本实用新型公开了一种外墙保温防火铝复合板，自上而下依次包括防护层（1）、铝板（2）、保温防火层（3）、阻燃层（4）、铝板（2）和防护层（1），所述保温防火层（3）为酚醛板，所述阻燃层（4）为无卤阻燃板芯，所述铝板（2）、保温防火层（3）和阻燃层（4）通过热压机热压成型，所述铝板（2）外表面设有防护层（1），本实用新型具有保温作用的同时也具有防火的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及外墙板材，具体涉及一种外墙保温防火铝复合板。
背景技术
传统的外墙保温材料大多数采用的是苯板、挤塑板、聚氨酯等易燃烧的材料。但这些材料不具有防火性能，而且在燃烧过程中产生大量的有毒气体。在我国的北方，建筑外墙都采用了隔热保温材料，然而这些外墙保温材料都不具备有防火性能，带有极大的火灾隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种具有保温作用同时具有防火作用的轻质的外墙保温防火铝复合板。
本实用新型提供了一种外墙保温防火铝复合板，自上而下依次包括防护层、铝板、保温防火层、阻燃层、铝板和防护层，所述保温防火层为酚醛板，所述阻燃层为无卤阻燃板芯，所述铝板、保温防火层和阻燃层通过热压机热压成型，所述铝板外表面设有防护层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述防护层为防磨涂料层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述保温防火层外包裹有防火石棉布层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点。
（1）、所述保温防火层为酚醛板，酚醛板不仅具有保温的作用，更具有防火的作用。
（2）、所述铝板外表面设有防护层，所述防护层为防磨涂料层。防护层可减少铝板外表面与他物的磨损，延长外墙保温防火铝复合板的使用寿命。
（3）、所述保温防火层外包裹有防火石棉布层，可进一步阻止燃烧，可保护保温防火层。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种外墙保温防火铝复合板，自上而下依次包括防护层1、铝板2、保温防火层3、阻燃层4、铝板2和防护层1，保温防火层3为酚醛板，阻燃层4为无卤阻燃板芯，铝板2、保温防火层3和阻燃层4通过热压机热压成型，铝板2外表面设有防护层1。
为了减少铝板的磨损，防护层1为防磨涂料层。
为了进一步防火，保温防火层3外包裹有防火石棉布层5。

1.一种外墙保温防火铝复合板，其特征在于：自上而下依次包括防护层（1）、铝板（2）、保温防火层（3）、阻燃层（4）、铝板（2）和防护层（1），所述保温防火层（3）为酚醛板，所述阻燃层（4）为无卤阻燃板芯，所述铝板（2）、保温防火层（3）和阻燃层（4）通过热压机热压成型，所述铝板（2）外表面设有防护层（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外墙保温防火铝复合板，其特征在于：所述防护层（1）为防磨涂料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外墙保温防火铝复合板，其特征在于：所述保温防火层（3）外包裹有防火石棉布层（5）。
