Abstract

打印机用墨盒,包括:盒体,内有储墨腔和供墨腔,其顶盖上设有连通储墨腔与外界的气孔;出墨口,位于盒体底部,供墨腔的下游,其内安装有密封圈;单向阀组件,安置于储墨腔内;输墨管,一端与单向阀组件的出墨端相连,另一端与供墨腔连通;其中,供墨腔的顶部靠近盒体的顶部。具有上述结构的墨盒,在铅垂方向上增大了供墨腔的空间的同时,也增大了供墨腔的容积。当墨盒装机后供墨针插入出墨口时,向供墨腔上方可压缩的体积相对也大,因此可防止其对打印头产生的液体压力过大,从而无需使用泄压阀,使工艺更为简单。

打印机用墨盒
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喷墨打印机用墨盒,特别是利用单向阀组件进行供墨的墨盒。
背景技术
采用单向阀替代诸如海棉等多孔材料维持墨腔内负压的墨盒,可使同样体积墨腔的容墨量增加,是墨盒设计的发展方向。
200320117610号中国实用新型专利中公开一种墨盒。该墨盒主要包括一盒体,盒体内被隔板分隔为多个色腔,每处色腔内均设有通过输墨管流体连通的储墨腔和供墨腔。盒体顶部设有连通储墨腔与外界的气孔。在储墨腔最底部的安装穴内安装有单向阀组件,单向阀组件可有选择性的打开或关闭,以只许墨液从储墨腔流向供墨腔单向流出。在供墨腔下游、盒体的底部设有供墨口,供墨口内安装有自闭密封圈。在供墨腔的顶部设有泄压阀,其只有在供墨腔内的压力大于储墨腔内的压力时打开,只允许流体从供墨腔流向储墨腔。该墨盒中的泄压阀的作用之一是在墨盒装机供墨针进入供墨腔产生瞬间高压时,向储墨腔排泄压力,以此保护打印头。但由于结构、材料等方面的限制,上述墨盒中的泄压阀不能做得太大,同时由于使用的是橡胶材料,泄压阀上有切口,因此对切口的要求特别高,切口太大容易在关闭时错位导致漏墨,切口太小容易自闭导致无法泄压。为了保证切口达到要求,要用专用设备切口,同时为了防止自闭,还需要对切口的阀进行浸泡和清洗等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不带泄压阀的墨盒,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:打印机用墨盒,盒体,内有储墨腔和供墨腔,储墨腔的壁部设有与外界连通的气孔;出墨口,位于盒体底部,供墨腔的下游,且与供墨腔相连接,其内安装有密封圈;单向阀组件,安置于储墨腔内;输墨管,一端与单向阀组件的出墨端相连,另一端与供墨腔连通;其中,墨腔的顶部靠近盒体的顶部。
具有上述结构的墨盒,通过将供墨腔向盒体的顶部延伸,使其顶部靠近供墨腔的顶部,可在增大供墨腔的容积的同时,还在铅垂方向上增大供墨腔的空间。因此,当墨盒装机后供墨针插入出墨口时,向供墨腔上方可压缩的体积相对也大,可防止其对打印头产生的液体压力过大,从而无需使用泄压阀,简化了工艺。
较好的方案是供墨腔的顶部与盒体的顶部持平。通过将供墨腔的壁部向盒体顶部延伸至盒体的顶盖部,使盒体的顶盖的一部分构成供墨腔的顶壁,二者的顶部基本持平,籍此可简化墨盒的结构,节省原材料。
较好的方案为供墨腔至少有一个壁部为盒体原有壁,籍此可有效利用墨盒空间,减轻注塑件的重量。
更好的方案墨盒还包括一可与盒体组装成一体的盒体适配器,其上安装有芯片。
当墨盒内的墨水耗尽时,可只更换盒体,而带有芯片的盒体适配器仍可继续使用,可使芯片等贵重部件得到循环使用,有效降低成本,减少对环境的破坏。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型予以详细说明。
结合参考图1至图3,墨盒100包括盒体1和盒体适配器2。
具体实施方式
盒体1由顶盖11和主体12焊接而成。其中主体12内部被隔板13、14分隔为三个盛有不同颜色墨水的色腔。三个色腔的结构基本相同,均设有储墨腔3、供墨腔4、气孔5、注墨孔6、出墨口7、输墨管8和单向阀组件9。供墨腔4、储墨腔3的壁部均向盒体1的顶部延伸至的盒体1的顶盖部11,使供墨腔、储墨腔3的顶部均与盒体1顶部基本持平。也即,顶盖11的一部分构成储墨腔3的顶壁,还有一部分构成了供墨腔4的顶壁。顶盖的上面还覆有一层导气膜111。
气孔5、注墨孔6均设在顶盖11上对应储墨腔3的位置处。气孔5用以连通储墨腔3和外界气体,其内置有透气塞,该透气塞可使外界的空气进入储墨腔2内。注墨孔6用以向墨盒内灌注墨水,其内置有密封塞61。
出墨口7设在供墨腔4的下游,位于盒体1的底部,内置一自闭式密封圈71,灌装好墨水后,出墨口7的底表面还覆有一层封口膜72,以防止墨水泄露。
单向阀组件9安装在储墨腔3最底部的安装穴31内,其出墨端95高于进墨端94,且其出墨端95通过输墨管8与供墨腔4连通。单向阀组件9包括阀盖91、阀座92和阀体93构成,安装穴31内固定了单向阀组件9后,被分隔成上部32和下部33两个空间,两个空间由一个位于侧壁34上的输墨槽道35连通。在输墨管8内的压力小于安装穴31内的压力时,弹性材料制成的阀体91离开阀座92,从而开通安装穴31、进墨端94、出墨端95至输墨管8的供墨通道。通过将单向阀组件9设计固定在储墨腔3的底部,并使其进墨端低于出墨端,可有效避免泡沫进入单向阀组件9。
供墨腔4的侧壁41是借由盒体1的侧壁15的一部分构成,这样可减少注塑材料的使用,降低成本和盒体1的重量。为了进一步有效利用墨盒100空间,优选隔板13、14与盒体1的侧壁15呈一定角度连接,该角度为非直角,从而使二块隔板13、14间基本上呈八字形排列,这样可使中间色腔的供墨腔4可同时利用两块隔板13、14的一部分作为其侧壁,可进一步节省原材料。
盒体适配器2可与盒体1组装成一体,其由底部21及两侧边22、23构成,基本上呈ㄩ形。其中,底部21具有与盒体1的底部相适配的结构,两侧边22、23在盒体1安装至盒体适配器2上后可与盒体1的侧壁贴合。在其中一侧边23上设有芯片安装座24,用于安装固定芯片25。
本实用新型的技术构思并不仅限于上述实施例,还可以依据本实用新型的构思得到许多不同的具体方案,如墨盒可以为只有一个色腔的单腔结构;另外,盒体适配器也不是必须的,可以通过将芯片安装在盒体的侧壁上,从而取消盒体适配器,此等微小改变以及等效变换均应包含在权利要求所述范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.打印机用墨盒,包括:
盒体,内有储墨腔和供墨腔,所述储墨腔的壁部设有与外界连通的气孔;
出墨口,位于所述盒体的底部,所述供墨腔的下游,且与所述供墨腔相连接,其内安装有密封圈;
单向阀组件,安置于所述储墨腔内;
输墨管,一端与所述单向阀组件的出墨端相连,另一端与所述供墨腔连通;
其特征在于:
所述供墨腔的顶部靠近所述盒体的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述供墨腔的顶部与所述盒体的顶部基本持平。
3.根据权利要求1所述墨盒,其特征在于:
所述供墨腔至少有一个壁部为所述盒体原有壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述单向阀组件的进墨端低于出墨端。
5.根据权利要求4所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述墨盒的一只盒体内有三个或三个以上各自独立的、分别盛有不同颜色墨水的色腔,所述每个色腔内均设有储墨腔、供墨腔、单向阀组件、输墨管、安装穴、气孔和出墨口。
6.根据权利要求5所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述各色腔间的隔板基本上呈八字形排列。
7.根据权利要求6所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述供墨腔的壁部向所述盒体顶部延伸至所述盒体的顶盖部,使所述供墨腔的顶部与所述盒体的顶部基本持平。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述墨盒还包括盒体适配器,所述盒体适配器上安装有芯片,其可与所述盒体组装成一体。
9.根据权利要求8所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述盒体适配器由底部及两侧边构成,基本上呈ㄩ形,其中所述底部具有与所述盒体的底部相适配的结构,当所述盒体适配器与所述盒体组装在一起时,所述两侧边可与所述盒体的侧壁贴合。
10.根据权利要求9所述打印机用墨盒,其特征在于:
所述芯片安装在所述盒体适配器的一侧边上。
