针对背景技术提出的不足,本实用新型研究设计了一种家禽吊挂装置,其目的在于:提供一种有效的吊挂鸡脚、防止鸡脚断裂、提高企业经济效益的家禽吊挂装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：
一种家禽吊挂装置，包括“矩形”吊挂本体、“Ω形”连接钩、“矩形”固定架、“门形”框、设置在“矩形”吊挂本体底部的固定鸡脚装置，其特征在于：所述固定鸡脚装置包括第一“Ｕ形”挂槽、
第二“Ｕ形”挂槽，所述第二“Ｕ形”挂槽的设置在第一“Ｕ形”挂槽的底部，第二“Ｕ形”挂槽的两端分别与“矩形”吊挂本体、“门形”框相连接。
所述“矩形”固定架的高度为“矩形”吊挂本体高度的三分之一。
所述“门形”框的顶部呈90°夹角。
所述固定鸡脚装置为两组，对称设置在“矩形”吊挂本体底部两侧。

如图1所示，一种家禽吊挂装置，包括“矩形”吊挂本体1、“Ω形”连接钩2、“矩形”固定架3、“门形”框4、设置在“矩形”吊挂本体底部的固定鸡脚装置，固定鸡脚装置包括第一“Ｕ形”挂槽5-1、第二“Ｕ形”挂槽5-2，第二“Ｕ形”挂槽5-2的设置在第一“Ｕ形”挂槽5-1的底部，第二“Ｕ形”挂槽5-2的两端分别与“矩形”吊挂本体1、“门形”框4相连接，“门形”框4的顶部呈90°夹角，固定鸡脚装置为两组，对称设置在“矩形”吊挂本体1底部两侧。
具体使用过程：在家禽加工过程中，通过“Ω形”连接钩2将本实用新型吊在一定的位置，将从鸡场运送到屠宰场的毛鸡进行放血，再将放血后的鸡的两只鸡脚分别吊挂在本实用新型的第一“Ｕ形”挂槽5-1、第二“Ｕ形”挂槽5-2内，然后对吊挂的鸡进行去毛、解剖等一系列加工工序，本实用新型有效的避免了鸡脚的断裂，保证鸡脚的质量，提高鸡脚的成品率，提高了企业的经济效益。

1.一种家禽吊挂装置，包括“矩形”吊挂本体、“Ω形”连接钩、“矩形”固定架、“门形”框、设置在“矩形”吊挂本体底部的固定鸡脚装置，其特征在于：所述固定鸡脚装置包括第一“Ｕ形”挂槽、第二“Ｕ形”挂槽，所述第二“Ｕ形”挂槽的设置在第一“Ｕ形”挂槽的底部，第二“Ｕ形”挂槽的两端分别与“矩形”吊挂本体、“门形”框相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：所述“矩形”固定架的高度为“矩形”吊挂本体高度的三分之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于所述“门形”框的顶部呈90°夹角。
