本实用新型公开了一种长寿日光灯,属于对原日光灯的改进,可延长日光灯的使用寿命一倍,其主要解决方案是:在灯管(9)两端内部原灯丝(1)接线端加设一灯丝(2),灯丝(2)另一端由引线与固于端部的触脚(5)相接,其上预卡着卡簧片(6),并在灯丝外围设有与灯管(9)为一体的防黑罩(10),本实用新型由于增加备用灯丝,采用原生产工艺,其成本增加15%,却收到事半功倍的效果,使灯管寿命延长一倍。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种长寿日光灯。
室内照明多采用日光灯,发光效率高,耗电少,深受用户欢迎;但此灯成本较高,灯丝被烧断,就成了废品,需换新灯管,造成浪费和污染环境;为提高日光灯的使用寿命,提出本设计。
本实用新型的目的:延长传统日光灯的使用寿命,克服灯管久用发黑的缺点;实现其任务的技术方案是:在灯管两端内部增加一备用灯丝,灯丝一端与原灯丝为公用端,另一端通过备用触脚由卡簧与原触脚相连,原灯丝烧断后,由卡簧使备用灯丝组成新的电路,可延长灯的使用寿命一倍;同时在灯丝外围置防黑罩,它可与灯管为一体,防止管端久用发黑。
下面结合附图将对本实用新型作更详细的说明:

由图1所示,在灯管[9]两端内部原灯丝[1]接线端加设一备用灯丝[2],它与原灯丝设计相同,其灯丝[2]的另一端以镶于灯尾端部[8]上的新设触脚[5]为电极,其上予卡着卡簧片[6],它如同自行车链条上首尾卡簧片,与触脚[5]均采用良导体制成;触脚[5]的高度应不妨碍灯管[9]上两端[8]触脚[3,4]电极插入灯座;在灯丝[1,2]外围有与灯管为一体的防黑罩[10],其基部上设均布多个对流孔(未画出),以不影响管内气体的对流。[7]是灯管端部两绝缘层,各电极镶于此绝缘层上。
当原灯丝[1]烧断后,推动卡簧[6]使触脚[5,4]连接,把加设灯丝[2]接于电路上,灯管可继续使用。
实施效果:本实用新型由于增加备用灯丝,采用原生产工艺,且与原灯管插座匹配,其成本仅增加15%,却收到事半功倍的效果,使灯管寿命延长一倍。

1、本实用新型涉及一种长寿日光灯,它是对常用日光灯的改进,其特征是:在灯管[9]两端灯丝[1]接线端上加设一灯丝[2],它以镶于灯尾端部[8]上的新设触脚[5]为电极,其上予卡着卡簧片[6],并在灯丝外围置与灯管[9]为一体的防黑罩[10]。

3、如权利要求1所述的长寿日光灯,其特征是:卡簧[6]的形体如似自行链条上首尾卡簧片,为良导体,可卡于触脚[5,4]上;
4、如权利要求1所述的长寿日光灯,其特征是:防黑罩[10]上基部设均布多个对流孔。
