Abstract

一种卡缘连接器,所述卡缘连接器包括沿纵向延伸的绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有两相对的固持所述导电端子的纵长侧壁、连接于两所述侧壁末端的端壁及位于所述侧壁与端壁底部的底壁,所述两侧壁与两端壁围设形成中央插槽,所述两端壁间设置有连接两所述侧壁的透光的防呆隔栏,所述底壁在对应于所述防呆隔栏的位置设置有与所述中央插槽连通的收容一发光元件的收容槽。所述卡缘连接器的防呆隔栏具有发光功能,便于使用者识别。

Description

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种供一电子卡插置的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
现有卡缘连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有纵长的两侧壁及位于两侧壁端部的端壁,所述两端壁间设置有连接两侧壁的防呆隔栏,然,所述防呆格栏通常为与所述绝缘本体为一个整体,不具有提供使用者识别卡缘连接器长短区的识别功能,从而会导致使用者误插电子卡而损坏所述卡缘连接器。
因此,有必要提供一种具有改良结构的卡缘连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有透光的防呆隔栏,可实现防呆隔栏位发光以便于识别的卡缘连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型卡缘连接器采用如下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,所述卡缘连接器包括沿纵向延伸的绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有两相对的固持所述导电端子的纵长侧壁、连接于两所述侧壁末端的端壁及位于所述侧壁与端壁底部的底壁,所述两侧壁与两端壁围设形成中央插槽,所述两端壁间设置有连接两所述侧壁的透光的防呆隔栏,所述底壁在对应于所述防呆隔栏的位置设置有与所述中央插槽连通的收容一发光元件的收容槽。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述防呆隔栏与所述绝缘本体的两侧壁间为射出成型的结合方式。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述防呆隔栏与所述绝缘本体的颜色不同。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述防呆隔栏包括沿垂直于所述纵向的横向连接两侧壁的主体部及设置于所述主体部的横向至少一侧的锁持于所述侧壁的弹性锁扣臂。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述弹性锁扣臂自所述主体部沿所述纵向突伸设置,所述绝缘本体的侧壁的上端面开设有收容并固持所述弹性锁扣臂的固定槽。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述弹性锁扣臂具有自所述主体部的上方向下延伸且与所述主体部之间具有一供所述弹性锁扣臂弹性变形的间隙。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述弹性锁扣臂的末端设有凸扣,所述固定槽具有供所述弹性锁扣臂抵靠的抵靠壁,所述抵靠壁凸设有供所述凸扣锁扣的凸块。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述固定槽自所述侧壁的上端面向下贯通下端面并于所述下端面形成有供一拆卸装置置入以解除所述凸扣与所述凸块锁扣关系的操作槽。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述操作槽与所述收容槽彼此隔开设置。
为进一步实现上述目的,本实用新型中所述侧壁形成有收容所述主体部的与所述中央插槽连通的容置槽,所述容置槽与所述收容槽相互垂直并彼此连通。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型卡缘连接器具有如下有益效果:通过设置贯穿绝缘本体的L型通孔,可提升固定件焊接部的焊接稳固性,以实现稳固焊接。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图2所示,本实用新型卡缘连接器100焊接于印刷电路板(未图示)上,并用以插接一电子卡(未图示)。所述卡缘连接器100包括沿纵向延伸的绝缘本体1、收容于所述绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、设置于绝缘本体1两侧的锁卡机构3及安装于所述绝缘本体1底部的锁板件4。
结合图3至图6所示,所述绝缘本体1具有两相对的纵长侧壁11、连接于两所述侧壁11末端的端壁12及位于所述侧壁11与端壁12底部的底壁13。所述两侧壁11与两端壁12共同围设形成有供所述电子卡(未图示)插置的中央插槽14,所述两端壁12间设置有连接所述两侧壁11的限定出长、短插置区域的防呆隔栏15。所述端壁12处设置有塔形部121,所述锁卡机构3安装于所述塔形部121内。所述锁板件4安装于所述底壁13的纵长两端用以稳固所述卡缘连接器100至所述印刷电路板(未图示)上。所述导电端子2包括固持于所述侧壁11的固持部21、自所述固持部21向下延伸出底壁13的焊接部22及自所述固持部21向上延伸并突伸入所述中央插槽14与电子卡(未图示)电性接触的接触部23。
所述防呆隔栏15由透光材料制成而具有较佳的透光性,所述绝缘本体1的底壁13在对应所述防呆隔栏15的位置设置有与所述中央插槽14连通的收容一发光元件(未图示)的收容槽131,所述发光元件(未图示)优选地为LED,当然也可以是其他一些光源。所述发光元件(未图示)的光能够经由所述透光的防呆隔栏15透出,便于使用者识别以防误插所述电子卡(未图示)而损坏所述卡缘连接器100。此外,所述防呆隔栏15也可以同时具有与所述所述绝缘本体不同的颜色,这样,亦具有识别功效,但是识别效果没有透光的防呆隔栏15好。所述防呆隔栏15与所述绝缘本体1的两侧壁11可为射出成型的结合方式也可为组装配合的结合方式。若为射出成型的结合方式,两者之间结合稳定性高但在防呆隔栏15损坏的情况下不便于更换,而两者之间若为组装的结合方式,所述防呆隔栏15损坏后能够方便更换。以下将详细说明一种组装并结合稳定及拆卸方便的防呆隔栏15。
所述防呆隔栏15包括沿垂直于所述纵向的横向连接所述两侧壁11的主体部151及设置于所述主体部151的横向至少一侧的锁持于所述侧壁11的弹性锁扣臂152。所述弹性锁扣臂152可锁扣于所述侧壁11的外侧面,但是外露的弹性锁扣臂152容易遭到破坏。优选地,本实用新型中,所述弹性锁扣臂152自所述主体部151的横向一侧沿所述纵向突伸设置,具体地,所述弹性锁扣臂152具有自所述主体部151的上方向下延伸且与所述主体部151之间具有一供所述弹性锁扣臂152弹性变形的间隙153。所述绝缘本体1的侧壁11的上端面111开设有收容并固持所述弹性锁扣臂152的固定槽112,所述固定槽112具有供所述弹性锁扣臂152抵靠的抵靠壁1121,所述弹性锁扣臂152的末端设有凸扣1521,所述抵靠壁1121凸设有供所述凸扣1521锁扣的凸块11211。所述凸扣1521与所述凸块11211具有相互导引的引导斜面,以使所述防呆隔栏15方便装入。所述固定槽112进一步自所述侧壁11的上端面111贯通其下端面,并于其下端面形成有供一外部拆卸装置(未图示)置入以解除所述凸扣1521与所述凸块11211锁扣关系的操作槽113。所述操作槽113与所述收容槽131彼此隔开设置以尽量不破坏所述绝缘本体1的整体结构强度。此外,所述侧壁11进一步自所述上端面111凹设形成有收容所述主体部151的与所述中央插槽14连通的容置槽114,所述容置槽114与所述固定槽112相互垂直并彼此连通以便于所述防呆隔栏15自上往下装入所述绝缘本体1。
由此可见,本实用新型卡缘连接器通过设置透光的防呆隔栏15并配合一发光元件发射的光照射至所述防呆隔栏15,使得所述防呆隔栏15易于识别,防止使用者误插电子卡(未图示)而损坏卡缘连接器100。
综上所述,以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围,即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及实用新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡缘连接器,所述卡缘连接器包括沿纵向延伸的绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有两相对的固持所述导电端子的纵长侧壁、连接于两所述侧壁末端的端壁及位于所述侧壁与端壁底部的底壁,所述两侧壁与两端壁围设形成中央插槽,其特征在于:所述两端壁间设置有连接两所述侧壁的透光的防呆隔栏,所述底壁在对应于所述防呆隔栏的位置设置有与所述中央插槽连通的收容一发光元件的收容槽。
2.如所述权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述防呆隔栏与所述绝缘本体的两侧壁间为射出成型的结合方式。
3.如所述权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述防呆隔栏与所述绝缘本体的颜色不同。
4.如所述权利要求1或3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述防呆隔栏包括沿垂直于所述纵向的横向连接两侧壁的主体部及设置于所述主体部的横向至少一侧的锁持于所述侧壁的弹性锁扣臂。
5.如所述权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣臂自所述主体部沿所述纵向突伸设置,所述绝缘本体的侧壁的上端面开设有收容并固持所述弹性锁扣臂的固定槽。
6.如所述权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣臂具有自所述主体部的上方向下延伸且与所述主体部之间具有一供所述弹性锁扣臂弹性变形的间隙。
7.如所述权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣臂的末端设有凸扣,所述固定槽具有供所述弹性锁扣臂抵靠的抵靠壁,所述抵靠壁凸设有供所述凸扣锁扣的凸块。
8.如所述权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述固定槽自所述侧壁的上端面向下贯通下端面并于所述下端面形成有供一拆卸装置置入以解除所述凸扣与所述凸块锁扣关系的操作槽。
9.如所述权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述操作槽与所述收容槽彼此隔开设置。
10.如所述权利要求9所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁形成有收容所述主体部的与所述中央插槽连通的容置槽,所述容置槽与所述固定槽相互垂直并彼此连通。
