技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种印花机，尤其涉及一种钢板印花机。
背景技术
美国在1936年就发明了单色彩涂的钢板，其工艺是用涂机的光棍在钢板连续生产线上由一涂一烘或多涂多烘生产，但是多涂多烘只是增加涂层厚度，不能再同一板面上出线彩色产品，只能生产单色产品。这种单色钢板在美国的应用范围受到一定限制，无法满足社会的进步与人们生活水平的提高对产品美观和使用的需求。
随着客户对有色钢板要求的不断提高，彩色钢板便应运而出，彩色钢板大大提高了有色钢板的价值和应用范围。但是目前高质量彩色钢板的制造中使用的钢板印花机结构复杂，生产成本高，其印花效果仍然没有取得令人满意的结果，同时现有的钢板印花机在对钢板进行印花时钢板经钢板印花机的导向辊绕屈几次，由此造成钢板容易走偏，使印花不清晰，同时对钢板的板面质量也有损伤。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单、生产成本低和印花效果好的钢板印花机。
本实用新型技术内容为：钢板印花机，其特征是它包括机架、印花辊、转印辊、支撑辊、托辊和刮板；印花辊、转印辊、支撑辊、托辊和刮板安装在机架上，印花辊和转印辊平行并排安装，支撑辊安装在转印辊下方，支撑辊两侧平行安装若干托辊；刮板安装在印花辊上方。
在本实用新型中印花辊、支撑辊和托辊为钢棍直接制成，转印辊为丁氰辊。
本实用新型的与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：结构简单，生产成本低，在生产工作中通过刮板将印花辊表明多余的涂料刮除，再通过转印辊将花纹印到钢板上，由此提高了印花效果；由于对钢板进行印花时，钢板是平行通过，避免钢板的走偏而对印花的影响，同时对钢板的板面质量也无损伤。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示钢板印花机，其特征是它包括机架1、印花辊2、转印辊3、支撑辊4、托辊5和刮板6；印花辊2、转印辊3、支撑辊4、托辊5和刮板6安装在机架1上，印花辊2和转印辊3并排安装，支撑辊4安装在转印辊3下方，支撑辊4两侧平行安装若干托辊5；刮板6安装在印花辊2上方。
