Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种纸基复合材料。纸基复合材料,包括中层(1)和至少粘在中层(1)一面的表层(2),所述的中层(1)是由聚氨酯加入纸绳(3)发泡熟化构成,所述的纸绳(3)是由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的。本实用新型由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成纸绳质量轻,强度好,纸基复合材料与聚氨酯的结合好,整个纸基复合材料的整体刚性好,并可有效地提高聚氨酯的熟化稳定性,减少聚氨酯膨胀,不易变形。此外成型容易,生产效率高。本实用新型制作简单,具有很强的实用性和推广价值,可广泛用于汽车的内饰板及顶棚等处。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于制造汽车顶棚等内饰件的纸基复合材料。
背景技术
现有的汽车的内饰件及顶棚由复合层状材料制成,复合层状材料一般由两层至三层所组成,其中层是聚氨脂发泡层,中层的两面是无纺布或绒面层。聚氨脂层的优点是质轻、具有良好的隔热保温作用,缺点是强度低,熟化稳定性差。为解决强度问题,人们在中层中一般会加一些纤维材料以加强其强度、如植物纤维、玻璃纤维等,但这种方式成型不易,生产效率低,且由于这些纤维较细,长度短,层状材料的整体刚性仍然较低;此外,熟化及制造的稳定性差的问题仍然普遍存在。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种强度高、熟化稳定性及成型好的纸基复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种纸基复合材料,包括中层和至少粘在中层一面的表层,所述的中层是由聚氨脂加入纸绳发泡熟化构成,所述的纸绳是由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的。
由于采用了上述的结构,本实用新型由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的纸绳质量轻,模塑好,纸基复合材料与聚氨脂的结合好,整个纸基复合材料的整体刚性好,并可有效地提高聚氨脂的熟化稳定性,减少聚氨脂膨胀,不易变形。此外成型容易,生产效率高。本实用新型制作简单,具有很强的实用性和推广价值,可广泛用于汽车的内饰板如顶棚等处。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种纸基复合材料,包括中层1和至少粘在中层1一面的表层2。所述的一面的表层2可以是无纺布,作加固和粘合用,这一表层可省略。另一面的表层2可以是装饰纺织布、植绒、PU装饰层、结皮聚氨脂,作装饰用。所述的中层1是由聚氨脂加入纸绳3发泡熟化构成,纸绳3贯穿整个聚氨脂层。所述的纸绳3是由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的,所述的纸张可以是牛皮纸或复合纸,纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的纸绳3质轻且强度好。
所述的中层1中的纸绳3编织为网状。纸绳3分为横向和纵向,横向和纵向的纸绳3交替编织在一起形成纸网,这样发泡形成的中层1强度更好。
如图3所示,所述的纸绳3中设有纤维加强芯4,纤维加强芯4在卷纸绳3的过程中加入,通过树脂或胶粘剂与纸张粘合。纤维加强芯4加加强纸绳3的刚性,使整个纸基复合材料的刚性更良好。所述的纤维加强芯4优选为植物纤维或玻璃纤维。
总之,本实用新型虽然例举了上述优选实施方式,但是应该说明,显然本领域的技术人员可以进行各种变化和改型。因此,除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本实用新型的范围,否则都应该包括在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种纸基复合材料,包括聚氨脂材料制成的中层(1)和至少粘在中层(1)一面的表层(2),其特征在于:所述的中层(1)中设有纸绳(3),所述的纸绳(3)是由纸张混合树脂或胶粘剂卷成的。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的中层(1)中的纸绳(3)编织为网状。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的纸绳(3)中设有通过树脂或胶粘剂与纸张粘合的纤维加强芯(4)。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的纸张是牛皮纸或复合纸。
5.按照权利要求3所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的纤维加强芯(4)是植物纤维或玻璃纤维。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的表层(2)是无纺布。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种纸基复合材料,其特征在于:所述的表层(2)是装饰纺织布、植绒、PU装饰层、结皮聚氨脂。
