背景技术
每年雨季到来时，很多地方会受到洪水侵袭的威胁，特别是地势低洼的地方。而木质结构的门受损最为严重。因此，很多人选择安装防洪板或防洪门。传统的洪水防御装置需要另外的防洪板，一般安装在门框上。但是，这样的结构影响美观，越来越不受消费者的欢迎。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服上述防洪门的缺点，以提供一种美观，不影响人们进出，且防御洪水能力强的楼房建筑防洪门。
本实用新型包括以下几部分：门框，上门和位于上门下方的下门，上门和下门分别通过铰链与门框连接，上门向房子内侧打开，下门向房子外侧打开，下门左右两侧边缘分别设有竖直的密封部，下门的下侧边缘设有横向的密封部，在密封部与门框之间设置有密封条，关闭下门时，密封条被压紧于密封部与门框之间，以密封密封部与门框之间的间隙，阻挡外界的水渗进室内。
本实用新型密封部位于下门的左右两侧边缘以及下侧边缘上，分别沿着下门的边缘上下延伸，沿着下门下侧边缘横向延伸。
本实用新型的下门上表面的凹槽处设有一个排水洞，它引导下门上表面的水排到门外地势较低的地方。
本实用新型的下门设有门锁装置，门锁装置可以把下门和门框锁在一起。
上门与门框铰链，向房子内部打开。下门的上端向上延伸有一个上凸缘，上凸缘用于阻挡上门的外表面。上门的下端向下延伸有一个下凸缘，下凸缘用于阻挡下门的内表面。
根据以上所述，本实用新型提供的防洪门，不需要另外在门上安装防洪板，就能阻挡雨水侵袭，结构简单，美观大方；门上设置的密封部和密封条，能有效的阻挡雨水的渗透，防御洪水能力好。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式和附图说明对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：
如图1所示，防洪门安装在门框7上，由上门1和下门3组成。下门3能向房子外侧打开，而上门1能向房子内侧打开，如图2箭头所示。根据消费者的需求，上门1也可以设置为向房子外侧打开。
如图1和图5所示，下门3左右两侧边缘上设有竖直的密封部5，下门3的下侧边缘设有横向的密封部5，密封部5使下门3与门框7紧密相连。在密封部5与门框7之间，设有密封条9。下门3和门框7之间，安装普通的门锁11，关闭下门3时，下门3与门框7紧密相连，进而压缩密封条9，最终形成了密不透水的结构。万一发生洪水，洪水会使下门3向门框7的方向施加压力，进一步压缩密封条9，使得下门3与门框7之间完全密封。关闭下门3，打开上门1时，下门3发挥着栅栏的功能，使房屋与外界形成屏障。
上门1作为前门，通常设置为向房子内侧打开，也可以按照消费者的需求，设置向房子外侧打开。按照图1所示，上门1是向房子内侧方向打开的。如图2所示，上门有一个传统的门锁13，上门1的下端向下延伸有一个下凸缘15，下凸缘15用于阻挡下门3内侧表面，使上门1与下门3紧密相连。而相应地，下门3的上端向上延伸有一个上凸缘17，上凸缘17用于阻挡上门1的外侧表面，使下门1与上门3紧密相连。下凸缘15和上凸缘17，使上门1和下门3形成整体。如图5所示，下门3的上表面凹槽21处，设有一个排水洞19，排水洞位于下门3内外两侧表面之间，排水洞19能把水引导至室外地势较低的地方。
排水洞19连接排水管，排水管从上到下贯穿下门3，在离下门3下边缘一段距离处，有一个出水口23。总的来说，任何有可能进入上门1外侧和上凸缘17的雨水，都可以通过排水洞19，被引流到下门3外面地势较低的地方。通过这样的方法，任何的雨水都可以排泄，万一发生洪水，而洪水25的水势在排水洞19的水势以下，就不会损毁下门3和对房子内财产造成损失。

1.一种楼房建筑防洪门，包括门框，其特征在于：门框内设置有上门和位于上门下方的下门，上门和下门分别通过铰链与门框连接，上门向房子内侧打开，下门向房子外侧打开，下门左右两侧边缘分别设有竖直的密封部，下门的下侧边缘设有横向的密封部，在密封部与门框之间设置有密封条，关闭下门时，密封条被压紧于密封部与门框之间，以密封密封部与门框之间的间隙。
