Abstract
一种柔性电路板,包括主体及连接器,所述主体包括信号层及分别层叠设置于所述信号层两侧的接地层,所述连接器包括信号埠及分别层叠设置于所述信号埠两侧的接地埠,所述主体之信号层与所述连接器之信号埠电连接,所述主体之接地层分别与所述连接器之接地埠电连接。接地埠能够作为屏蔽层来保护信号埠,从而有效地降低信号埠之电磁辐射能力,而且能够防止外界的静电侵入信号埠,有效降低静电的干扰。

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种柔性电路板,尤其涉及一种柔性电路板之连接器结构。
背景技术
柔性电路板被许多产品广泛应用,其主要功能为通过柔性电路板的信号针与电路板上的连接器连接,以实现与电路板之间的信号的传输。现有的柔性电路板之信号针均裸露在外部,直接与电路板上的连接器插接,但由于信号针直接裸露在外,容易造成电磁干扰(EMI)及静电(ESD)的问题,从而影响信号的传输。
实用新型内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的不足,有必要提供一种柔性电路板,其连接器结构具降低EMI辐射及ESD干扰的功能。
一种柔性电路板,包括主体及连接器,所述主体包括信号层及分别层叠设置于所述信号层两侧的接地层,所述连接器包括信号埠及分别层叠设置于所述信号埠两侧的接地埠,所述主体之信号层与所述连接器之信号埠电连接,所述主体之接地层分别与所述连接器之接地埠电连接。
优选地,所述连接器包括第一插槽及层叠设置于所述第一插槽两侧的第二插槽及第三插槽,所述信号埠设置于所述第一插槽内,所述接地埠分别设置于所述第二、第二插槽内。
优选地,所述主体之信号层及接地层分别伸入所述第一插槽、第二插槽及第三插槽并分别与所述信号埠及所述接地埠电连接。
优选地,所述信号层与所述接地层相互平行设置。
优选地,所述柔性电路板与电子产品之主板电连接,所述主板设有插座,所述插座包括信号部及层叠设置于所述信号部两侧的接地部,所述信号部及所述接地部分别与所述连接器之信号埠及接地埠电连接。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型之柔性电路板之连接器通过接地埠将信号埠夹设在中间,接地埠与柔性电路板之主体之接地层电连接,因此,接地埠能够作为屏蔽层来保护信号埠,从而有效地降低信号埠之电磁辐射能力,而且能够防止外界的静电侵入信号埠,有效降低静电的干扰。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2及图3。本实用新型之柔性电路板100包括主体10及连接器20。所述主体10包括信号层12及分别层叠设置于所述信号层12两侧的接地层14、16。所述连接器20包括信号埠222及分别层叠设置于所述信号埠222两侧的接地埠242、262。所述主体10之信号层12与所述连接器20之信号埠222电连接,所述主体10之接地层14、16分别与所述连接器20之接地埠242、262电连接。
本实施方式中,所述连接器20包括第一插槽22及层叠设置于所述第一插槽22两侧的第二插槽24及第三插槽26,所述信号埠222设置于所述第一插槽22内,所述接地埠242、262分别设置于所述第二、第二插槽24、26内。所述主体10之信号层12及接地层14、16分别伸入所述第一插槽22、第二插槽24及第三插槽26并分别与所述信号埠222及所述接地埠242、262电连接。
本实施方式中,所述信号层12与所述接地层14、16相互平行设置。所述连接器20之第一插槽22、第二插槽24及第三插槽26之间也相互平行。所述接地埠242、262平行设置于信号埠222的两侧。
本实用新型之柔性电路板100与电子产品之主板200电连接以实现信号的传输。所述主板200设有插座210,所述插座210包括信号部212及层叠设置于所述信号部212两侧的接地部214、216。信号埠222及接地埠242、262分别插入连接器20之第一插槽22、第二插槽24及第三插槽26,从而实现所述信号部212及所述接地部214、216分别与所述连接器20之信号埠222及接地埠242、262电连接。
本实用新型之柔性电路板100之连接器20通过接地埠242、262将信号埠222夹设在中间,接地埠242、262与柔性电路板100之主体10之接地层14、16电连接,因此,接地埠242、262能够作为屏蔽层来保护信号埠222,从而有效地降低信号埠222之电磁辐射能力,而且能够防止外界的静电侵入信号埠222,有效降低静电的干扰。
Claims (5)
1.一种柔性电路板,其特征在于,包括主体及连接器,所述主体包括信号层及分别层叠设置于所述信号层两侧的接地层,所述连接器包括信号埠及分别层叠设置于所述信号埠两侧的接地埠,所述主体之信号层与所述连接器之信号埠电连接,所述主体之接地层分别与所述连接器之接地埠电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于:所述连接器包括第一插槽及层叠设置于所述第一插槽两侧的第二插槽及第三插槽,所述信号埠设置于所述第一插槽内,所述接地埠分别设置于所述第二、第二插槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于:所述主体之信号层及接地层分别伸入所述第一插槽、第二插槽及第三插槽并分别与所述信号埠及所述接地埠电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于:所述信号层与所述接地层相互平行设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板与电子产品之主板电连接,所述主板设有插座,所述插座包括信号部及层叠设置于所述信号部两侧的接地部,所述信号部及所述接地部分别与所述连接器之信号埠及接地埠电连接。
