本实用新型涉及一种颈椎融合骨笼,属于医疗器械领域,适用于颈椎融合手术。
背景技术
颈椎前路融合手术的根本目的之一是稳定颈椎和植骨的骨性融合,单纯植骨融合率欠理想的原因目前认为是融合节段缺乏牢固的稳定性以及植骨块有脱出的倾向,近年来由于颈椎前路带锁钢板在临床上的应用,融合率有显著提高,钢板加自体骼骨具有稳定性好,固定牢固,骨融合块、骨融合率高的优点,但钢板价格昂贵,且操作要求高,自体植骨可能有取骨区疼痛、血肿、局部皮神经损伤等并发症。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种具有结构简单,操作方便,融合率高特点的颈椎融合骨笼。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
颈椎融合骨笼由骨笼体(1)和骨笼头部(2)组成,其特征在于:颈椎融合骨笼选用同种骨材料,骨笼采用实心设计,骨笼体(1)由螺纹和孔组成;骨笼头部(2)为方形且四个角处由圆弧连接,骨笼头部(2)有开槽。
骨笼体(1)外表面有螺纹,可增加与椎体的接触面,在有压力负荷时,使骨笼稳定固定,手术时,与相邻椎体的终板啮合,实现椎间融合。
骨笼体(1)外表面有多个孔,此孔为通孔。
骨笼头部(2)有开槽,手术时便于器械持取。
通过术前CT或X光等诊断病症,实施手术,首先确定手术位置,作切口,显露相应的椎体、椎间盘,攻丝,植入颈椎融合骨笼,定位固定,最终固定至手术要求,实现手术目的。
本技术方案适用于融合手术,颈椎融合骨笼选用生物相容性和机械特性好的同种骨材料,代替了目前使用金属融合器再植骨的方式,可在术中准确定位及术后观察其间的骨性融合情况,颈椎融合骨笼能够提高椎间融合率,减少外固定依赖性,改善和保持脊柱的曲度。
本实用新型具有设计先进,构造合理,操作便捷实用、损伤小,手术对患者身体影响小,易于恢复和维持脊椎生理形态,适宜于骨科临床推广应用。
