本实用新型公开了一种抗环电流热浸塑钢管，属于电缆保护管生产领域。所述热浸塑钢管的特点是管壁上设置有贯穿钢管首尾的轴向断口，轴向断口处设置有绝缘材料。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的热浸塑钢管可以完美解决在高压环境使用产生的环电流问题，具有很好的推广应用价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆保护管，具体地说是一种可应用于各类输电环境的抗环电流热浸塑钢管。
背景技术
热浸塑钢管以其机械强度高，承压能力强，阻燃性好等特点，被广泛应用于电力、通信等领域的电缆保护中。但是由于热浸塑钢管的管体为金属材质，且为环形封闭结构，因此，现有技术中的热浸塑钢管只能应用于35KV以下的低压电缆保护，若将其应用于高压电缆，电缆运行过程中产生的环电流磁场会导致电缆超过正常使用温度，造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种抗环电流热浸塑钢管。
本实用新型的技术任务是按以下方式实现的：一种抗环电流热浸塑钢管，其特点是：热浸塑钢管管壁上设置有贯穿钢管首尾的轴向断口，轴向断口处设置有绝缘材料。
所述轴向断口可以是一个或者多个，优选为一个。
所述绝缘材料可采用任意一种绝缘非金属材料，优选为绝缘橡胶条。
为了方便绝缘材料的固定，可以在轴向断口处的钢管管壁加工外翻边，绝缘材料设置在两个外翻边之间。
绝缘材料可通过任意一种绝缘固定件固定在两个外翻边之间；或者将绝缘材料设计为特殊的截面形状，使其能够嵌固在两个外翻边之间。但考虑到固定的稳固性及生产成本，绝缘材料优选通过尼龙铆钉固定在两个外翻边之间。
绝缘材料的厚度优选为2-5mm，宽度优选为15-25mm。
本实用新型热浸塑钢管的生产方法包括以下步骤：
1、热轧带钢经过卷曲成型后，在其内外表面涂装纳米基高聚物复合工程聚乙烯粉末；
2、将绝缘材料置于两个翻边之间，并利用尼龙铆钉进行固定。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的抗环电流热浸塑钢管具有以下突出的有益效果：
（一）管壁上设置有轴向断口及绝缘材料，非环形封闭结构的管体完美地解决热浸塑钢管在高压环境运行产生的环流问题，拓宽了热浸塑钢管的适用范围。
（二）轴向断口处设置有外翻边，一方面，方便了绝缘材料的安装，另一方面，热浸塑钢管放置时，可以以此位置为支撑，避免热浸塑钢管随意滚动。

参照说明书附图以具体实施例对本实用新型的抗环电流热浸塑钢管作以下详细地说明。
实施例一：
如附图1、2、3所示，本实用新型抗环电流热浸塑钢管的管壁1上设计有一条贯穿钢管首尾的轴向断口2，且轴向断口2位置的管壁1加工有外翻边3。绝缘橡胶条4通过尼龙铆钉5固定在上下两个外翻边之间。
绝缘橡胶条4的厚度a=3mm，宽度b=18mm。
具体生产方法：
步骤1：热轧带钢11经过卷曲成型后，以热浸塑工艺在其内外面上涂装纳米基高聚物复合工程粉末涂膜12；
步骤2：将绝缘橡胶条4置于两个翻边3之间，并利用尼龙铆钉5进行固定。
实施例二：
如附图4所示，本实用新型抗环电流热浸塑钢管的管壁1上设计有两条贯穿钢管首尾的轴向断口2，且轴向断口2位置的管壁1加工有外翻边3。绝缘橡胶条4通过尼龙铆钉5固定在上下两个外翻边之间。
具体生产方法与实施例一相同。

1.一种抗环电流热浸塑钢管，其特征在于：热浸塑钢管管壁上设置有贯穿钢管首尾的轴向断口，轴向断口处设置有绝缘材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗环电流热浸塑钢管，其特征在于：轴向断口处的钢管管壁加工有外翻边，绝缘材料设置在两个外翻边之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗环电流热浸塑钢管，其特征在于：绝缘材料通过尼龙铆钉固定在两个外翻边之间。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的抗环电流热浸塑钢管，其特征在于：绝缘材料的厚度为2-5mm，宽度为15-25mm。
