Abstract
一种电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括连接板,该连接板上连接有导电引脚,该电连接件通过所述导电引脚固定在光源板上并与光源板电连接,还包括两个电连接片,每个电连接片包括一体设置的连接部及抵接部,该连接部的一端固定于该连接板上,所述电连接片的抵接部相互靠近形成弹性夹持部,还包括可弯折的紧固机构,所述紧固机构弯折后抵靠在该连接部的另一端以将该连接部固定在该连接板上。该电连接件具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种电连接件。
背景技术
随着全球环保意识的提高,LED照明灯运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。目前的LED灯管的灯头结构中,从灯头电极到驱动板的导电连接多采用人工焊接导线的方式来实现,在驱动板上连接两根导线穿过电极插针铆紧以达到连接驱动电源两极的目的。这样的连接方式由于需人工穿导线及焊线,生产工序复杂化、生产效率低,过程费时繁琐且不好定位安装,不利于自动化生产。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、便于自动化组装的电连接件。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括连接板,该连接板上连接有导电引脚,该电连接件通过所述导电引脚固定在光源板上并与光源板电连接,还包括两个电连接片,每个电连接片包括一体设置的连接部及抵接部,该连接部的一端固定于该连接板上,所述电连接片的抵接部相互靠近形成弹性夹持部,还包括可弯折的紧固机构,所述紧固机构弯折后抵靠在该连接部的另一端以将该连接部固定在该连接板上。
与现有技术相比,该电连接件设置了电连接片,这些电连接片的一端通过该连接部一体连接在该连接板上,同时通过紧固机构的弯折将该连接部的另一端固定在该连接板上,这样使得可相应弯折这些电连接片使得这些电连接片的抵接部相互靠近形成弹性夹持部,组装时,仅需将连接驱动板的插入端子插入该弹性夹持部即可实现驱动板与光源板的电连接,结构相对简单,且由于该电连接件组装时无需人工焊线等工艺,安装简便,使得该电连接件具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图1是本发明第一实施例电连接件的立体图。该电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括连接板10,该连接板10上连接有导电引脚11,该电连接件通过这些导电引脚11固定在光源板上并与光源板电连接。
请参考图1至图3,本实施例中,包括四个导电引脚11,这些导电引脚11环绕该连接板10设置,这些导电引脚11由该连接板10的侧边向下弯折延伸形成“Z”字形结构。
此外,还包括两个电连接片12,每个电连接片12包括一体设置的连接部121及抵接部122,该连接部121的一端固定于该连接板10上,这些电连接片12的抵接部122相互靠近形成弹性夹持部123。本实施例中,这些电连接片12与该连接板10一体成型,这些抵接部122分别朝向远离该连接板10的方向弯折形成八字形结构。其中,这些电连接片12设置在该连接板10相对的侧边上且形成对称结构,这样这些电连接片12相对弯折后靠近可形成该弹性夹持部123。还包括可弯折的紧固机构13,这些紧固机构13弯折后抵靠在该连接部121的另一端以将该连接部121固定在该连接板10上。该连接板10及电连接片12由金属材料一体制成,这些紧固机构13与该连接板10一体成型。此外,还包括支撑柱15,该支撑柱15的一端一体连接在该连接板10上,该支撑柱15的另一端抵靠在光源板上,以便提高该电连接件抵抗外力的能力,避免该电连接件因受到顶部外力挤压而变形。
其中,还包括插入端子20,该插入端子20的一端与驱动板电连接,该连接板10的中部开设有插孔14,该弹性夹持部123设置在该插孔14的上方,该插入端子20的另一端穿过该插孔14后与该弹性夹持部123电连接。
综上所述,该电连接件设置了电连接片12,这些电连接片12的一端通过该连接部121一体连接在该连接板10上,同时通过紧固机构13的弯折将该连接部121的另一端固定在该连接板10上,这样使得可相应弯折这些电连接片12使得这些电连接片12的抵接部122相互靠近形成弹性夹持部123,组装时,仅需将电连接驱动板的插入端子20插入该弹性夹持部123即可实现该驱动板与光源板的电连接,结构相对简单,且由于该电连接件组装时无需人工焊线等工艺,安装简便,使得该电连接具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。而且,由于这些电连接片12的一端通过该连接部121一体连接在该连接板10上,同时通过紧固机构13的弯折将该连接部121的另一端固定在该连接板10上,该电连接片12将受到更强的固定。即使插入端子20插入会对该电连接片12施加一定的变现力,由于该电连接片12的两端都受到固定,所以,不容易发生变形或失效。

Claims (7)
1.一种电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括连接板,该连接板上连接有导电引脚,该电连接件通过所述导电引脚固定在光源板上并与光源板电连接,其特征在于:还包括两个电连接片,每个电连接片包括一体设置的连接部及抵接部,该连接部的一端固定于该连接板上,所述电连接片的抵接部相互靠近形成弹性夹持部,还包括可弯折的紧固机构,所述紧固机构弯折后抵靠在该连接部的另一端以将该连接部固定在该连接板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述电连接片与该连接板一体成型,所述抵接部分别朝向远离该连接板的方向弯折形成八字形结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该连接板及电连接片由金属材料一体制成,所述紧固机构与该连接板一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:还包括插入端子,所述插入端子的一端与驱动板电连接,该连接板的中部开设有插孔,该弹性夹持部设置在该插孔的上方,该插入端子的另一端穿过该插孔后与该弹性夹持部电连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述电连接片设置在该连接板相对的侧边上且形成对称结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:包括四个导电引脚,所述导电引脚环绕该连接板设置,所述导电引脚由该连接板的侧边向下弯折延伸形成“Z”字形结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:还包括支撑柱,该支撑柱的一端一体连接在该连接板上,该支撑柱的另一端抵靠在光源板上。
