技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置以及一种用于此种过滤装置的环形过滤元件。 
背景技术
一般的过滤装置已经充分公开并且能够在几乎所有现代化的汽车中找到,例如作为一种油-或燃料过滤器。 
为了能够保证无问题的过滤效果,对于此种过滤器设备的制造商制造来说,仅使用由制造商授权(authorized)或制造的过滤元件是很重要的。使用外部商标或仿造的过滤元件,不仅过滤器的功能会被破坏,而且同时也会引起损害的发生。另一方面,很希望能够提供一种具有这些性能的且价格合适的过滤装置。 
发明内容
本发明因此是关于提供一种一般类型的过滤装置的改进或至少可替换的实施例的问题,特别使得能够排他地使用授权的过滤元件。 
该问题根据本发明通过独立权利要求的主题内容得到解决。优选的实施例为从属权利要求的主题内容。 
本发明本质上基于提供一种环形过滤元件的总体概念,所述环形过滤元件以直立的方式设置在过滤装置的过滤壳内,在底侧设置有盛污碗(dirt pot),其上构建了突出的、喷嘴状销钉,通过该销钉所述环形过滤元件啮合进入提供于过滤壳体罐或功能元件上的通道内,从而环形过滤元件正确地被安装。盛污碗此处安置在环形过滤元件的下端盘处,其中袜形销钉以 整体方式构建在盛污碗处,并且过滤装置的运转然后成为可能,此处盛污碗的销钉专门啮合进入过滤壳体罐侧的通道或各自的功能元件侧。盛污碗和袜形销钉此处优选构造为一个部件或与环形过滤元件的下端盘处合为一体,特别地盛污碗焊接到环形过滤元件的下端盘,例如通过摩擦焊接,超声焊接或激光焊接方式。另外,在盛污碗内部提供水分离器,从而盛污碗本质上能够作为污染物收集室并且能够作为水收集室,盛污碗在底部具有至少一个用于收集污染物或者分别收集水的出口。根据本发明的过滤装置因此其可能仅仅被使用在环形过滤元件中,并使用在盛污碗侧的销钉进行安装,在某种情况下,其它环形过滤元件的使用使过滤装置的性能被损坏因此可以避免。 
根据本发明解决方案的另一个优选的实施例,安置在盛污碗内的水分离器可以构造为聚结器(coalescer)并且可以焊接到环形过滤器的下端盘上。这种聚结器能够收集和转移水颗粒并且因此例如可以从燃料中过滤存在的水份从而这些不能够到达内燃机并且在内燃机处引起腐蚀损坏。在这种情况下,过滤装置可以被构造为例如作为油-或燃料过滤器,其中作为一种空气过滤器的总体概念也可以想到。水分离器此处连接到环形过滤元件的下端盘处,特别是焊接到其上,并且因此能够在组装或在盛污碗装好之前精确的定位和固定,从而根据本发明无疑地简化了过滤装置的制造过程。 
根据本发明解决方案的另一个优选的实施例,在过滤器壳体罐或功能元件上提供了一个引导件(guide),沿着该引导件,盛污碗的销钉在环形过滤元件中被引导至通道。这种引导件例如可以构造为倾斜的方式,这使得环形过滤元件能够随意地插入,从而环形过滤元件能够借助于销钉沿着引导件滑动至通道中,因此能够保证正确的安装。这种引导件一方面实现了价格优势,例如通过合适的注塑磨具,另一方面保证了根据本发明的过滤装置的简单操作,因为环形过滤元件可以以任意旋转角位置插入到过滤壳体罐中,并且能够通过简单的扭转转移到合适和正确的位置。环形过滤 元件的非正确安装因此没有可能性。

具体实施方式
根据图1,根据本发明的环形过滤元件1具有上端盘2和下端盘3。在两个端盘2和3之间设置过滤材料4,例如为褶皱星形的方式。此处设置的环形过滤元件1根据图1以同样的方式在过滤装置的过滤壳内以直立的方式设置,未示出,例如一种油-或燃料过滤器。根据本发明,在下端盘3处提供有盛污碗5,盛污碗5具有安置在其中的水分离器6(仅以虚线大略描述)。在盛污碗5设置向下突出的喷嘴形销钉7,所述销钉以互补的方式安装在过滤壳体罐的通道9上(未示出),或者安装在功能元件8上 (参见图2),其中,功能元件8能够插入到未示出的过滤壳体罐内。完整的过滤装置的运转然后成为可能,此处销钉7专门啮合进入通道9,通道9可以特别为空转通道。 
通常,水分离器6可以构造为所谓的聚结器并且可以焊接到环形过滤器1的下端盘3上。焊接可以通过例如超声焊接,摩擦焊接或者激光焊接发生,同时保证在环形过滤器1的下端盘3上的可靠定位和固定,从而在后续的工作步骤中盛污碗5能够连接到下端盘3,特别通过焊接方式。当然,在盛污碗5焊接到下端盘3后水分离器6再焊接到下端盘3也是可以想到的,其中在这种情况下,水分离器6必须随后通过盛污碗5在底侧的开口10引入。 
根据图1和3至5可见,在销钉7上,即,特别在其销钉头上,至少设置一个密封件11,密封件11牢固地封闭通道9,且销钉7接合在通道9内。此处的至少一个密封件11可以被构造为例如为传统的O形环密封。如图5所示,可以看见销钉7具有轴12,轴12在横截面上是十字形的,并且销钉具有与前述提到的轴相毗连的销钉头,其中轴12的横截面侧为销钉7提供了高的刚度。为了通道9中的销钉7的合适的引入,在过滤壳体罐或功能元件8上提供了引导件13,在最好的情况下,通过该引导件销钉7以小的摩擦力被引导滑动至通道9。引导件13此处可以例如被构造为倾斜的方式。 
本发明此处不仅仅涉及到完整的过滤装置,由过滤体和过滤壳体罐和安置在其中的功能元件8以及环形过滤元件1组成,同时也涉及到作为单独部分的环形过滤元件1,特别是作为零部件市场的环形过滤元件1。通过环形过滤元件1与盛污碗5作为一个整体构件,并且特别通过销钉7和盛污碗5作为一个整体部件,因此能够形成一个完整的部分,特别是对于零部件市场,一方面保证价格的满意,另一方面保证了没有不合适的和未授权的商标使用,这导致了过滤器功能的削弱并且在某种情况下,可能引起损害。当然,销钉元件7和盛污碗5此处都可以由价格合适的塑料制造, 特别是作为塑料注塑制件。在示例中,通道9被作为空转通道制造。 

Claims (8)

在下端盘(3)上设置有盛污碗(5),所述盛污碗(5)中设置有水分离器(6),
所述盛污碗(5)具有一个突出的、喷嘴状销钉(7),
通道(9),其被设计为与所述销钉(7)互补,所述通道(9)被设置在过滤壳体罐或功能元件(8)上,所述功能元件(8)能够被插入进入过滤装置的过滤壳体罐,其中,过滤装置的运转只有当销钉(7)啮合进入通道(9)时才成为可能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,
其特征在于,
所述水分离器(6)被构造为聚结器并且被焊接到环形过滤元件(1)的下端盘(3)上。
