本实用新型公开一种LED灯管，所述灯管内设有电路板，所述电路板上设有LED灯；设有灯管支架，所述灯管安装在灯管支架上，所述灯管支架内设有电源；所述灯管包括散热壳、罩在散热壳上的灯罩；所述散热壳为中空的铝合金散热壳，所述电路板为铝基覆铜板，所述电路板安装在铝合金散热壳上。将电源与发光源分开，且各自置于相对独立的空间内，减少了灯管内部的发热量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域，尤其是一种将发光源与电源分开的LED灯管。
背景技术
现有技术中，LED灯管内包括两部分：发光源和电源，电源安装在发光源下方，LED灯管在工作时，发光源中的LED灯发光并散发出热量，同时电源在输出电能期间也会散发热量，由于密封的灯管散热不好，导致大量的热量聚集在灯管内，降低了LED灯以及电源的寿命，加速了灯管外壳的老化；另外，现有技术中的电源一般为高压恒流源，高压恒流源输出高电压驱动LED灯，输出电路必须采取保护措施，否子无法保证安全，由于LED灯为多颗串联结构，当其中一颗LED失效时，所有串联的LED灯都无法点亮。基于灯管结构的限制，现有技术中的LED灯一般为小功率的LED灯，要实现较高的光通量的照明就必须把足够的数量的LED集成到一起，在LED灯光效不改变的情况下，设计的光通量越高，需要采用的LED数量就越多。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED灯管，有利于电源和光源热量的散发。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种LED灯管，所述灯管内设有电路板，所述电路板上设有LED灯；设有灯管支架，所述灯管安装在灯管支架上，所述灯管支架内设有电源；所述灯管包括散热壳、罩在散热壳上的灯罩；所述散热壳为中空的铝合金散热壳，所述电路板为铝基覆铜板，所述电路板安装在铝合金散热壳上。将电源与发光源分开，且各自置于相对独立的空间内，减少了灯管内部的发热量。
作为改进，所述电源为开关电源。低电压直流稳压的供电方式，不仅安全，且避免了负载LED串联过多的情况出现。
作为改进，所述灯管支架两端设有灯座，所述灯管两端设有灯头，所述灯头安装于所述灯座上。灯管依靠灯头可以快速简便的安装在具有灯座的灯管支架上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是：
发光源与电源分开，且各自所散发的热量相互影响小，散热效果好。
低压直流的开关电源作为供电电源，不仅安全，且避免负载LED串过多的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1至3所示，一种LED灯管，其包括灯管7和灯管支架6；所述灯管7包括散热壳8、罩在散热壳8上的灯罩9。所述散热壳8为中空的铝合金散热壳8，所述灯管7内设有电路板3，其中，本实施例选用铝基覆铜板作为电路板3；本实施例中选用贴片式大功率LED灯4，所述贴片式大功率LED灯4安装在电路板3上，通过回流焊接工艺，将贴片式大功率LED灯4热沉直接与铝基覆铜板焊接在一起，电路板3安装在散热壳8上。所述灯管支架6内设有开关电源5；上述灯管支架6上设有灯座1，所述灯管7两端设有灯头2，灯座1与灯头2相配合，灯管7依靠灯头2可以快速简便的安装在具有灯座1的灯管支架6上。其中，灯管7上的灯头2集成了灯管7内LED灯的电源线接入端口11，灯管支架6上的灯座1集成了开关电源5的电压输出端口12，使得开关电源5通过灯座1、灯头2向在灯管7内的LED灯输电，不仅方便、快捷，且安全。
如图4所示，其中，由于开关电源5的加入，灯管7内电路板3上的贴片式大功率LED灯4被分成若干组，3～6个贴片式大功率LED灯4串联在一起为一组LED灯串10，且每组LED灯串10之间并联后再与开关电源5串联，此种连接方式避免了因个别LED灯4的异常而影响了其他串联LED灯4的情况发生。
如图1所示，LED灯管在工作时，贴片式大功率LED灯4得电工作并开始发热，这部分热量中绝大部分是通过铝基覆铜板导出，铝基覆铜板吸收了贴片式大功率LED灯4所散发的大量热量后，直接导到与其接触的散热壳8上，由于散热壳8为中空的铝合金，其散热面积大，散热效果好，来自铝基覆铜板的大量热量通过散热壳8向外界散发。开关电源5在工作时也会散发部分热量，这部分的热量只存在于灯管支架6上内，灯管支架6内的空间相对较大，电源的散热问题也可以得到有效的解决。
本实用新型的LED灯管将发光源与电源分离，其散热效果更好，因此本实用新型既可安装小功率发热量小的也可安装大功率热量较大的LED灯。凡具有本结构且只作形式上改变的，均属于本实用新型的保护范畴。

1.一种LED灯管，所述灯管内设有电路板，所述电路板上设有LED灯；
其特征在于：设有灯管支架，所述灯管安装在灯管支架上，所述灯管支架内设有电源；所述灯管包括散热壳、罩在散热壳上的灯罩；所述散热壳为中空的铝合金散热壳，所述电路板为铝基覆铜板，所述电路板安装在铝合金散热壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管，其特征在于：所述电源为开关电源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯管，其特征在于：所述灯管支架两端设有灯座，所述灯管两端设有灯头，所述灯头安装于所述灯座上。
