Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种灯具。长寿命日光灯是用普通金属丝代替日光灯管，除适用于家庭、学校、机关、宾馆外，尤其适用振动比较大的火车、汽车及生产车间的照明。用普通金属丝做日光灯的灯丝，能为国家节约大量的贵重金属，简化了生产工艺，降低了成本，使用寿命长，节约能源。

本实用新型属于一种灯具。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型长寿日光灯。在已有的技术里日光灯管是用钨丝做发光源，但钨丝点燃寿命也比较短，受到振动灯丝容易断，镇流器本身也要消耗掉一部分电能。
为了克服上述缺点，本发明取消了日光灯管内的灯丝，采用了一般金属丝代替了钨丝。这样可为国家节约大量的贵重金属，使日光灯管制造工艺简化，成本下降20－30％左右，可比目前使用的日光灯管提高使用寿命五倍以上，比同样瓦数灯管功率因数提高20－40％左右，节电15－30％，各项技术指标都很理想。
实施例：
长寿命日光灯管的构造如图1所示：1.灯管，2.荧光粉层，3.4.固定接头，5.6.绝缘片，7.8.金属丝。其工作原理如图2所示：将灯管1的两端金属丝7、8接入供电器的3、4端，供电器的1、2端接入220V电源，供电器产生的电子流进入灯管两端金属丝7、8端，电子流通过金属丝尖端放电的原理进入灯管内，打到荧光粉上而发出光亮来。

Claims (3)
1、一种由普通金属丝代替钨丝做日光灯丝的长寿日光灯管，其特征在于不再使用贵重金属钨丝作为日光灯的灯丝。
2、按照权利要求书1所述的长寿日光灯管的两端金属丝尖端放电的原理进入灯管内，打到荧光粉上而发出光亮。
3、按照权利要求书1.2.所述的长寿日光灯管是由专用的供电器配套使用。
