser 2, it does not necessarily represent a one-to-one relationship between the tape assembly 8 and the tape dispenser 2. That is, after the adhesive tape assembly 8 in one adhesive tape dispenser 2 is used, another adhesive tape assembly 8 can be put into the adhesive tape dispenser 2, so that the adhesive tape dispenser 2 can be reused, and the packaging cost is further reduced.
Preferably, the adhesive tape dispenser 2 further comprises: a pressure structure 29 provided in the accommodating chamber 21 for applying a pressure directed to the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 to the adhesive tape assembly 8 provided in the accommodating chamber 21. More preferably, the above pressure structure 29 includes: a spring 292 having one end connected to the bottom wall of the accommodation chamber 21; a loading plate 291 attached to an end of the spring 292 remote from the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber 21 for loading the adhesive tape assembly 8.
As described above, the end 19 of the adhesive tape 1 needs to be caught by the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 to perform the drawing function, and the total thickness of the adhesive tape assembly 8 is gradually reduced as the adhesive tape 1 is drawn, so that the distance from the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 is increased, and for this purpose, a pressure structure 29 for maintaining the pressure of the adhesive tape assembly 8 against the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 may be provided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the above pressure structure 29 may include a bearing plate 291, the adhesive tape assembly 8 is disposed on the bearing plate 291, and a spring 292 (e.g., a steel spring) is disposed between the bearing plate 291 and the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber 21, so that the spring 292 gradually rises "against" the bearing plate 291 as the adhesive tape 1 is drawn out, so as to maintain the pressure of the adhesive tape assembly 8 on the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21.
Of course, the pressure structure 29 may have other different specific forms as long as the above functions are achieved. For example, the pressure structure 29 may be a bearing plate or the like "suspended" on the top wall of the accommodating chamber 21 by a spring.
Of course, the specific form of the adhesive tape dispenser 2 may be various as long as the above requirements of the opening 219 are met. For example, a plurality of tape assemblies 8 may be provided at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, that is, the upper opening 219 may be "wide (the first direction is a longitudinal direction)", so that a plurality of tape assemblies 8 may be accommodated in the accommodating chamber 21 at the same time; for another example, in the case that the total thickness of the tape assembly 8 is not large, the tape dispenser 2 may be configured as shown in fig. 10 without including the pressure structure 29; for another example, the side walls of the tape assembly 8 other than the top wall may be closed, or may be partially opened as shown in fig. 10.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
