本实用新型涉及压缩机技术领域,具体的说是一种压缩机的阀门排气结构。
背景技术
目前,市场上的压缩机气缸主要由缸套、缸盖及其内部的阀板、阀片构成,阀板固定在气缸套顶端,通过压铸的方式制成,而气缸套则需要经过拉伸工艺制得,缸套和阀板的连接处设置密封圈密封,阀板上设置有进排气孔与阀片,阀片都是成片状的,阀板与阀片是用螺钉紧固,结构较为简单,因此在现有的压缩机中广泛应用。但是,在排气气过程,排气阀片开启,阀片急剧上升,不但会发出噪音,而且也缩短了阀片的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,拆装方便,而且具有缓冲保护阀片作用的阀门排气结构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种阀门排气结构,包括阀板组件,阀板的进、排气孔上对应设置有阀片,其特征在于,所述阀片上对应设置有弧形限位装置,弧形限位装置中设置有限制阀片的开启角度的弧面。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述弧形限位装置前部向上翘曲,后部水平设置,弧形限位装置的水平部通过紧固件固定于阀板的排气阀片上。
所述紧固件包括螺钉和垫片。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用在阀片上方设置弧形限位装置限制排气阀片的升程,在排气过程中,排气阀片开启,敲打在弧形限位装置的弧面上,限制了阀片的开启角度且阀片打开过程逐渐贴紧弧面,保护阀片。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种阀门排气结构,包括阀板组件1,阀板的进、排气孔上对应设置有阀片2,阀片2上对应设置有弧形限位装置3,弧形限位装置3中设置有限制阀片的开启角度的弧面。弧形限位装置前部向上翘曲,后部水平设置,弧形限位装置的水平部通过紧固件固定于阀板的排气阀片上,紧固件包括螺钉4和垫片5。
在排气过程中,排气阀片开启,敲打在弧形限位装置的弧面上,限制了阀片的开启角度且阀片打开过程逐渐贴紧弧面,保护阀片。

1.一种阀门排气结构,包括阀板组件,阀板的进、排气孔上对应设置有阀片,其特征在于,所述阀片上对应设置有弧形限位装置,弧形限位装置中设置有限制阀片的开启角度的弧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门排气结构,其特征在于,所述弧形限位装置前部向上翘曲,后部水平设置,弧形限位装置的水平部通过紧固件固定于阀板的排气阀片上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀门排气结构,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括螺钉和垫片。
