Abstract

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种具有接地功能的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第CN207572652U号揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体内的第一、第二排端子以及接地件,所述第一、第二排端子均包括信号端子及接地端子,接地件由金属板冲压弯折而制成,其包括具有两个相对边缘的主体部及自主体部的两边缘分别倾斜延伸的第一组弹臂与第二组弹臂,第一组弹臂与第一排端子中的接地端子弹性抵接,第二组弹臂与第二排端子中的接地端子弹性抵接,所述绝缘本体包括两个侧壁、底壁以及由两侧壁与底壁围成的对接腔,底壁具有背离对接腔的安装面,接地件的主体部抵接在底壁的安装面,所述第一、第二组弹臂穿过底壁而接触接地端子。所述接地件自下向上安装于绝缘本体的底部,并将第一、第二排端子中的接地端子连接起来,组装方便,实现了更好的屏蔽效果。接地件由金属板制成,在高速数据传输中,减少信号干扰的效果并不理想,同时,金属板的接地件,其强度不够大,与塑料体之间的固定力不够。
因此,希望设计一种改良的电连接器,从而克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种卡缘连接器,具有更好的高频性能,更好的固定力。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的两排端子及一对屏蔽体,所述绝缘本体包括一个沿纵长方向延伸的卡槽及位于卡槽横向两侧的两个侧壁,以及连接两个所述侧壁的底壁,两排所述端子则排列在所述侧壁,每排端子包括若干信号端子及若干接地端子;所述绝缘本体设有向下贯穿所述底壁底面的一对纵长槽,并在两个纵长槽之间形成纵长的纵长梁,两个所述纵长槽由纵长梁间隔开,一对所述屏蔽体自底面插入对应的纵长槽并固定在其内,每一所述屏蔽体设置有与对应排端子中的接地端子相接触的若干抵接部,而所述屏蔽体与信号端子则无电性连接关系。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一对独立屏蔽体分别与对应排的接地端子接触,在满足高频性能定位同时,方便屏蔽体的组装,加强屏蔽体与绝缘本体之间的固定力。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
本发明公开了一种卡缘连接器100,其适用于供PCI-e卡插入,并传输信号。参图1至图8所示,本卡缘连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体10、固定于绝缘本体的两排端子20及一对屏蔽体30。一对所述屏蔽体30分别插入纵长槽14,在本实施例中,每一屏蔽体30被切分成两个独立的子屏蔽体30a、30b,固定在同一侧的纵长槽14内。在其他实施例中,每一屏蔽体可以为一体式,因本实施例的卡缘连接器比较长,被切分的屏蔽体30可以避免因太长而断裂的风险,同时,若屏蔽体局部出现问题,则可选择对应的子屏蔽体替换。屏蔽体位于两排端子之间,有效避免两排端子之间产生信号干扰。本实施例中,屏蔽体30由塑胶导电体形成,如此可根据安装的结构,注塑出预定的形状,可以更稳固地安装在纵长槽14中,增强整个连接器100的稳定性。
参图3-8所示,所述绝缘本体10包括一个沿纵长方向延伸的卡槽11及位于卡槽横向两侧的两个侧壁12,以及连接两个所述侧壁的底壁13,两排端子20分别则排列在所述两个侧壁12。绝缘本体进一步设有向下贯穿底壁13底面130的一对纵长槽14,并在两个纵长槽14之间形成纵长的纵长梁15,两个纵长槽由纵长梁15彼此隔开。图2,每排端子20包括若干信号端子20s及若干接地端子20g。一对屏蔽体30自底面130插入对应的纵长槽14并固定在其内,每一屏蔽体30设置有与对应排端子中的接地端子20g相接触的若干抵接部31,而屏蔽体30与信号端子20s则无电性连接关系。屏蔽体与接地端子彼此接触,即使已经产生影响信号干扰的噪音时,屏蔽体能够立即将噪音宣泄出去,从而保证该高频性能。同时,一对独立的屏蔽体30,在满足高频性能的同时,不但方便屏蔽体的组装,更加强屏蔽体30与绝缘本体10之间的固定力。
两排端子20的结构大致相同,信号端子20s与接地端子20g的结构大致相同。端子20包括固定在侧壁的固定部22、延伸入卡槽11的弹性部21及延伸出底壁的接脚23,每一接地端子包括如上的弹性部、固定部与接脚。信号端子与接地端子的固定部的底端221与底壁的底面130大致平齐,端子固定部的直线距离(即固定部与弹性部交界处222到固定部底端221的距离)越长越好,在最佳实施例中,为3.50毫米,有助于改善高频信号性能。两排端子20自底面向上插入侧壁12的端子槽123内。然后再将屏蔽体30插入对应的纵长槽14而固定。
下面介绍屏蔽体30的具体结构。参图8所示,纵长梁15在其面对纵长槽的侧面分别设置有扣持台面151,每一屏蔽体设有扣持凸部32,扣持凸部32扣持在对应的扣持台面151上,从而将屏蔽体30固定在纵长槽14内,扣持台面151面朝上,所述扣持凸块朝下的面恰好扣持在扣持台面151,扣持凸块32的上表面则为倾斜面,具有导引屏蔽体30插入纵长槽14的作用。为加强固定,也可用导电胶将屏蔽体30粘着在纵长梁15,或者无扣持凸块而直接采用导电胶直接粘着。屏蔽体30的外侧面301向外凸出的凸肋33,凸肋33沿上下方向延伸。所述凸肋33抵接在接地端子20g的固定部22而形成所述的抵接部31。屏蔽体的顶面302为台阶状,为外高内低结构,内外是指相对卡槽11而言,远离卡槽11的位置为外侧。更进一步,屏蔽体30包括由缝隙341彼此隔开的若干隔指34,隔指34与对应排的信号端子与接地端子一一对应,凸肋33自与接地端子对应的隔指342凸伸出,扣持凸部32则自与信号端子对应的其中一些隔指343的内侧面凸伸出,且扣持凸部32邻近隔指的上缘处。具有扣持凸部的隔指343设有自上向下延伸的间隔缝3431,以将所述隔指343沿横向分成两部分,以增加扣持凸部32的弹性,图8清楚显示;而其他间隔指则无间隔缝。
参图4所示,纵长梁15沿纵长方向延伸,两端分别连接绝缘本体的横壁。每一侧壁的屏蔽体30被切分呈两个独立的子塑胶导电块30a、30b,固定在同一侧的纵长槽14内,每一所述子屏蔽体30a、30b包括三个扣持凸部32。绝缘本体10还设置有一附加卡槽18,其与卡缘11由一横向的键扣间隔开,该附加卡槽18内设置的为电源端子与接地端子,故未设置屏蔽体。
所述侧壁12在对应端子的固定部处设置有开缝122,所述开缝122向外贯穿侧壁12的外壁面,向下贯穿底面130,向内连通纵长槽14,使端子20与空气充分接触,调整阻抗,以满足连接器的高频性能。
参图7所示,所述凸肋33的顶面331邻近所述固定部与弹性部交界222,所述屏蔽体的顶面302的低顶面3021与中央梁15的顶面平齐,屏蔽体的高顶面3032则与凸肋的顶面331平齐,使得屏蔽体30向上直接连通卡槽11,侧向连通端子槽123,屏蔽体30尽量避免两排端子20之间产生噪音,以改善高频传输性能。凸肋33的底面与屏蔽体30的底面平齐。
本实施例中,屏蔽体30为一种塑胶导电体,塑胶导电体为具有导电性的高分子聚合物,或者称为导电聚合物,比如聚乙炔。在更进一步的改进中,所述屏蔽体,由塑料材质构成本体,在本体的表面覆盖有导电材料,从而形成表面的导电膜,导电膜亦可通过同时抵接多个接地端子,以实现连接接地端子,改善高频新能,相对导电聚合物,更能降低费用,目前市场情形下,价格相差数倍。该覆盖方法可以为涂覆,电镀等。总之,本发明的屏蔽体由非金属材料制成,相对金属板状结构,能够与绝缘本体之间产生更好的固定强度。

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的两排端子及一对由非金属材料制成的屏蔽体,所述绝缘本体包括一个沿纵长方向延伸的卡槽及位于卡槽横向两侧的两个侧壁,以及连接两个所述侧壁的底壁,两排所述端子则排列在所述侧壁,每排端子包括若干信号端子及若干接地端子;其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有向下贯穿所述底壁底面的一对纵长槽,并在两个纵长槽之间形成纵长的纵长梁,两个所述纵长槽由纵长梁间隔开,一对所述屏蔽体自底面插入对应的纵长槽并固定在其内,每一所述屏蔽体设置有与对应排端子中的接地端子相接触的若干抵接部,而所述屏蔽体与信号端子则无电性连接关系。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述纵长梁在其面对纵长槽的侧面分别设置有扣持台面,每一屏蔽体设有扣持凸部,所述扣持凸部扣持在对应的扣持台面,从而将屏蔽体固定在纵长槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述接地端子包括固定在侧壁的固定部、延伸入卡槽的弹性部及延伸出底壁的接脚;所述屏蔽体的外侧面向外凸出的凸肋,所述凸肋沿上下方向延伸,所述凸肋抵接在所述接地端子的固定部而形成所述的抵接部。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽体包括由缝隙彼此隔开的若干隔指,所述隔指与对应排的信号端子、接地端子一一对应,所述凸肋自与接地端子对应的隔指凸伸出,所述扣持凸部则自与信号端子对应的其中一些隔指的外侧面凸伸出,且扣持凸部邻近隔指的上缘处。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述具有扣持凸部的隔指设有自上向下延伸的间隔缝,以将所述隔指沿横向分成两部分,以增加扣持凸部的弹性;而其他隔指则无间隔缝。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽体的顶面为台阶状,为外高内低结构。
7.如权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:位于每一侧壁的屏蔽体被切分成两个独立的子屏蔽体,并固定在同一侧的纵长槽内;每一所述子屏蔽体包括三个扣持凸部。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁在对应接地端子的固定部处设置有开缝,所述开缝向外贯穿侧壁的外壁面,向下贯穿底面,向内连通纵长槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽体为塑胶导电体,或者所述屏蔽体由塑料材质构成本体,并在本体外表面覆盖有导电材料而形成。
10.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述两排端子首先分别自底面插入绝缘本体,所述屏蔽体再插入并固定到纵长槽内。
