Abstract
一种LED灯条联接装置，涉及到LED灯技术领域，解决现有LED灯条在组装过程中存在的不足，包括有一块底板，在底板表面上至少设有一组固定装置；所述的每一组固定装置包含有用于将对接的两条LED灯条掐紧连接的左爪片和右爪片。本实用新型将两条对接拼在一起的LED灯条掐紧固定连接，然后通焊接的方式将两条LED灯条的电路部分进行连接，焊接的同时加固两条LED灯条的连接，采用本实用新型连接LED灯条结构紧凑，稳定性好，成本低，不影响LED灯条的安装使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到LED灯技术领域，具体涉及到LED灯条间的连接装置改进方面。
背景技术
为了适应安装环境，在LED灯条安装过程中，需要根据环境长度将多条LED灯条对接起来使用，目前的LED灯条间的连接结构主要有两种：一是采用插针和插座方式连接，该结构是将插针和插座分别焊接在两条LED灯条的PCB板上，组装时将插针直接插入到插座中即可，该结构虽然组装方便，但连接稳定性差，尤其是将多条LED灯条悬挂式安装时，由LED灯条本身重量的存在，插针和插座连接容易松动或脱落，影响LED灯的使用寿命；另一种是采用连接线连接，该结构通过连接将两条LED灯条连接起来，但该结构连接不够紧凑，影响LED灯的照明效果。
发明内容
综上所述，本实用新型的目的在于解决现有LED灯条在组装过程中存在的不足，而提出的一种LED灯条联接装置。
为解决本实用新型所提出的技术问题，采用的技术方案为：一种LED灯条联接装置，其特征在于：包括有一块底板，在底板表面上至少设有一组固定装置；所述的每一组固定装置包含有用于将对接的两条LED灯条掐紧连接的左爪片和右爪片。
当所述的固定装置为一组时，所述的底板宽度略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度。
所述的左爪片和右爪片的爪间距略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度。
当所述的固定装置为两组以上时，各固定装置平行并排在底板正面上，相邻两固定装置间保留有间隔。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型将两条对接拼在一起的LED灯条掐紧固定连接，然后通焊接的方式将两条LED灯条的电路部分进行连接，焊接的同时加固两条LED灯条的连接，采用本实用新型连接LED灯条结构紧凑，稳定性好，成本低，不影响LED灯条的安装使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本实用新型优选的两种具体实施例对本实用新型结构作进一步地说明：
参照图1、图2及图3中所示，包括有一块底板1，在底板1正面上设有一组固定装置2；所述的固定装置2包含有左爪片21和右爪片22，左爪片21和右爪片22分别从对接在一起的两条LED灯条3、4的左右两侧将二者掐紧连接成一个与底板1贴合固定的整体；左爪片21、右爪片22及底板1为注塑形成的型材，左爪片21和右爪片22与底板1相垂直，使用时通过夹具将二者折叠弯曲90度与LED灯条卡接。当一块底板1上只有一组固定装置时，为了生产加工方便，也可以采用折叠冲压成一个横截面为匚字形的条状。使用过程中，为了增强左爪片21和右爪片22与两条灯条3、4掐紧的稳定性，可以在两条灯条3、4与左爪片21和右爪片22对应的位置开设多条凹槽31、41，左爪片21和右爪片22掐于四条凹槽31、41中，达到防滑落的目的。左爪片21和右爪片22的爪间距略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度，略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度目的是为了方便两条灯条3、4放入在两爪片中间，同时能达到紧配合的效果，若爪间距与LED灯条的PCB宽度完全相等的话，不方便两爪片的放入。左爪片21和右爪片22的长度最好是与底板1长度相等，若要考虑节省左爪片21和右爪片22的用料，也可以是一块底板1的两侧设有多组固定装置。在具体实施过程中，本实用新型的LED灯条联接装置长度可以是多条连接在一起的LED灯条的长度总和；也可以是大于多条连接在一起的LED灯条的长度之和；还可以仅够连接两条连接两邻的两条LED灯条的长度。
参照图4和图5中所示，LED灯条除了依次连接构成条状光源外，有时还需要将多条或多组LED灯条并排构面光源，为了使并排的LED灯条排列均匀整齐，可以在本实有型的一块底板1的正面设多组（本实施例以两组为例说明）固定装置2，各固定装置2平行并排在底板1正面上，相邻两固定装置2间保留有间隔。

1.一种LED灯条联接装置，其特征在于：包括有一块底板，在底板表面上至少设有一组固定装置；所述的每一组固定装置包含有用于将对接的两条LED灯条掐紧连接的左爪片和右爪片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯条联接装置，其特征在于：当所述的固定装置为一组时，所述的底板宽度略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯条联接装置，其特征在于：所述的左爪片和右爪片的爪间距略大于LED灯条的PCB宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯条联接装置，其特征在于：当所述的固定装置为两组以上时，各固定装置平行并排在底板正面上，相邻两固定装置间保留有间隔。
