本发明涉及一种静音防辐射的防火板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,家庭里面用的生活电器的种类和台数越来越多,由此带来的电磁干扰问题也越来越严重。为了人们的身体健康,采取防电磁干扰问题也越来越严重,为了人们的身体健康,采取防电磁干扰措施是十分必要的。防火板作为一种经济、环保、舒适的装修材料,在家居装修中采用的非常普遍,若防火板具有防辐射和静音功能,必将提高人们家居生活中的电磁环境质量,减少了电磁辐射和声音的骚扰。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理,不但防火、静音的功能,还可以防辐射,为人们生活创造真正的舒适。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种静音防辐射的防火板,包括上防火板层、隔音层、玻璃纤维层、防辐射层和下防火层,所述下防火层上表面设置有防辐射层,在防辐射层上表面设置有玻璃纤维层,在玻璃纤维层上表面设置有隔音层,在隔音层上表面设置有上防火层,所述上防火层、隔音层、玻璃纤维层、防辐射层和下防火层依次固定连接,所述上防火层为酚醛泡沫保温材料制成,所述上防火层和下防火层的厚度皆为5mm-7mm,所述隔音层为100%聚酯纤维为原料,具有吸音、阻燃和环保无害,所述隔音层厚度为2mm-4mm,所述玻璃纤维层的厚度为2mm-3mm,所述防辐射层为铅金属制成,所述防辐射层的厚度为2mm-5mm。
作为优选,所述上防火层和下防火层的厚度皆为6mm。
作为优选,所述隔音层的厚度为3mm。
作为优选,所述防辐射层的厚度为3mm。
作为优选,所述纤维玻璃层的厚度为3mm。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种静音防辐射的防火板使用方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
首先上静音防辐射的防火板的防火板层进行防火维护,然后隔音层进行声音的隔离,通过玻璃纤维层的加强隔音和防火效果,再防辐射层进行防止辐射,然后下防火层进行防火维护。
本发明的有益效果是:一种静音防辐射的防火板,防火层为酚醛泡沫保温材料制成,具有轻质、防火、遇明火不燃烧、无烟、无毒、无滴落等性质,隔音层为为100%聚酯纤维为原料,具有吸音、阻燃和环保无害,玻璃纤维层加剧了防火板的硬度和隔音效果,防辐射层为铅金属制成,铅金属具有很高的防辐射性能,该上防火板层、隔音层、玻璃纤维层、防辐射层和下防火层组合后总体厚度为16-26mm,提高了防火板整体强度,且加强了防火板的隔热、隔音和防辐射得而效果,结构简单轻便,易于实现。

参阅图1所示,.一种静音防辐射的防火板,包括上防火板层1、隔音层2、玻璃纤维层3、防辐射层4和下防火层5,所述下防火层5上表面设置有防辐射层4,在防辐射层4上表面设置有玻璃纤维层3,在玻璃纤维层上3表面设置有隔音层2,在隔音层2上表面设置有上防火层1,所述上防火层1、隔音层2、玻璃纤维层3、防辐射层4和下防火层5依次固定连接,所述上防火层1为酚醛泡沫保温材料制成,所述所述上防火层1和下防火层5的厚度皆为5mm-7mm,所述隔音层2为100%聚酯纤维为原料,具有吸音、阻燃和环保无害,所述隔音层厚度为2mm-4mm,所述玻璃纤维层3的厚度为2mm-3mm,所述防辐射层4为铅金属制成,所述防辐射层4的厚度为2mm-5mm。
所述上防火层1和下防火层5的厚度皆为6mm。
所述隔音层2的厚度为3mm。
所述防辐射层4的厚度为3mm。
所述纤维玻璃层3的厚度为3mm。
所述静音防辐射的防火板的使用方法过程如下:

1.一种静音防辐射的防火板,其特征在于:包括上防火板层、隔音层、玻璃纤维层、防辐射层和下防火层,所述下防火层上表面设置有防辐射层,在防辐射层上表面设置有玻璃纤维层,在玻璃纤维层上表面设置有隔音层,在隔音层上表面设置有上防火层,所述上防火层、隔音层、玻璃纤维层、防辐射层和下防火层依次固定连接,所述上防火层为酚醛泡沫保温材料制成,所述上防火层和下防火层的厚度皆为5mm-7mm,所述隔音层为100%聚酯纤维为原料,具有吸音、阻燃和环保无害,所述隔音层厚度为2mm-4mm,所述玻璃纤维层的厚度为2mm-3mm,所述防辐射层为铅金属制成,所述防辐射层的厚度为2mm-5mm。
