背景技术
以往的畜舍用卤素灯由于不存在防水功能,畜舍的灰尘、潮气、水或喷洒消毒药时的灰尘、水分或小水滴等渗入接触点部位而引起短路,成为火灾的原因,或发生缩短灯的寿命的问题。
作为相关专利,注册专利第10-0917782号公开一种具有防水功能的LED灯,所述具有防水功能的LED灯的特征在于,在圆筒形的透光盒两侧端形成侧面部,在所述侧面部的末端,以正六边形形状向内侧凸出形成结合凸起部,使以正六边形形状形成并具有6处加装面的散热体的两末端贴紧结合于所述结合凸起部(3),使得在散热体与透光盒之间形成密闭空间,同时,在散热体的内部形成外部气体能够循环的循环空间,且在所述散热体的加装面安装了设置有多个LED的金属基板,向加装面的内侧凸出形成多个散热片,在所述散热片中,使在中央形成的散热片比其他散热片更长地形成,在所述透光盒的两侧,结合了形成有多个通气孔的通气部,结合了向所述通气部外侧凸出形成有电源供应用端子的端子外壳,且形成了连接所述透光盒侧面部与端子外壳之间的连接管,使得金属基板和端子能够借助于电线而电气连接,构成得使安装于密闭空间的LED实现防水,同时,借助于在通气孔与循环空间流动的空气流动,LED发生的热通过散热片高效散热。

本实用新型旨在提供一种故障时容易修理的防水插口式畜舍用直管形卤素灯,当由于灰尘、潮气或接触点与直管灯的结合松脱等原因,因短路导致接触点不良而发生故障时,使用者可以不直接更换、分解整体插口,而是只使接触点轻松露出并修理更换。
另外,本实用新型旨在提供一种防水插口式畜舍用直管形卤素灯,利用耐火性不锈钢钢板材质的具有弹性及复原力的固定片来支撑插口,坚固稳定地支撑灯,从而能够防止因直管灯与接触点结合松脱(不稳定接触点)而发生的短路、故障于未然。
另外,本实用新型旨在提供一种防水插口式畜舍用直管形卤素灯,解决以往的畜舍用卤素灯由于不存在防水功能,畜舍的灰尘、潮气、水或喷洒消毒药时的灰尘、水分或小水滴等渗入接触点部位而引起短路,成为火灾的原因,或发生缩短灯的寿命的问题。

接触点,其位于环形绝缘子的内侧,结合于所述电线的内侧端,电气接触所述直管形卤素灯的一极;
电线,其穿过所述侧面板后,经所述中空部向所述接触点供应电源;
环形绝缘子,其插入安置于所述中空部的内侧后,使所述接触点与所述固定体绝缘;
弹簧,其内置于所述中空部,外侧支撑于所述侧面板,内侧支撑所述环形绝缘子的外侧并提供复原力;
内侧防水衬垫,其为封闭的曲线形状,防止水分或灰尘侵入所述固定体内侧端,形成有供灯端子外壳穿过的端子通过槽;
所述直管形卤素灯借助于两个所述插口部,两端的灯端子与接触点支撑连接。

接触端,其前端部向内侧凸出地形成;
扩张型挂接部,其比中间的所述接触部的直径更大地扩张;
电线连接部,其在扩张型挂接部的外侧形成,电线前端部插入于电线连接部后端的电线结合部并加压,构成扁平形状;
所述环形绝缘子包括:
圆筒形主体;
矩形贯通槽,其在所述圆筒形主体的中心形成,横向宽度大于纵向宽度;
挂接部支撑面,其在比所述圆筒形主体的内侧面更凹陷的位置形成,供所述扩张型挂接部的外侧面进行面接触并支撑;
弹簧支撑部,其在所述圆筒形主体的外侧中间凸出形成,比所述圆筒形主体的直径更小地凸出形成;
使接触点及电线结合体,通过矩形贯通槽,从内侧向外侧方向穿过,扩张型挂接部面接触所述挂接部支撑面后,使接触点及电线结合体旋转,扁平形状的电线结合部无法通过所述矩形贯通槽,从而位置被固定,
当修理时,旋转所述接触点及电线结合体,使扁平形状的电线结合部通过矩形贯通槽向内侧方向穿过,从而能够使接触点露出到环形绝缘子外。

挂接部支撑面(55),其在比所述圆筒形主体(51)的内侧面(51a)更凹陷的位置形成,供所述扩张型挂接部(33)的外侧面(33a)进行面接触并支撑;
弹簧支撑部(57),其在所述圆筒形主体(51)的外侧中间凸出形成,比所述圆筒形主体(51)的直径更小地凸出形成;
使接触点(30)及电线(40)结合体,通过矩形贯通槽(53),从内侧向外侧方向穿过,扩张型挂接部(33)面接触所述挂接部支撑面(55)后,使接触点(30)及电线(40)结合体旋转,扁平形状的电线结合部(35a)无法通过所述矩形贯通槽(53),从而位置被固定,
当修理时,旋转所述接触点(30)及电线(40)结合体,使扁平形状的电线结合部(35a)通过矩形贯通槽(53)向内侧方向穿过,从而能够使接触点(30)露出到环形绝缘子(50)外。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善了操作性的防水插口式畜舍用卤素灯,其特征在于,
从所述环形绝缘子(50)的矩形贯通槽(53)的外侧横边起,上下分别形成有呈圆弧形状凹陷形成的电线结合部安置槽(52)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的改善了操作性的防水插口式畜舍用卤素灯,其特征在于,
所述扩张型挂接部(33)的外侧面(33a)越向中间越凸出,
为了增大与所述扩张型挂接部(33)凸出的外侧面(33a)的面接触性,在所述挂接部支撑面(55)上形成有越向中心越凹陷的倾斜部(55a)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的改善了操作性的防水插口式畜舍用卤素灯,其特征在于,
在所述侧面板(20)上形成有第2衬垫插入槽(65),
耐热硅树脂材质的外侧防水衬垫(70)加装于所述第2衬垫插入槽(65)中,封闭所述中空部(12)的外侧,
在所述固定片(25)未固定于灯的伞状主体的状态下,固定片(25)与所述侧面板(20)不构成垂直,而是向外侧方向向下倾斜地形成,
所述固定片(25)及侧面板(20)由具有弯曲及复原性的一个不锈钢钢板一体形成,
所述固定片(25)在固定于灯的伞状主体时,向内侧方向提供复原力。
