本发明涉及一种多层复合结构面料，属于复合面料技术领域。
背景技术
世界工业正朝着安全、减重、节能及减少环境污染等方向发展，而传统的多层结构复合面料一般采用火焰复合或油胶复合的加工方法，火焰复合主要依靠两种面料中间的海绵烧化后产生的粘性把两种面料粘合在一起。由于海绵是有机合成材料，含有囟素，火焰复合加工过程海绵燃烧时会产生大量有毒气体并生成有毒物质，危害人体健康，对环境造成严重污染。油胶复合是在油胶复合机器上把胶水通过胶水棍刮到布的背面，然后再压力下把需要复合的两种材料粘合在一起。油胶复合加工采用胶水，含有溶剂。而且火焰复合或油胶复合海绵基材手感差，复合牢度不好，加工工艺复杂，成本也比较高。

一种多层复合结构面料，其特征在于包括表层、第一粘着层、海绵层和第二粘着层，所述第一粘着层设于所述表层和所述海绵层之间，所述第一粘着层通过PU胶水或PUR热熔胶复合方式或直接使用TPU、PU、PE或TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接至所述海绵层的上部；所述表层与所述海绵层之间通过所述第一粘着层以TPU、PU、PE或者TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接；所述第二粘着层设于所述海绵层的底部，所述第二粘着层通过PU胶水或PUR热熔胶复合方式或直接使用TPU、PU、PE或TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接至所述海绵层的底部。
所述表层为天然皮革或合成皮革。
所述第一粘着层采用TPU、PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。
所述第二粘着层采用TPU、PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。

本实用新型所述的多层复合结构皮革面料包括表层、第一粘着层、海绵层和第二粘着层，第一粘着层设于所述表层和海绵层之间，第一粘着层通过PU胶水或PUR热熔胶复合方式或直接使用TPU、PU、PE或TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接至海绵层的上部，表层与海绵层之间通过第一粘着层以TPU、PE、PU或TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接，粘合强度高、牢度好，加工简易、方便，第二粘着层设于海绵层的底部，第二粘着层通过PU胶水或PUR热熔胶复合方式或直接使用TPU、PU、PE或TPE热熔胶热复合方式连接至海绵层的底部。第二粘着层的设计，为该多层复合结构皮革面料进行二次加工提供方便，有利于提高生产效率。该多层复合结构皮革面料加工过程不含任何溶剂，无毒环保，安全健康。采用多层复合结构，结构设计合理，耐用性强，可广泛应用于制作汽车内饰，箱包，鞋子，医疗用品，家具和服装等。

本实施例中，所述表层为天然皮革。
本实施例中，所述第一粘着层采用TPU低温热熔胶膜。
本实施例中，所述第二粘着层采用TPU低温热熔胶膜。
当然，所述表层也可以采用合成皮革。所述第一粘着层也可以采用PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。所述第二粘着层也可以采用PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。那么，也都在本实用新型保护范围之内，这里不再一一赘述。

2.如权利要求1所述的多层复合结构面料，其特征在于所述表层为天然皮革或合成皮革。
3.如权利要求1所述的多层复合结构面料，其特征在于所述第一粘着层采用TPU、PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的多层复合结构面料，其特征在于所述第二粘着层采用TPU、PU、PE或者TPE低温热熔胶膜。
