Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,其包括端子座10及若干导电端子20,所述导电端子包括第一端子组21,第一端子组包括信号端子21a及接地端子21b,端子座包括绝缘塑胶部11及一体成型于绝缘塑胶部中的导电塑胶部12,绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部之间为无缝状态,导电塑胶部12搭接接地端子21b而绝缘于信号端子21a。本实用新型的端子座的绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部之间为无缝状态,避免松动,使得端子座具有良好的稳定性。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
实用新型专利第201120575876.0号公开了一种高速连接器结构,包括有一绝缘座体、复数端子及至少二导电塑料块。绝缘座体于其舌板上设有至少一凹槽;复数端子包括有设于舌板的第一、二信号端子组及电源端子组,其分别包括有正极与负极的端子,且每一端子分别具有接触区,其中第一信号端子组其端子的接触区分别设置于凹槽,并与凹槽底面形成有一间隔;导电塑料块分别与第一、二信号端子组其负极端子的接触区连接。藉此,利用第一信号端子组其接触区与凹槽底面形成有间隔,使接触区可增加与空气接触面积以改善其电气性能,达到提升传输速率的目的;同时再透过导电塑料块的屏蔽特性,可以减少相邻信号的间的互相干扰,从而使连接器能传输更快的速率。然后,在实际使用过程中,导电塑胶块与绝缘座体可能存在松动的现象。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术方案是提供一种电连接器,其端子座具有良好的稳定性。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电连接器,其包括端子座及若干导电端子,所述导电端子包括第一端子组,第一端子组包括信号端子及接地端子,端子座包括绝缘塑胶部及一体成型于绝缘塑胶部中的导电塑胶部,绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部之间为无缝状态,导电塑胶部搭接接地端子而绝缘于信号端子。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的端子座的绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部之间为无缝状态,避免松动,使得端子座具有良好的稳定性。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型为一种可以实现高频传输信号的电连接器,该电连接器可以为板端连接器或者线缆端连接器。如图1至图3所示的具体实施例电连接器100,其安装在电路板101的缺口1011内,即沉板型结构。该电连接器100包括端子座10及若干导电端子20,所述导电端子包括第一端子组21,第一端子组包括信号端子21a及接地端子21b,端子座10包括绝缘塑胶部11及一体成型于绝缘塑胶部中的导电塑胶部12,绝缘塑胶部11与导电塑胶部12之间为无缝状态,导电塑胶部搭接接地端子21b而绝缘于信号端子21a,上述绝缘塑胶部11与导电塑胶部12是通过二次注塑成型制造而成的,图面显示两者之间具有实线SL,以显示出导电塑胶部12与绝缘塑胶部11的位置关系,在实物中,并无该实线SL,在导电塑胶部12与绝缘塑胶部11采用不同颜色的材料时,该实线则为两种材料的分界线,当然,两部分的材料不同,能够承受的力量也不同,若利用工具施加较大外力时,则有可能从实线SL处将两部分分离。端子座10的绝缘塑胶部11与导电塑胶部12之间为无缝状态,避免两者之间的松动,使得端子座10具有良好的稳定性。
结合图5(图中将各部件分解,主要用以清楚显示对应结构,在实物中,塑胶导电部12、12b不会跟基部111分离),在本实施例中,上述绝缘塑胶部11包括基部111及自基部向前延伸的舌板112, 上述绝缘塑胶部还包括自基部向前延伸的导引臂15,导引臂位于舌板的两端且与舌板间隔一定距离。所述舌板112设有若干端子槽13,端子槽13向后贯穿基部的后端面1121。在绝缘塑胶部11及导电塑胶部12成型后,形成上述端子槽13,然后将第一端子组21自后端面参入端子槽13。第一端子组21的每个端子包括位于舌板112的接触部211、固定在基部的固定部212及延伸出基部111后端面1121的接脚213,接触部与固定板为平板状的。参图4,基部111在对应信号端子21a的固定部212处设有与端子槽连通的孔槽14,而基部111在对应接地端子21b的固定部处则由上述导电塑胶部凸出(即凸出部121)而无孔槽,该等导电塑胶部的凸出部121抵压在接地端子21b的固定部212上,从而实现导电塑胶部与接地端子的搭接。在具体实施例中,上述导电塑胶部12是位于基部111上并搭接三个接地端子21b的固定部212,上述端子槽为台阶状,导电端子的一面与舌板平齐,另一面则与塑胶绝缘部间隔一定缝隙。导电塑胶部也可以设置在其他位置,比如舌板112处。
参图4,上述绝缘塑胶部11的基部111具有与舌板112平行的侧表面113,上述导电塑胶部12与基部的侧表面113平齐,导电塑胶部与基部的后端面1121平齐。在成型过程中,导电塑胶部与绝缘塑胶部一体成型,导电塑胶部的侧表面或后端面会形成进胶口,该进胶口是注塑枪在成型后脱离而形成的,最后在顶出模具形成端子座时,导电塑胶部与绝缘塑胶部是一起被顶出的。
参图2及图3,上述舌板112具有相对的第一表面1124与第二表面1125,第一表面设有凸肋1126而将第一表面分成两部分,上述第一端子组排布在第一表面的凸肋的一侧。上述若干导电端子还包括排列于第一表面的凸肋的另一侧的第二端子组22及排列与第二表面的第三端子组23,第三端子包括信号端子23a及接地端子23b。绝缘塑胶部11的基部111在对应第三端子组23处一体形成另一个导电塑胶部12b,该另一个导电塑胶部12b与基部为无缝状态,该另一导电塑胶部与与基部的侧表面、后端面分别平齐。该部分结构与上述第一端子组的状况类似,不再详细叙述。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其包括端子座及若干导电端子,所述导电端子包括第一端子组,第一端子组包括信号端子及接地端子,其特征在于:端子座包括绝缘塑胶部及一体成型于绝缘塑胶部中的导电塑胶部,绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部之间为无缝状态,导电塑胶部搭接接地端子而绝缘于信号端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述绝缘塑胶部与导电塑胶部是通过二次注塑成型制造而成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘塑胶部包括基部及自基部向前延伸的舌板,第一端子组的每个端子包括位于舌板的接触部、固定在基部的固定部及延伸出基部后端面的接脚,上述导电塑胶部是位于基部上并搭接接地端子的固定部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述绝缘塑胶部的基部具有与舌板平行的侧表面,上述导电塑胶部与基部的侧表面平齐,导电塑胶部与基部的后端面平齐。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述舌板设有若干端子槽,端子槽向后贯穿基部的后端面,基部在对应信号端子的固定部处设有与端子槽连通的孔槽,而基部在对应接地端子的固定部处则由上述导电塑胶部凸出而无孔槽,该导电塑胶部抵压在接地端子的固定部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述导电塑胶部的侧表面或后端面形成有进胶口。
7.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述舌板具有相对的第一表面与第二表面,第一表面设有凸肋而将第一表面分成两部分,上述第一端子组排布在第一表面的凸肋的一侧;上述若干导电端子包括排列于第一表面的凸肋的另一侧的第二端子组及排列与第二表面的第三端子组,第三端子包括信号端子及接地端子;绝缘塑胶部的基部在对应第三端子组处一体形成另一个导电塑胶部,该另一个导电塑胶部与基部为无缝状态。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述另一导电塑胶部与与基部的侧表面、后端面分别平齐。
9.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述绝缘塑胶部包括自基部向前延伸的导引臂,导引臂位于舌板的两端且与舌板间隔一定距离。
10.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述端子槽为台阶状,上述导电端子的一面与舌板平齐,另一面则与塑胶绝缘部间隔一定缝隙。
